Tough study of movement of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳), we understand Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) & essential movement. Theory about creator of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is indistinct. there are Jangsampung-theory(張三豊設), Wangjongak-theory(王宗岳設), Jinwangjung-theory(陳王廷設), Jinbok-theory(陳卜設). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is military arts developed before Song empire(宋). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) has many branch.(Jin-sik陳式, Yang-sik楊式, Mu-sik武式 O-sik吳式, Son-sik孫式) Tae-Geuk-Guan'(太極拳) manual movement use fist(拳), palm(掌), hook shape(鉤) and its using form has many type like Bung, Yi, Jae, An, Chae, Yul, Ju, Go. Its gait has many type like Sang-bo(上步), Tae-bo(退步), Jin-bo(進步), Deng-gak, Bun-gak(分脚), Bak-gak(拍脚). Essential theory of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is Yi-Sim-Hang-Gi(以心行氣) & Yi-Gi-Un-Sin(以氣運身). It means mind(心) moves qi(氣) and qi(氣) moves body(身).

Investigating the past and present literatures of west and east about pediatric constitutions and Dong-Eu-Su Se-Bo-Won $\ll$東醫壽世保元$\gg$, we obtained such conclusions : 1. In ancient literatures about pediatric constitution, physiologic and histologic characteristics are considered as pediatirc constitution. 'Pure Yang(純陽)' 'Yang is overabundant, Yin is insufficient(陽有餘陰不足)' are used for definitions of pediatric characteristics. 2. In recent literatures about pediatric constitution, adding to definitions of ancient constitution, more scientific, objective and rational criterion are intrduced. 3. In Sa-Sang(四象), limits of pediatrics is defined to children below sixteen years. 'Yu(幼)' in Dong-Eu-Su-Se-Bo-Won $\ll$東醫壽世保元$\gg$. 4. In Dong-Eu-Su-Se-Bo-Won $\ll$東醫壽世保元$\gg$, the writings about 'So-Yang-In(少陽人)' is most, those about 'So-Eum-In(少陰人)', 'Tae-Eum-In(太陰人)' and 'Tae-Yang-In(太陽人)' are in sequence. 5. In conclusion, Je-Ma Yi(李濟馬), inventor of Sa-Sang(四象), consider that pediatric constitutions are not different from those of adult.

This study was to investigate the effects of Bo-Jung-Chi-Seub-Tang administration on body composition, blood biochemistrical factors and hormonal changes during 2 weeks Weight Reduction in TaeKwonDo Athletes. 10 subjects were belong to be in elite athletes of KNUPE. They were divided two groups(administration group and non-administration) by 5 subjects in each group randomly. they were measured about body composition(% Fat, Fat Wt, LBM, TBW), Blood Biochemistrical Factors(glucose, TG, total protein, albumin, BUN, Uric acid, Ca, Pi, Mg) and Hormonal Changes(Renin, Aldosteron). As the results of the experiment, conclusions were made as follows: In terms of % Fat, Fat W.T., Mg, TG, Renin, it was shown significant differences between two groups. Although there were no significant differences, rate of weight reduction and levels of LBM, BUN in Bo-Jung-Chi-Seub-Tang administration group were changed more lower than non-administration group.

보툴리늄 톡신(BoNT/A)은 사람에서 안전하고 효과적인 주름치료제로 적용되고 있으며 최근에는 주름치료효과 이외의 효능에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 개 피부에 히스타민을 피하 주입하여 소양증을 유발한 다음 보툴리늄 톡신의 항소양 효과를 평가하는 것이다. 총 5 마리의 비글을 이용하여 우측 배측 흉부 피부에 보툴리늄 톡신 0.05 ml (5unit)를 주입한 처치부위와 좌측 배측 흉부 피부에 0.05 ml의 생리식염수를 주입한 대조부위를 비교하였다. 보툴리늄 톡신 투여 전, 투여 후 1, 3, 7일에 Histamine 을 피내주입하여 소양증을 유발하였다. 소양증의 정도, 팽진의 지름과 두께, 홍반수치 및 피부표면 온도를 측정하여 보툴리늄 톡신 주입 효과를 평가하였다. 소양증의 정도는 처치부위에서 유의하게 감소하였으며(p < 0.05) 팽진의 지름과 두께도 처치부위에서 유의하게 감소했다(p < 0.05). 홍반수치는 최초 히스타민을 피내투여한 직후에 처치부위와 대조부위에서 모두 증가했으나 대조부위에 비해서 처치부위에서 적게 증가하였다. 피부표면온도는 처치부위에서 유의하게 감소하였다(p < 0.05). 본 연구결과 보툴리늄 톡신은 개 피부에서 히스타민에 의한 소양증에 대한 항소양 효과를 보였으며 임상적으로 극심한 국소 소양증을 보이는 피부질환에 대해 적용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

1. Objectives Jeong-Jo's death has many mistery. So we understand rightly Jeong-Jo's death. we inspect closely medical records of 20 days before death(in The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書)， GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We understand medical treatment before death. It is based on Jeong-Jo's Constitution. So we trace the cause of a Jeong-Jo's death rightly. 2. Methods According to The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書) GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We found out Jeoung-Jo's Sasang constitutional elemet. We point on Jeoung-Jo's nature and emotion, temperament and talent, features and way of speaking, physical appearance, healthy state, ordinary symptom, pathological syndromes and pharmacology. so documentary records was worthy of notice. 3. Results and conclusions 1. Jeong-Jo has prominent cheekbones,flat face. It belong to Tae-eum. 2. Jeong-Jo's physical appearance is mild,around,large. It belong ro Tae-eum. 3. Jeong-Jo's favorite food and herb were belong to Tae-eum interior febrile disease herb. which is Exhale Dispersing Qi 4. So even though Jeoung-Jo is Tae-eum, He had a weak body. It main cause that Smoking, insomnia, heave work, Hwa disease. 5. Jeong-Jo's is Interior febrile disease induced form the liver affected by heat in Tae-eumin
