2012년 1월부터 국민의 건강보호를 위해 실내공기질 적용대상 다중이용시설이 추가되며, 석면의 안전한 관리를 위한 석면안전관리법이 공포된다. 또한 저탄소 녹색성장기본법에 의한 온실가스 에너지 목표관리제의 적용대상인 관리업체 지정기준이 강화되며, 수계로 배출되는 유해물질의 독성을 통합관리하여 건강한 수생태계 보호를 위해 도입된 "생태독성(TU) 관리제도"가 3-5종 사업장까지 확대 시행된다. 2012년부터 달라지거나 새롭게 시행되는 환경행정 내용을 정리하였으니 업무에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

This paper proposes the concept of “Artificial Emotion”(AE). The goal of AE is simulation, extension and expansion of natural emotion, especially human emotion. The object of AE is machine emotion and emotion machine. The contents of AE are emotion recognition, emotion measurement, emotion understanding emotion representation emotion generation, emotion processing, emotion control and emotion communication. The methodology, technology, scientific significance and application value of artificial emotion are discussed

This paper presents a survey of floating power supply based on bootstrap operation for three-level voltage-source inverters. The floating power supply for upper switches is achieved by the bootstrap capacitor charged during on-time of the switch underneath. Hence, a large number of bulky isolated DC/DC power supplies for each gate driver are reduced. The Pspice simulation results show the behavior of bootstrap devices and the performance of bootstrap capacitor voltage.

We propose a novel high dynamic range (HDR) video synthesis algorithm from alternatively exposed low dynamic range (LDR) videos. We first estimate correspondences between input fames using an illumination invariant descriptor. Then, we synthesize an HDR frame with the weights computed to maximize detail preservation in the output HDR frame. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm provides high-quality HDR videos without noticeable artifacts.

Arius maculatus (Thunberg) of the family Ariidae collected from Wando, Chollanam-do Province is a new family and genus to the fish fauna in Korea. Luciogobius saikaiensis D tu of the family Gobiidae collected from Haenam, Chollanam-do Province is also a new record. Their diagnostic characters, distribution, remarks and photos of each species are given.

본 연구는 역사문화의 입장에서 중국 복식문화의 원류에 관해 연구한 것으로 무속과 예약문화가 그 형성에 영향을 미친것을 밝혔다. 중국복식문화는 고대 주술문화에서 중요한 역할을 했을 뿐 아니라 상당한 비중을 차지하였다. 중국 복식문화의 성숙기와 서주때의 중국 예약문화의 형성은 매우 밀접한 상관이 있다. 예약문화의 표현에서 계급성을 내용으로 하고 형 식 성을 특징으로 하는 체제에서 중요한 작용을 하였다 동시 에 복식문화 자체도 이 시 기 에 아주 풍요롭게 발전하여 중국 문화의 견고한 기초를 확립하였다.

The RMS statistical approach has demonstrated its potential in developing pharmaceutical dosage forms and in improving tabletting performance. Using an optimized formula, the tabletting performances of vitamin C-90 such as compressibility, disintegration time, lubrication and friability are significantly enhanced when compared with the performance of a traditional test formula. More important, this method also enables us to serve our customers better. Any customized modification of a suggested formula or any technical problem related performance etc. can be readily resolved by simple examination of the models.

Using an idea from the paper of Baker, Lawrence and Zorzitto [2], the superstability problems of the functional inequalities $\Vert f(x+y) - f(x)f(y) \Vert \leq H_i (\Vert x \Vert, \Vert y \Vert)$ shall be investigated.
