The Effect of the Factors of Introducing Information Technology on Non-Financial Performance

  • This study analyzed the effect of the factors of introducing information technology(organizational and environmental characteristics) on non-financial performance. As detailed variables of each characteristic, the technical support/task force, users' IT capability, and education/training were used for the organizational characteristics while the degree of competition, external pressure, and uncertainty of environment were used for the environmental characteristics. In the results of the analysis, such factors like technical support/task force, users' IT capability, and education/training of the organizational characteristics had significant influence on non-financial performance. Also, factors such as degree of competition, external pressure, and uncertainty of environment of the environmental characteristics had significant influence on non-financial performance.

준지도학습 방법을 이용한 흉부 X선 사진에서 척추측만증의 진단 (Diagnosis of Scoliosis Using Chest Radiographs with a Semi-Supervised Generative Adversarial Network)

  • 목적 흉부 X선 사진에서 척추측만증을 조기진단 할 수 있는 딥러닝 기반의 스크리닝 소프트웨어를 준지도학습(semi-supervised generative adversarial network; 이하 GAN) 방법을 이용하여 개발하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 두 곳의 상급종합병원에서 촬영된 흉부 X선 사진에서 척추측만증을 조기진단할 수 있는 스크리닝 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위하여 GAN 방법이 이용되었다. GAN의 훈련과정에서 경증에서 중증의 척추측만증을 보이는 흉부 X선 사진들을 사용하였으며 upstream task에서 척추측만증의 특징을 학습하고, downstream task에서 정상과 척추측만증을 분류하도록 훈련하였다. 결과 수신자 조작 특성 곡선의 곡선하면적(area under the receiver operating characteristic curve), 음성예측도, 양성예측도, 민감도 및 특이도는 각각 0.856, 0.950, 0.579, 0.985, 0.285이었다. 결론 우리가 GAN 방법을 이용하여 개발한 딥러닝 기반의 스크리닝 소프트웨어는 청소년의 흉부 X선에서 척추측만증을 진단하는데 있어서 높은 음성예측도와 민감도를 보였다. 이 소프트웨어가 건강검진을 목적으로 촬영한 청소년의 흉부 X선 사진에 진단 스크리닝 도구로써 이용된다면 영상의학과 의사의 부담을 덜어주며, 척추측만증의 조기진단에 기여할 것으로 생각된다.

  • The work discusses the problems of modelling of the process of acoustic signal generation in machines. We have pointed out that in the task of minimizing of both moise and vibration, the key problem is identification of sources and paths of propagation, both in terms of their location and of definition of their characteristic features. Properly conducted identification makes possible the use of relatively simple mathematical models and this fact is particularly important for a broad application of the proposed methods in practice.

  • In this study, we tried to investigate the impedance characteristic of human arm in a cooperative task. Human arm was moved in a desired trajectory. The motion was actuated by a 1 degree-of-freedom robot system. As the muscle is mechanically analogous to a spring-damper system, a second-order equation was considered as the model for arm dynamics. In the model, inertia, stiffness and damping factor were considered. The impedance parameter was estimated from the position and torque data obtained from the experiment and based on the "Estimation of Parametric Model".   • Archival appraisal has been a significant field and demanding task in thoughts and practice about modern archive, in particular, because of insufficiency of resources for the preservation in comparison with the large scale of recorded information. Appraising records does naturally go with the selecting and acquiring them. In the field of appraisal, however, comprehensive accountability on appraisal is much more important than selection and acquisition. The purpose of this study is the proposition of the theoretic approach to the analysis of the factors concerning the archival appraisal. For this purpose, I would try not the actual practice of the archival appraisal but theoretical categories of archival appraisal decision. The archival Characteristic, Value, and Context will be proposed as theoretical categories for the analysis of archival appraisal decision. Firstly, Characteristic category makes it clear to identify the reliable and authentic records, and then, Value provides us with elucidation about the appraisers' recognition of values. Lastly, Context explains the priority of selection throughout creating, using, interrelationship, and social meaning of archives.

최소 비용할당 기반 온라인 지게차 운영 알고리즘 (An Online Forklift Dispatching Algorithm Based on Minimal Cost Assignment Approach)

  • 조선소의 지게차는 작업 특성상 무거운 물건을 상/하차하거나 이송하는 작업이 빈번하다. 작업은 동적이며 시간대별로 생성 비율이 다르다. 특히 오전과 오후 업무시간 직후에 작업 발생 비율이 높은 경향을 보인다. 이러한 상/하차 작업과 이송작업의 무게는 매번 다르며, 활용되는 지게차 역시 작업 가능한 허용무게의 제약이 있다. 본 연구에서는 지게차의 원활한 운영을 위해 최소 비용할당을 사용한 최근린 배차 규칙 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제시된 알고리즘은 다양한 종류의 지게차와 다수의 작업을 동시에 고려하여 배차를 결정하며, 지게차 종류에 따른 작업 불가능을 고려하기 위해 가상 지게차와 가상 작업을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 차량의 상태를 고려하여 체계적으로 지게차를 선택하는 방법도 함께 제시한다. 성능지표는 평균 공차이동거리와 평균 작업대기시간으로 한다. 성능비교를 위해 조선소의 지게차 운영방식을 모델링한 우선순위 규칙을 비교 대상으로 한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제시한 알고리즘의 우수성을 확인한다.

집단적 요인과 개인적 요인이 갈등관리유형 선호에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Effect of the Group and Personal Factors on the Preference of the Conflict Handling Styles)

  • This study is to categorize five types of conflict handling styles that employees can take when conflict occurs. The five types are integrating, avoiding, dominating, obliging, and compromising. I found these factors that explain conflicts handling styles divided them into organizational structure, task group functioning and need styles and how certain factors explain different kinds of conflict handling styles without other factors. To measure conflict handling styles, this study used the scale of conflict style devised Rahim. Data were collected by the survey method from employees engaged in the service industry located Seoul, the Province of Gyeonggi, and the Province of Gangwon. In addition, in order to prove my hypothesis, I used hierarchical regression analysis method to find the pure explanation that each factors have without multicollinearity. According to the study's result, in a person's type of needs, if the need for achievement is high, they prefer integrating style. In contrast, if the need for achievement is low, they prefer avoiding style. Also, if the need for affiliation is high, the employees prefer compromising style. But if the need for affiliation is low and the need for dominance is high, the employees favor dominating style. However, in task group functioning, group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, or the confidence in peers and management is high, the employees prefer obliging style to other conflicts handling styles. As well as if group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, it was found that they prefer compromising style. Also, if the role conflict that is related to organizational structure is serious, employees prefer obliging style, but they have weakenss in explanation. To sum up these results, if the employees have obliging style that shows lack of concerns over themselves and at the same time, have high concerns to others, is affected by task group or organization. And we can infer that the other conflicts handling styles are effected by personal characteristic.

빅데이터 기술수용의 초기 특성 연구 - 기술이용자 및 기술활용자 측면의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on Initial Characterization of Big Data Technology Acceptance - Moderating Role of Technology User & Technology Utilizer)

  • 빅데이터와 관련 기술에 대하여 학계, 산업계, 공공의 관심이 크지만 아직까지 빅데이터 기술수용에 대하여 체계적으로 연구된 사례는 매우 드물다. 본 연구는 국내 초기 시장인 빅데이터 기술수용 연구를 위해 기술수용모델(TAM)을 중심 틀로 혁신확산이론(Innovation Diffusion Theory) 및 과업기술적합성(Task Technology Fit)이론을 통합적으로 활용하여 연구모형을 설정하였으며 빅데이터 기술 수용의 목적성을 기술수용모델의 조절변인으로 확장하였다. 연구결과 '주관적 규범'과 '과업기술적합성'이 TAM의 외생변인으로 가장 크게 영향을 가졌으며 기술기반의 새로운 서비스나 상품을 기획하고 개발하고자 하는 목적의 '기술활용자' 집단에게 '조직의 혁신성향'은 기술의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 유의한 외생변인이나 단순히 기술을 이용하고자 하는 '기술이용자' 집단에게는 오히려 '주관적 규범'이 영향력을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 매개효과 검증에서도 유의한 차이점이 검증되었다.

  • The importance of technical innovation is increasing gradually in accordance with the life cycle of technology being shortened and the convergence being accelerate. This thesis aims to present the Framework of Competency Model of Techno Leadership capable of utilizing in promoting R&D (Research and Development) Leaders systematically by the technology based enterprise. The characteristic of core behavior necessary for Techno Leaders has been sorted out through the literature investigation and the analysis course of meaning, etc., the competency model of Techno Leadership has been deducted by analyzing the relation with MOT (Management of Technology) capacity being common skill of task necessary for Techno Leaders and the characteristic of behavior based on this through the questionnaire survey. The possibility of application in the field as well has been verified by applying the developed competency model in the actual field of enterprise. The competency model of techno Leadership developed in this research may be utilized in the direction establishment for the promotion of Techno Leadership in the enterprise or laboratory, especially, if would be effective to self-diagnose the core competency necessary for R&D manpower to be grown as the Techno leader in the IT oriented enterprise and to establish the improvement direction.

중환자실의 간호조직문화와 팀효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship Between Nursing Organizational Culture and ICUs Team Effectiveness)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is, by investigating organizational characteristics, types of nursing organizational culture and team effectiveness in ICU, to ascertain the type of nursing organizational culture and the organizational characteristic that can improve the team effectiveness. Method: The research targeted 427 nurses from 33 ICUs of 14 general hospitals which have more than 250 beds and the data were gathered by using self-report questionnaires from April 10, 2003 to April 24, 2003. For this research, the following tools were used; the tool for measuring organizational characteristics and organizational cultures and the tool for measuring team effectiveness. Result: The most significant nursing organizational characteristic in ICU is the centralization. The organizational culture in ICU is generally rank-oriented culture. There was a significant difference (p<.01) in four types of organizational cultures; relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, rank-oriented and task-oriented. Verifying influence power of organizational cultures upon team effectiveness of ICU, relation-oriented culture had 49.2% of an influence upon team effectiveness, innovation- oriented and relation-oriented culture had 60.4% of an influence, and rank-oriented, innovation-oriented and relation-oriented culture had 61.2% of an influence. The organizational culture profiles according to the types of nursing organizational cultures in 33 ICUs were found by a cluster analysis. They were classified into five culture profiles; strong balance culture profile, weak balance culture profile, innovation-oriented and task-oriened culture profile, strong relation culture profile and strong rank culture profile(p<0.5). According to me organizational culture profiles, a significant difference of team effectivenesses(coworker satisfaction, team performance perception, team satisfaction and team commitment) was found(p<.01). The strong balance culture profile had the best team effectivenesses. Conclusion: For nursing culture management, a nursing administrator should identify the relevant nursing organizational culture at first by utilizing an innovative team-leader. After identifying the organizational culture, the administrator should make strategic plans and practices that can distinguish good organizational cultures to be expanded from ones to be sublated so that a strong balance culture can be developed.
