The purpose of this study was to review the Japanese home care service and analyse the necessity for the home care service and the team approaching. The subjects of this study were 23 Korean students who visited on the Japanese home n due to the curriculum of university. The data were collected from sep. 1 to nov. 30, 1999. The main results of this study were as follows : 1. There was consisted of some nurses, physical therapists, medical doctors, occupational therapists as a team of home care service. They visited patients as multidisciplinary team. 2. The qualities of service was good, and the attitude of patient was positive. 3. There was necessity for rehabilitation home care service in Korea. 4. There was necessity for team work through the rehabilitation home care service in Korea.
Acetanilide may be released into the environment through air and wastewater from its production and use sites and exposed to human. Acetanilide is known to produce an analgesic effect and may pose adverse effects on human health by overly exposure. According to the EUSES system, acetanilide showed a high MOS (Margin of safety) value exceeding 6$\times$10$^4$ on a regional exposure, which is safe enough for public health. Whereas the lowest MOS value in dermal exposure was estimated as 3$\times$10$^{-4}$ on a local basis (workplace), the risk could be partly counteracted by taking preventive measures such as using mask and globes and good ventilation in the work places. Acetanilide may pose a potential risk for workers by dust inhalation. For the sake of health protection in the work places, additional data should be accumulated with respect to repeated dose toxicity, reproduction toxicity and developmental toxicity, etc. It is, therefore, recommended that acetanilide should be a candidate for further work to supplement the lacking data until it is proved to be safe in the occupational health aspects.

Fashion Industry is one of the Knowledge Based Industry. The firms which produce the fashion merchandises should shirt to new paradigm of creating new image to delight customers. New image and design is derived from each designer's creative mind. However, self management team work of designers is more creative power than each independent designer's work. This study recommends that the Korean fashion firms implement self management team, concurrent product design and development and Just-in-Time Ⅱ based on sharing information and knowledge with the supplier to set competitive advantage. It can not only reduce cost and improve speed of management and the qualify of products but also satisfy and delight customers.

This study chiefly aims to find out the efficient ways of organizing teams of architectural design projects. In order to reach this goal, this study analyzed (1) specialties of students' projects during semesters in architectural design studios, (2) teaching methods relevant to architectural design education, (3) division of role play in architectural studios and organizing method that students prefer. Besides, in order to clarify the principles of practical project team organization and to find out more efficient methods in team organization, this study executed archival research on (1) specialties of team organization rules and principles in architectural firms, (2) types and merits of projects teams, (3) efficient methods of dividing roles. For the students project of the studio, it is desirable to switch the roles of team leader and staff members of the team to make members' feeling of participating the decision making of the project progress. In architectural design team, since the high productivity was valued beyond individual preferences, the team organization and and work split was done on the basis of (1) experiences, (2) design ability, (3) schedule of the project, etc. However, for the continuous motivation and enthusiasm for the firms, it is required to study efficient ways of team organization.
This paper explores, explains and describes a framework for analyzing collaborative governance, decent work and innovation as fundamental elements of sustainable workplaces through case study of Philippine science and technology (S & T) parks. Rules, or the legal infrastructure, are particularly significant considerations that facilitate or hinder collaboration. Industrial relations/human resource (IR/HR) practices are essential to collaboration and decent work. Employee consultation and labor-management council or committee are examples of IR/HR practices that might contribute to collaboration and decent work in firms and workplaces in S & T parks as they are team approaches to production, too. Collaboration and decent work enhance the capacity to innovate. In the long run, collaborative governance, decent work and innovation tend to converge in the concept of sustainable development. The interdependencies and interactions among collaborative governance, decent work and capacity to innovate in firms operating in S & T parks make possible new solutions to new problems (i.e., innovation) and, thus, sustainable workplaces.
A micro-injection mold for ultra-thin-walled plate was considered in this work. The proposed mold system is for the fabrication of ultra-thin walled plastic plate with micro features by injection molding. As the injection molding of thin-walled plastic, which has the thickness under $400{\mu}m$, itself is not easy, the injection molding of the micro-features in the thin-walled structure is more complicated and difficult. To investigate the basic phenomenon of the ultra-thin walled part during the injection molding process, design of the part and mold system were performed in the present study. The injection molding and structural analysis of the suggested part and mold system were also performed. Consequently, injection molding system for ultra-thin walled plate with micro features were manufactured and presented.
This study is a study on the different cognitive systems and different knowledge systems of members participating in complex and diverse consulting projects, and it is a study on team collaboration that affects the team performance of the project. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of team shared cognition, team transactive memory, team knowledge integration, and team efficacy in the cognitive interaction process of a consulting project. This study established a research model and research hypothesis based on previous studies. Data were collected from consultants who actually participated in the consulting project. To empirically analyze the research hypothesis, demographic analysis, validity and reliability analysis, structural model analysis for hypothesis verification, and mediating effect analysis using phantom variables were performed. As a result of the study, in order to increase team performance, it is necessary to improve team shared cognition and team transactive memory, which are cognitive systems, and team knowledge integration, which is a knowledge system, must also be improved. Therefore, there is a need for a sense of team efficacy that integrates disparate cognitive and knowledge systems, trusts each other's expertise, and enables successful team work. In addition, future studies on sub-factors of cognitive processes are needed.

In this case study, the field investigation work on soft soils like a reclamation area with dredged-clay or intertidal mud flat which has not enough strength to resist the load of surveying machines, the amphibious barge(modified AMFIROL) which travels on land and water was adopted to the field investigation work. Despite of slight increase of cost, it was found that the adoption of amphibious barge in field investigation could improve the quality of test results and avoid the waste of time and some effort.

This paper deals with the problem of mixed model assembly line balancing. In mixed model assembly lines, tsks should be assigned to stations in such a manner that all stations have approximately the same amount of work on a production cycle basis. Further in balancing assembly lines, the related tasks, the performing task side and the team tasks should be considered to improve work methods, to give more job satisfaction to workers, and to allow greater flexibility in the design of assembly lines. In this paper, the heuristic dispatch assignment rule is developed to assign evenly tasks of each model to all stations. The heuristic method based on the assignment rule developed is presented for mixed model assembly line balancing with the considerations of the related tasks, the performing task side, and the team tasks. The proposed method is analyzed, and compared with other methods for line balancing.

Scenario-based learning (SBL) has been used in a variety of training situations across different disciplines. Despite its seemly widespread use in construction management discipline, very few attempts have been made to explore its effectiveness and the respective students' learning experience. Using a survey research design, this study aims to investigate students' perceptions on SBL approach in construction management courses. The specific objectives are: (i) to identify the characteristics of a favourable SBL environment, and (ii) to explore the students' learning experience and effectiveness of the SBL approach. The results show that the four characteristics of a favourable SBL environment are: effective team formulation, constant engagement with lecturer, working in a group, and incorporation of motivational incentive for participation. The students really appreciated the opportunities to apply concepts learnt in the lectures in their SBL group work. Also, they perceived that the SBL approach is effective in developing their reflective and critical thinking skills, analytic and problem-solving skills and their ability to work as a team. These findings should facilitate more critical approaches to similar form of teaching methods.
