Objectives : The symptoms of Sleepwalking disorder include getting up, walking, talking, and even eating in one's sleep or sleep-like state. The patients do not realize what they have done. It is accepted that there is no specific treatment for this disorder. Some medications and psychotherapies including hypnotherapy have been used in various situations. In this study, the hypnotherapy was used on a 46-year-old female patient. Method : She had been suffering from insomnia, nightmares, and sleepwalking for over a year. Through hypnotherapy, she was able to express her anger towards people who had hurt her in the past. Also, through regression and trance logic, she was able to reconcile with her mother who had passed away. Result and Conclusion : As a result, her sleepwalking disappeared and other psychological problems such as depression and anxiety were reduced effectively.

The purpose of the this study was to establish preliminary data on the characteristic of dysfluency in monologue. The subjects were 30 normal speaking adults(15 males and 15 females), aged from 18 to 30 and 30 normal speaking children, aged from 8 to 10. This study attempted to sample 1-minute portion of talking about the daily routine. Videotapes were made to analyze his/her speech sample in terms of the patterns and the frequency of dysfluency. The result of the present study were a follows: (1) The children had total dysfluency type ratios of 12.48%, dysfluency type ratios of 2.83%. Interjection was the most frequently occuring, followed by revision, incomplete phrase. (2) The adults had total dysfluency type ratios of 8.51%, dysfluency type ratios of 0.59%. Interjection was the most frequently occuring, followed by revision, syllable repetition. (3) In adults, both total dysfluency type ratios and dysfluency type ratios differed significantly by the gender. (4) Both total dysfluency type ratios and dysfluency type ratios differed significantly between adults and children.

<남성 여성>은 장 뤽 고다르 감독이 누벨바그의 작가로서 최초로 그의 영화 안에 당대의 정치적 분위기를 전달하려고 한 전환점이 되는 작품이며, 끊임없이 질문하는 영화이고, 진정한 의미에서 '말하는 영화'이다. 본 논문은 <남성 여성>의 복잡한 사운드 구조를 해석하기 위하여 영화의 사운드를 분석한다. 고다르는 사운드의 중요성을 잘 알고 있었고, 이 영화에서 '직접 사운드', 온, 오프 사운드를 활용한 인터뷰, 다자의 내레이션, 텍스트의 낭독, 감독에 의해 통제되고 선택된 음향, 음악과 같은 다양한 방법을 실험한다. <남성 여성>은 광범위하게 활용된 즉흥적인 대사를 활용하면서 마르크스-코카콜라 세대를 기록한 저널리즘 작품이다.

Community gardens with log house in rural areas as a rural growth tool are able to promote rural-urban exchange and adapt to current market mechanisms by means of communication and promotion techniques. It is important to know that what community garden's users seek for their benefits and demand for well-established and settled down. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the needs of dwellers to live their community gardens so as to provide a better understanding of community gardens in Korea. An open-ended questionnaire survey was obtained from ten householders on community gardens in the study area. The results show that there needs to establish facilities such as small storehouse for farming appliances and barbecue area, and to set up the regulation to control a loud talking and sing until late night. We suggest that the government supports to help dwellers consider their needs to be comfortable on their gardening plots.

The parasporal biogenesis of crystal inclusion during the sporulation of Bacillus sphaericus strain 1593 was observed using transmission electron microscopy. The crystal biogenesis and sporulation process involved a sequence of events talking about 10 h. The sporulation Precesses were found to be similar to previous findings. The crystal biogenesis of B. sphaericus was initiated at the start of engulfment and nearly completed by the time of exosporium formation. The crystal formation was clearly associated with the outer forespore membrane from stages III through VI, and the crystals grew from polypeptide-like chains originated from the outer forespore membrane. These observations are different from previous findings, which report no association with the forespore membrane. The crystals were located adjacent to the outer membrane of the spore until the release stage. The axes size of the bipyramidal crystal was approximately $0.25{\mu}m{\times}42{\mu}m$. During crystal biogenesis, the crystal development could be classified into four stages; initiation stage Cl (sporulation stage . III), growth stage C2 (sporulation III to V), envelopment and maturation C3 (sporulation V to V), and finally release stage C4 (sporulation Vll).

It is well known that many patients with trigeminal neuralgia suffer from electric shock-like stabbing pains. The pain can be triggered by nonnoxious stimuli such as touching of the face, chewing, talking or swallowing. This 62 year old woman was urgently admitted to the internal medicine department due to abdominal distention and severe general weakness. She has suffered characteristic violent pain triggered by chewing and swallowing for little over 4 years. This resulted in poor oral feeding for prolonged period which left her severely debilitated. The large amount of ascites that developed 20 days before admission and extreme emaciation forced her to bed rest. She also suffered from Herpes Zoster. After medical treatment to improve liver function and severe pain was persisted, the patient was referred to our department for control of pain. We performed right mandibular block with 1% dibucaine 0.4 ml and the effect was excellent. After the pain had subsided, patient was able to take meals more comfortably and improved liver function returned.

네트워크 통신을 기반으로 한 영상 회의 및 세미나, 강의에서는 영상/음성뿐만 아니라 프리젠테이션 제시 또한 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 전형적인 세미나 또는 회의, 강의에서 사용되는 흑판을 촬영하여 영상 전송 기능을 그대로 이용하는 프리젠테이션 제시 기법은 고해상도의 영상 기술이 필요하고, 촬영기술의 기능까지 요구되므로 원격의 환경에서 큰 장애 요인이 된다. 본 논문에서는TCP기반의 연결 지향형 소켓을 이용한 효과적인 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션을 공유하기 위한 실시간 멀티미디어 공유 보드시스템을 구현한다. 이 시스템은 시스템 구축에 수반하는 비용을 감소할 수 있으며 데이터 신뢰성 및 상호 작용을 향상시키고, 프리젠데이션 지연 시간을 최소화할 수 있다.

정보화 시대에 오히려 시각장애인의 정보격차 현상이 더욱 심화되고 있는 상황에서 LG상남도서관은 시각장애인의 정보 접근성 향상을 위해 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기술이 적용된 휴대폰을 활용하여 도서관 접속과정을 자동화하고 언제 어디서나 도서관 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 유비쿼터스 도서관을 구축하였다. 이용자는 웹 서비스 모바일 서비스, 전화도서관 서비스의 세 가지 접근경로를 통해 서비스를 제공받을 수 있으며, 실시간으로 디지털 토킹북을 들을 수 있다. 본 연구 결과 유비쿼터스 도서관의 구축을 위해서는 이용자와의 접점을 다양화할 수 있는 여러 수단을 고려해야 하며, 동시에 이용자의 정보 이용 상황에 대한 심층적인 사용성 평가 및 분석이 병행되어야 함을 제시하였다.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of disc thickness on the normal behavior of the temporomandibular joint. Based on a specific patient case, CT scan images showing accentuated wear in the right disc were reconstructed and the geometrical and finite element model of the temporomandibular joint structures (cranium, mandible, articular cartilages and articular discs) was developed. The loads applied in this study were referent to the five most relevant muscular forces acting on the temporomandibular joint during daily tasks such as talking or eating. We observed that the left side structures of the temporomandibular joint (cranium, mandible and articular disc) were the most affected as a consequence of the wear on the opposite articular disc (right side). From these results, it was possible to evaluate the differences in the two sides of the joint and understand how a damaged articular disc influences the behavior of this joint and the possible consequences that can arise without treatment.

아파트 단지 내 외부공간에서 발생하는 이용행위의 내용과 구체적이고 물리적인 실증을 통해 거주자의 일상생활과 외부공간과의 이용행태특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 고층 아파트 단지 거주자의 이용행위 발생을 가져오는 외부공간의 이용특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 2004년도 이후에 준공된 대전광역시의 8개 단지를 중심으로 거주자 이용행태를 관찰조사하여 이용빈도를 분석하였다. 외부공간 이용행태 분석결과 어린이놀이터에서 이용행위가 가장 높았으며, 놀이, 담소, 운동, 휴식행위의 순으로 나타났다. 특히 통과행위가 높은 준공적 영역에서 거주자 이용행위가 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다.
