Tough study of movement of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳), we understand Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) & essential movement. Theory about creator of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is indistinct. there are Jangsampung-theory(張三豊設), Wangjongak-theory(王宗岳設), Jinwangjung-theory(陳王廷設), Jinbok-theory(陳卜設). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is military arts developed before Song empire(宋). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) has many branch.(Jin-sik陳式, Yang-sik楊式, Mu-sik武式 O-sik吳式, Son-sik孫式) Tae-Geuk-Guan'(太極拳) manual movement use fist(拳), palm(掌), hook shape(鉤) and its using form has many type like Bung, Yi, Jae, An, Chae, Yul, Ju, Go. Its gait has many type like Sang-bo(上步), Tae-bo(退步), Jin-bo(進步), Deng-gak, Bun-gak(分脚), Bak-gak(拍脚). Essential theory of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is Yi-Sim-Hang-Gi(以心行氣) & Yi-Gi-Un-Sin(以氣運身). It means mind(心) moves qi(氣) and qi(氣) moves body(身).

Investigating the past and present literatures of west and east about pediatric constitutions and Dong-Eu-Su Se-Bo-Won $\ll$東醫壽世保元$\gg$, we obtained such conclusions : 1. In ancient literatures about pediatric constitution, physiologic and histologic characteristics are considered as pediatirc constitution. 'Pure Yang(純陽)' 'Yang is overabundant, Yin is insufficient(陽有餘陰不足)' are used for definitions of pediatric characteristics. 2. In recent literatures about pediatric constitution, adding to definitions of ancient constitution, more scientific, objective and rational criterion are intrduced. 3. In Sa-Sang(四象), limits of pediatrics is defined to children below sixteen years. 'Yu(幼)' in Dong-Eu-Su-Se-Bo-Won $\ll$東醫壽世保元$\gg$. 4. In Dong-Eu-Su-Se-Bo-Won $\ll$東醫壽世保元$\gg$, the writings about 'So-Yang-In(少陽人)' is most, those about 'So-Eum-In(少陰人)', 'Tae-Eum-In(太陰人)' and 'Tae-Yang-In(太陽人)' are in sequence. 5. In conclusion, Je-Ma Yi(李濟馬), inventor of Sa-Sang(四象), consider that pediatric constitutions are not different from those of adult.

This study was to investigate the effects of Bo-Jung-Chi-Seub-Tang administration on body composition, blood biochemistrical factors and hormonal changes during 2 weeks Weight Reduction in TaeKwonDo Athletes. 10 subjects were belong to be in elite athletes of KNUPE. They were divided two groups(administration group and non-administration) by 5 subjects in each group randomly. they were measured about body composition(% Fat, Fat Wt, LBM, TBW), Blood Biochemistrical Factors(glucose, TG, total protein, albumin, BUN, Uric acid, Ca, Pi, Mg) and Hormonal Changes(Renin, Aldosteron). As the results of the experiment, conclusions were made as follows: In terms of % Fat, Fat W.T., Mg, TG, Renin, it was shown significant differences between two groups. Although there were no significant differences, rate of weight reduction and levels of LBM, BUN in Bo-Jung-Chi-Seub-Tang administration group were changed more lower than non-administration group.

Botulinum toxin type A (BoNT/A) has been proven to be a safe and effective treatment for wrinkles in human. As well as the anti-wrinkle effects, the anti-pruritic effect of BoNT/A has been revealed from several researches for new therapy. The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-pruritic effect of BoNT/A against histamine-induced pruritus on canine skin. Five clinically healthy beagles were included in the study. All dogs were received 0.05 ml (5 Unit) of BoNT/A on the right dorsal thoracic region as an experiment and the same volume of saline solution was injected on the left dorsal thoracic region as a control, respectively. Intradermal histamine injections were performed four times (before treatment and days 1, 3 and 7 after BoNT/A injection). The severity of pruritus, the diameter and thickness of wheal, the erythema index and cutaneous temperature were assessed. The severity of pruritus was reduced on BoNT/A treated sides, compared with saline treated sides (p < 0.05). BoNT/A decreased wheal size, in both diameter and thickness (p < 0.05). Although, erythema index of both sides were increased after first histamine injection, BoNT/A treated sides showed the low-value as compared with saline treated sides. Cutaneous temperature was decreased significantly on BoNT/A treated sides. These results indicates that BoNT/A reduce histamine-induced pruritus on canine skin and suggested a possibility of application of BoNT/A for local intractable dermatologic problem in dogs.

1. Objectives Jeong-Jo's death has many mistery. So we understand rightly Jeong-Jo's death. we inspect closely medical records of 20 days before death(in The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書)， GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We understand medical treatment before death. It is based on Jeong-Jo's Constitution. So we trace the cause of a Jeong-Jo's death rightly. 2. Methods According to The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書) GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We found out Jeoung-Jo's Sasang constitutional elemet. We point on Jeoung-Jo's nature and emotion, temperament and talent, features and way of speaking, physical appearance, healthy state, ordinary symptom, pathological syndromes and pharmacology. so documentary records was worthy of notice. 3. Results and conclusions 1. Jeong-Jo has prominent cheekbones,flat face. It belong to Tae-eum. 2. Jeong-Jo's physical appearance is mild,around,large. It belong ro Tae-eum. 3. Jeong-Jo's favorite food and herb were belong to Tae-eum interior febrile disease herb. which is Exhale Dispersing Qi 4. So even though Jeoung-Jo is Tae-eum, He had a weak body. It main cause that Smoking, insomnia, heave work, Hwa disease. 5. Jeong-Jo's is Interior febrile disease induced form the liver affected by heat in Tae-eumin
