  • Now days, the marketing environment is rapidly changed. Therefore, a lot of companies try to reduce production cost. Especially, Design is a important activities in new product development. While the concepts of design for manufacturable and concurrent engineering have made significant advances in integrating the design function with other areas in the firm. There are still major gaps in timely and accurate costing information available to designers. Inappropriate design could result in high redesign cost and delay in product relation. The generation of design and improvement is a time-consuming and mentally exhaustion process. It involves combining design features to generate as many potential design as possible. As not all features combinations are feasible, decision-makers have to narrow down the potential solutions and subsequently select appropriate design for further development. This new study is composed of 3 steps aiming at the Low Cost Design of the product. The three steps are consisted that setting up the target Cost, estimating the current functional cost, the design of a unit's reviewing according to the priority of the difference between the target cost and the functional cost.

  • This study compares the reasons why targe and Small companies are adopting electronic commerce(e-commerce) based on an assumption of difference between two groups of companies. We collected data for contemporaneous analysis by classification with two groups of companies in Korea and developed an integrated model from the empirical studies and made Question papers for inspection of created hypothesis. Hypothesis is composed with nine factors ; Customers, Suppliers, Pertner Firms, Competitors, Relative Advantage, Cost Compatibility, CEO's Innovativeness and CEO's Involvement. The research shows Large company is influenced significantly by Customers, Relative Advantage, Cost, CEO's Innovativeness and Small company is by Competitors, CEO's Involvement.

  • The Systems Engineering, as a methodology for engineering and management of today's ever-growing complex system, is a comprehensive and iterative problem-solving process. The process centers on the analysis and management of the stakeholders'needs throughout the entire Life-cycle of a system and searches for an optimized system architecture. There are many essential needs and requirements to be met when a system development task is carried out. Systems Engineering Management PLan(SEMP), as a specification for system development process, must be established to satisfy constraints and requirements of stakeholders successfully and to prevent cost overrun and schedule delay. The paper suggests a systematic SEMP development process and demonstrates a data model and schema for computer-aided systems engineering software, RDD-100, for use in the development and management of SEMP These are being applied to the systems engineering technology development task for the next-generation high-speed railway systems in progress.

Load Balanced QoS Routing for Precomputation of QoS Routes (QoS 경로의 선계산을 적용한 부하분산 QoS 라우팅)

  • In this paper, we propose a load balancing QoS routing on a targe scale network. We use the scheme in which it calculates the cost of resources with a precomputation and then selects a path among multiple paths based on the calculated cost for each resources. We also use the QoS routing scheme for the transit and the intra-traffic on a large scale domain-based network. For a domain in networks, this routing scheme precomputes K multiple paths between all pairs made up with each ingress and egress border routers along with the consideration of a load balancing, and then picks up paths having the high probability on the Path selection. This routing scheme can be applied for the transit traffic and the intra traffic and combines the Inter-domain and intra-domain routings seamlessly and put a high priority on the transit traffic Thus, these schemes make Possible both the global use of network resources and the load balancing.
