Task-Ambient 공조시스템의 난방시 열환경 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (The Thermal Environmental Characteristics for Task-Ambient Air-Conditioning System in Heating Condition)

  • Recently, the requirement of healthier and more comfortable environment makes the zoning domain more details. However, it has limitation to satisfy the thermal comfort of an individual because of the effect of the heat generation from the OA machine and partitions in indoor room. In this paper, we certify the validity of task-ambient air-conditioning system that has been developed as a new concept of personal air-conditioning system, and specify design strategies for more efficient task-ambient air-conditioning system with a specification guided by indoor environmental characteristics analyzed through experiment data. In this experiment, we changed the temperature and the quantity of air-flow in task domain to understand characteristic behavior of the thermal environment and investigate the possibility of energy saving. The experiment result is that the environment of the task area depends on the condition of supply air, and though the airflow of the low temperature is supplied with the ambient area, the personal environment and the efficiency of energy saving are improved by controlling the temperature and the quantity of the air shot around the task domain.

  • A real-time control system, composed of the controlled processor and the controller computer(s), may have a variety of task types, some of which have tight timing-constraints in generating the correct control input. The maximum period of those task failures tolerable by the system is called the hard deadline, which depends on not only fault characteristics but also task characteristics. In the paper, we extend a method deriving the hard deadline in LTI system executing single task. An algorithm to combine the deadlines of all the elementary tasks in the same operation-mode is proposed to derive the hard deadline of the entire system. For the end, we modify the state equation for the task to capture the effects of task failures (delays in producing correct values) and inter-correlation. We also classify the type of executing the tasks according to operation modes associated with relative importance of correlated levels among tasks, into series, parallel, and cascade modes. Some examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

S/W 개발 프로젝트 관리를 위한 상황 모형 연구 (A Study on the Contingency Model for S/W Development Project Management)

  • Despite the careful attention paid by managers and researchers to the effective administration of the S/W Development Project, there are cases where the project goes over-budget or misses deadlines. Existing research blames these problems on task complexity or mismanagement. In order to verify the results that varied according to the fitness between the Task Characteristics and the Project Management Types, a contingency model was employed. The verification of the contingency model demonstrated that the greater the task complexity, the greater the effectiveness of the project coordination, and the lesser the task complexity, the greater the effectiveness of project control. This research is theoretically important in that it develops a composite model to verify the relation between the three factors of Task Characteristics, Project Management Types, and Project Performance that compose the S/W Development Project.

작업난이도 변화가 인간과오 관련 뇌파 특성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Work Difficulty Variation on EEG Characteristics Related with Human Errors)

  • Electroencephalogram(EEG) would be the most objective psychophysiological research technique on human errors though few research has been taken yet. This study aimed to get characteristics of human error while committing simple Odd-Ball tasks by utilizing the power spectrum technique of EEG data. Each experiment was composed of 3 tasks with different rules, and 8 young undergraduate students participated in this study as paid subjects. The result showed in the affirmative that subject and the interaction of subject and task factors were statistically significant on variation of $\alpha$ band power $P_{\alpha/(\alpha+\beta+\theta)}$ and $\beta$ band power $P_{\beta/(\alpha+\beta+\theta)}$, and that the former increasing in backward direction to Pz reflects compatibility whereas the latter increasing in forward direction to Fz reflects familiarity. Therefore it was coucluded that, since task 2 carried out in the present research requiring decoding process would be more difficult to human beings than the task merely requiring psychological recall process, task 1 and task 3 were classified into a homogenious group excluding task 2, and the ratio $\alpha$ band power to $\beta$ band power indicated enormous increase of $\alpha$ band power relative to $\beta$ band power in the cases of contra-lateral errors, especially in task 2.

간호장교 리더십 유형과 지식이전의 관계 - 직무특성의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship between Nursing Officer's Leadership Style and Knowledge Transfer - Focused on Moderating Effect of Job Characteristics -)

  • Purpose : This study attempted to find out the relationship between leadership style, knowledge transfer in nursing officers' job, considering the task characteristics. Methods : The data were collected from the military hospital during November 1st to November 17th, 2008 using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the statistical method of frequency, correlation, and regression analysis, in SPSS 12.0 program package. Results/Conclusion : The results of empirical analysis shows that the levels of job tension and job focused task domain affect the job characteristics of the nursing officers' organization. The job characteristics have a moderating effect on the relationship between leadership style and knowledge transfer. The research is very useful in finding out the job characteristics which well depict military nursing organizations. This research suggests that a desirable leadership styles affect the knowledge transfer in the job characteristics type.

과업수행을 위한 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 활용에 대한 연구: 과업-매체적합성을 중심으로 (Study on the Use of SNS(Social Network Service) for Tasks :Focus on the Task-Media Fit)

  • SNS가 사회전체에 미치는 영향이 커지면서 기업들도 SNS의 신속성, 공유성, 상호작용성 등에 관심을 갖고, 이를 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 대해 고민하기 시작했다. 본 연구도 SNS의 업무적 활용에 초점을 두고 과업 지원도구인 SNS와 과업과의 적합성, 사용자특성 그리고 성과와의 관계를 실증하고자 한다. 연구를 위해 과업-기술적합모형을 토대로 사회적 요소, 정보기술로서 SNS의 특성 그리고 사용자 특성을 고려하여 연구모형을 제안하였다. 연구결과 과업-매체 적합성에 직무특성, 가상능숙도, 매체특성 모두 유의한 영향관계를 가지며, SNS이용에는 가상능숙도와 SNS 특성 변수가 유의한 영향관계를 보였다. 또한 과업-매체 적합성은 SNS이용과 업무성과에, SNS이용은 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 SNS의 전략적 활용은 업무성과 향상에 도움이 되며, SNS활용 전략 수립시에 개인특성이 고려되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

모바일오피스의 과업·기술 적합모델과 조직특성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Impact of the Task-Technology Fit Model and Organizational Characteristics of the Mobile Office System on the Job Performance)

  • 급변하는 산업 환경 속에서 기업에게 요구되는 역량은 그들이 처해진 경영환경을 정확히 예측하고 그 변화에 신속하게 대응 할 수 있는 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것이다. 모바일 오피스 환경은 현재의 기업 환경 속에서 요구되어지는 요소인 '스마트(Smart)'와 빠른 변화 및 속도로 대변되는 '이동성(Mobility)'요소가 집약된 정보기술의 산물로 설명 할 수 있다. 최근 들어 모바일 오피스의 도입이 빠르게 진행되고 있는바 이러한 모바일 오피스의 기술적인 부분과 직무간의 적합모델과 조직특성이 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 연구하고자 한다. 분석결과 모바일 오피스의 시스템/정보 품질과 이동성 직무의 특성이 업무기술 적합성에 양(+)의 영향을 미치면 이는 다시 직무성과에 양(+)의 영향을 나타냄을 증명하였다. 또한 조직의 특성이 모바일 오피스 도입에 적극적이면 모바일 오피스의 사용과 직무성과에 양(+)의 영향을 나타냄을 증명하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해서 모바일 오피스를 도입하고자 하는 조직은 모바일 오피스의 기술적 특성과 직무특성간의 적합성을 먼저 고려해야 할 것이며, 모바일 오피스를 정착시키기 위한 조직적 차원에서의 노력이 필요함을 실증 분석하였다.

A FACETS Analysis of Rater Characteristics and Rater Bias in Measuring L2 Writing Performance

  • The present study used multi-faceted Rasch measurement to explore the characteristics and bias patterns of non-native raters when they scored L2 writing tasks. Three raters scored 254 writing tasks written by Korean university students on two topics adapted from the TOEFL Test of Written English (TWE). The written products were assessed using a five-category rating scale (Content, Organization, Language in Use, Grammar, and Mechanics). The raters only showed a difference in severity with regard to rating categories but not in task types. Overall, the raters scored Grammar most harshly and Organization most leniently. The results also indicated several bias patterns of ratings with regard to the rating categories and task types. In rater-task bias interactions, each rater showed recurring bias patterns in their rating between two writing tasks. Analysis of rater-category bias interaction showed that the three raters revealed biased patterns across all the rating categories though they were relatively consistent in their rating. The study has implications for the importance of rater training and task selection in L2 writing assessment.

인간과오 유발 상황에서 뇌파 상대파워 특성의 변화 (Variation of Relative Power Characteristics in EEG while Inducing Human Errors)

Each experiment was composed of 3 tasks with different rules, and three young undergraduate students participated in this study as paid subjects. The result showed that subject and the interaction of subject and task factors were statistically significant on variation of power of $\alpha$ and $\beta$ bands which implied there would exist groups with homogeneity in their response. And though the variation of band powers due to task factors were not so great as to get statistical significance, it implied that the task requiring decoding process would be more strange to human beings than the task merely requiring psychological recall process.

A Study on Learners' Perceptions and Learning styles of Task Research (R&E) conducted by Science High School Students

  • We studied learners' perceptions and learning styles of project research activities in the chemical field conducted by 54 science high school students. In a survey of students' perceptions of task research, positive responses were found in "internal motivation," "cooperation," "task solving," and "tenacity and immersion," and statistically significant differences were found in "self-directedness," "cooperation," and "tenacity and immersion" by year. The 'lower' group responded most positively in the 'cooperation' category, and the 'higher' group responded most positively in the 'task solving' category. As a result of investigating the learning styles of the students who conducted the task research, it was found in the order of assimilator, converger, accommodator, and diverger. The assimilators showed the characteristic of systematically and scientifically approaching the problem. Convergers were found to have excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability, are practical, and have experimental-based thinking characteristics. In this study, the characteristics of science high school students showed well in the results of the learning style performed.
