Following conclusions about Taeyang meridian and Taeyang type were obtained through studies with reference to the books of ${\ll}$Donguibogam${\gg}$, ${\ll}$Hwangjaenaegyung${\gg}$, and ${\ll}$Special Lectures of Master Jisan on Medical cases${\gg}$ . Park noticed that there was difference in the development of 12 meridians among the individuals and tried to apply it in the diagnosis and the treatment of the disease, thereby creating the theory of the six meridian types. The literal basis is assumed to a phrase in ${\ll}$YoungChu GyungMaek${\gg}$ , ‘人經不同 絡脈異所別也’. Taeyang meridian runs through the back of the human body. The concept of TaeYang includes surface, starting point, diffusion of Yang Gi, and emission. Small intestine meridian of hand Taeyang manages the liquid and Bladder meridian of foot Taeyang manages the muscle. There is much flow of blood and less of Gi in Taeyang meridian which makes the connection to hair, flesh, liquid, muscle and vessel. Taeyang conceals and condenses objects because it belongs to Hansu according to division of Six atmospheric influences and to the winter. The articulation is stiff and urination and elimination are abnormal when disease occurs in this meridian. The pathology of Taeyang meridian would be the invasion of outer filthy Gi affecting the Bladder meridian of foot Taeyang which then again makes Kidney meridian of foot Soeum sick. The two meridians compose the outer part and the inner part of th body. The bladder itself becomes sick sometimes. The condition of less Gi in Taeyang meridian can easily result in the shortage of Gi, and much blood makes the person to have a lofty ideal or to have capricious behavior.

There are a lots of merits in PLS(Plasma Lighting System). But it is not widely used because the price is too high though it has very quality and efficiency. So it is necessary to develop a PLS which can be widely used with its merit.

1. Objectives: Purpose of this paper is to study the reinterpretation of Taeyang disease(太陽病) in "Shanghanlun(傷寒論)" based on the pathologic perspective of Sa-sang Constitutional Medicine by comparing factors as pathologic mechanisms, clinical symptoms, and remedies. 2. Methods: The texts referred to pathologic mechanisms, clinical symptoms, and remedies of Taeyang disease(太陽病) described in "Donguisusebowon Gabobon(東醫壽世保元 甲午本)", "Donguisusebowon Sinchookbon(東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)", and Shanghanlun(傷寒論)" in "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)" were analysed. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) Early phase of Ulgwang symptomatic pattern(鬱狂證 初證) and of Mangyang symptomatic pattern(亡陽證初證) of Kidney Heat-based Exterior Heat disease(腎受熱表熱病), a category of Soeumin(少陰人) diseases, were described by adopting pathologic models of Taeyang-sangpung symptomatic pattern(太陽傷風證) and Sanghan-hyeol symptomatic pattern(傷寒血證) from "Sanghanlun(傷寒論)". 2) Soyang-sangpung symptomatic pattern(少陽傷風證) of Spleen Cold-based Exterior Cold diseae (脾受寒表寒病) and Hyunggyeok-yeol symptomatic pattern(胸膈熱證) of Stomach Heat-based Interior Heat disease(胃受熱裏熱病), categories of Soyangin(少陽人) diseases, were described by adopting pathologic models of Taeyang-yangsangpunghan symptomatic pattern(太陽兩傷風寒證), Soyang-sangpung symptomatic pattern(少陽傷風證) and Tayangbyong-sahak symptomatic pattern(太陽病似瘧證) from "Sanghanlun(傷寒論)". 3) Baechu-pyo symptomatic pattern(背顀表病輕證) and Hangual symptomatic pattern(寒厥證) of Esophagus Cold-based Exterior Cold disease(胃脘受寒表寒病), a category of Taeeumin(太陰人) diseases, was described by adopting pathologic models of Taeyang-sanghan symptomatic pattern(太陽傷寒證) and Hangual symptomatic pattern(寒厥證) from "Sanghanlun(傷寒論)". 4) Je-Ma Lee reinterpreted various diseases classified as Taeyang disease(太陽病) with the pathologic perspective of Sa-sang Constitutional Medicine. Different from existing medicine, diseases were analysed and treated by the standard, constitution of the patient.

The size of a PLS 300w's lighting source is smaller than the size of other's. It makes the reflector design of pls 300w more efficient. We designed it and analyzed the result of the reflector design in this paper.

COVID-19 infection heightens the risk of thromboembolism. To see the similarities between the COVID-19 infection and Taeyang blood retention pattern, we conducted a PubMed search using specific terms related to blood circulation issues in the context of COVID-19, summarizing findings from 13 cases and 4 observational studies involving actual patients. Patients with COVID-19 are at risk of blood coagulation due to factors such as viral-induced cytokine storms, vascular endothelial dysfunction, reduced mobility in bedridden or isolated individuals, and resulting constipation. Additionally, cytokine storms and severe inflammation can lead to delirium in COVID-19 patients. The Taeyang blood retention pattern manifests as symptoms arising from delirium and an increased blood coagulation tendency in patients with a robust immune response. According to the Sanghan theory, certain herbal treatments can alleviate symptoms in patients with a tight lower abdomen who do not experience urinary issues. Studies show that components like Persicae Semen and Rhei Redix et Rhizoma in these prescriptions enhance blood circulation and reduce hypercoagulability. Additionally, these treatments aim to promote blood flow by relieving abdominal pressure through facilitating bowel movements. The excessive inflammation and heightened blood coagulation tendency in COVID-19 resemble the Taeyang blood retention pattern, although they are caused by different pathogens. Reinterpreting classical oriental medicine's principles in a modern context may enhance our understanding of traditional East Asian Medicine and foster future developments.

There have been several the reports that the mechanism of Sasang consititution might be understood in the level of genes. Previous study of the authors showed that HLA types and constitutional information had significant relationships. One hundred subjects who showed Taeum characteristics were selected in the present study. HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-DRB1, ACE, ${\beta}-IIAR$, ${\beta}-IIIAR$, UCP-1, and ALDH2 polymorphisms were analyzed. Also, ACE, ${\beta}-IIAR$, ${\beta}-IIIAR$, UCP-1, and ALDH2 analyses were performed on the 100 samples of previous study who showed Taeyang characteristics. Despite of several significant differences of HLA allele frequencies between Taeum-inclined group and normal control group, this significance level was not sufficient ro support the association between constitution and HLA genes, because of the raised alpha error rate. The polymorphisrns of ACE, ${\beta}-IIAR$, ${\beta}-IIIAR$, UCP-1, and ALDH2 genes did not show relationship between Taeyang-inclined and Taeum-inclined groups, whereas BMI showed difference between Taeyang-inclined and Taeum-inclined groups. ALDH2 in Taeyang-inclined group confirmed the protective role of ALDH2*2 allele against alcoholism.

1. Objectives This study integrates and studied variable of Questionnaire for doctors and Questionnaire for patients. After, found extremely useful variable. 2. Methods Through the medium of statistical method and advice of the Department of Sasang Constitution Medicine specialist, found extremely useful variable. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) Through the medium of statistical method (STEPDISC, DISCRIM), The variable which is selected lastly above once from 36 taxon, In the Questionaire for doctors Taeyang items is 18, Soyang items is 16, Taeumin items is 21, Soeumin items is 20. In the Question patients Taeyang items is 50, Soyang items is 53, Taeumin items is 63, Soeumin items is 64. 2) The variable which got above 25 from the Department of Sasang Constitution Medicine specialist, In the Questionaire for doctors Taeyang items is 5, Soyang items is 8, Taeumin items is 7, Soeumin items is 12. items is 32. 3) The variable which got above 25 from the Department of Sasang Constitution Medicine specialist and got above 3 the selection frequency, the Questionaire for doctors Taeyang items is 4, Soyang items is 4, Taeumin items is 5, Soeumin items is 8. In the Questionaire for patients Taeyang items is 10, Soyang items is 17, Taeumin items is 24, Soeumin items is 23.

Photometric analysis is essential process to make design for 300W Electrodeless flood lighting fixture. But lighting source's unusual shape makes it difficult to fix in and so we supposed two kinds of installation method to solve this matter. One is to place lamp base down and second is to put lamp base side like normal HID lamps. In result, former photometric analysis came to reach a target for similar asymmetric photometric data meanwhile we can not escape work to design complicated reflector. Second analysis reached conclusion that it is more simplified reflector than former. On its lighting fixture's design, the former reflector is new and attractive breaking fixed idea but the latter is only staying in the range of existing HID lighting design.

Objective : This case report presents the effect of Daecheongryong-tang on Impulse Control Disorder. The patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system, we diagnosed the patient as Taeyang-byung and she has been suffering from impulse control disorder. The patient was treated with Daecheongryong-tang. And it was provided for 60 days.The changing symptom was estimated by Global Assessment of Functioning and Visual Analogue Scale. Results : After the treatment, the patient's functioning got better from 65 to 85 on GAF. And the degree of pain was reduced from 10 to 2 on VAS. Conclusions :This case study shows an effectiveness of using Daecheongryong-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on Impulse Control Disorder.

In classfying human being into four types: Soeum-in(少陰人), Taeeum-in(太陰人), Soyang-in(少陽人), Taeyang-in(太陽人), let, s try to match four season's image to the four type constitution. 1. spring's image(春) soeum-in(少陰人) summer's image(夏) taeeum-in(太陰人) autumn's image(秋) soyang-in(少陽人) winter's image(冬) taeyang-in(太陽人). 2. Treating disease, we should also consider essence chi(精氣) state.
