Objective: The feasibility of a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) trigger in normal responders is still a matter of debate. The aim of this study was to compare the number of mature oocytes, the number of good-quality embryos, and the live birth rate in normal responders triggered by GnRHa alone, GnRHa and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG; a dual trigger), and hCG alone. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted at the infertility clinic of a university hospital. Data from 200 normal responders who underwent controlled ovarian hyperstimulation and intracytoplasmic sperm injection with a GnRH antagonist protocol between January 2016 and January 2017 were reviewed. The first study group consisted of patients with cycles triggered by GnRHa alone. The second study group consisted of patients with cycles triggered by both GnRHa and low-dose hCG (a dual trigger). The control group consisted of patients with cycles triggered by hCG alone. Results: The groups were comparable in terms of demographics and cycle characteristics. The numbers of total oocytes retrieved and metaphase II oocytes were similar between the groups. The total numbers of top-quality embryos were 3.2±2.9 in the GnRHa group, 4.4±3.2 in the dual-trigger group, and 2.9±2.1 in the hCG group (p=0.014). The live birth rates were 21.4%, 30.5%, and 28.2% in those groups, respectively (p=0.126). Conclusion: In normal responders, a dual-trigger approach appears superior to an hCG trigger alone with regard to the number of top-quality embryos produced. However, no clinical benefit was apparent in terms of live birth rates.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS) on the alteration of pressure pain threshold of myofascial trigger points. We used fifty nine patients with upper trapezius mayofascial pain syndrome. Participants classified according to each group in conventional TENS(high rate, low intensity) and acupuncture like TENS(low rate, high intensity). The test was measured continuously pre test, post-test by algometer. The following results were obtained; 1. Pressure pain threshold were significantly increased in all groups(p<.001). 2. In comparison between groups, pressure pain threshold were not significantly differenced. These results lead us to the conclusion that each method by TENS were significantly increased pressure pain threshold of upper trapezius trigger points. Therefore, a further direction of this study will be to provide more evidence that TENS method have an effect on pressure pain threshold of myofascial trigger points.
The patient with muscle contraction headache usually have one or more specific trigger points. These trigger points have been treated with various treatment modalities including "stretch and spray" and regional infiltration with local anesthetics with or without corticosteroids. I treated 36 patients with muscle contraction headache with regional infiltration of local anesthetics and steroid into trigger points and the results were as follows 1) The diagnosis of muscle contraction headache was possible by confirming specific trigger points by palpation. 2) Patients relieved rapidly from headache by regional infiltration of local anesthetics and steroid into the tender point. 3) Single injection was effective in relieving headache. But the curability of the single injection could not be assessed because of difficulty in follow-up study. 4) Active trigger points could be occasionally inactive, which also made difficult in assessing the effectiveness of the treatment.
In this paper, the sine-wave and trigger pulse generator with capability of frequency high-resolution and time-variable trigger edge has implemented. It fulfills well the requirements for SS-OCT with frequency resolution of 1 Hz, frequency stability of ${\leq}{\pm}0.03Hz$ and time-variable trigger edge. Through its performance test applied to the wavelength swept laser, 90 nm, sweeping range and 10mW average optical power were obtained. This showes that the realized generator can replace the commercial high cost and high performance signal generators employed by current SS-OCT systems.
This study is to contribute to create favorable conditions for developing the new port in a timely and as well helps to propose role and establish status of incheon port in the future by reviewing port facility capacity of Incheon Newport, applied trigger rule reasonably. By applying trigger rule with annual growth rate(11.4%) between 2001 to 2009 rules it will be 18 berths reducing 2 years for completion date than annual growth rate(9.4%) forecasted by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. This paper first suggests the tri-ports policies including Incheon new port, Busan port and Gwang-Yang port and creating favorable conditions for the early completion and lastly attracting high valued-added transshipment cargo for developing incheon new port in a timely.

The triggered vacuum switch (TVS) is widely used as a high power switch in the field of pulsed power application. TVS can produce current of higher than 100 kA within a microsecond after being triggered. A triggering high voltage pulse generator supplies a high voltage signal to the trigger system to initiate the discharge between a trigger pin and one of main electrode. The trigger system, which consists of a tungsten trigger electrode and cylindrical ceramic insulator around it, is normally installed at the center of main cathode electrode. The discharging characteristics of the trigger system strongly depend on the geometry, electrode material, vacuum pressure and so on. In addition, we especially will focus on the developing a triggering pulse generator, which can vary not only value of voltage but also pulse duration, because its properties gives pivot influences on the TVS discharge. To verify such effects, we made a 3.3 kJ TVS set-up initially. Thus we will discuss some of prominent results from 3.3 kJ TVS system. In parallel we will show on the design of 300 kJ TVS system for the high current in the future.
The trigger point phenomenon is an extremely common syndrome in physical therapy room. The symptoms created by these syndromes may be interpreted as originating in discogneic disease, nerve entrapment syndromes, viscerosomatic pain, and certain myalgic pain of unknown etiology. Injuries, viral or bacterial infections, immobilization, psychogenic stress, and other environment factors can preciptate and perpetuate these syndromes, which may occur in any of the voluntary muscles of the human body and thus lead to a multitude of myofascial pain syndromes. Obviously symptomatic treatment can meet with only partial success. Knowledge of the trigger point phenomenon will aid the diagnostician in understanding otherwise in explicable symptom. The trigger point are $2{\sim}5mm$ in diameter, hyperirritable palpable taut in a tissue, when compressed, is locally tender, if sufficiently hypersensitive, give rise to referred pain and tenderness, and sometimes to referred automatic phenomena and distortion of proprioception. The treatment of myofascial trigger point pain syndrome is not difficult once the source of the problem has been determined. Where as many modalities may be used, two of the most effective are spray-and stretch and TP injection. These can be followed by deep massage, specific, manual resistive exercise, and an exercise program which the patient can follow at home. The goal of management is to inactivate the TPs and to restore shortened and stretch resistent muscles to their full range of motion. The purpose of this case study was to know about the pathophysiologic mechanism of the trigger point and will enable to physical therapist to direct his treatment to the real source of trouble.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate eating habits and the frequency of trigger-food consumption in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and to examine the associations of these variables with IBS symptom severity. Methods: We included 145 ROME III-positive IBS patients (mean age 31.2 years, 73.8% of female). Subjects completed an eating-habits and food-consumption questionnaire, IBS-Symptom Severity Scale (IBS-SSS) and Brief Symptom Inventory-18 (BSI-18) for psychological distress. Results: Subjects with unhealthy eating-habits such as irregular meal times, frequently eating out and overeating tended to show higher IBS symptom severity. The severity of IBS symptoms related to the frequency of the consumption of trigger foods. Subjects who ate trigger-foods (i.e., tofu, beans, almonds, and peanuts) less frequently showed higher IBS symptom severity (p=.045, .042, .016, and .019, respectively). However, subjects who ate spicy foods, instant foods, and noodles more frequently experienced more severe IBS symptoms (p=.018, .011, and .023 respectively). Conclusion: This study showed that IBS symptom severity was related to meal intake patterns and frequency of trigger food consumption. These findings could provide a basis for developing an intervention program for IBS patients.
To protect the power systems from fault current, the rated protective equipment should be installed. However growth of power system scale and concentration of loads caused the large fault current in power transmission system and distribution system. The capacities of installed protective equipment have been exceeded the due to increase of fault current. This increase is not temporary phenomenon but will be steadily as long as the industry develops. The power system operator need a counter-measurement for safety, so superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) has been received attention as effective solutions to reduce the fault current. For the above reasons various type SFCLs have been studied recently. In this paper, operation characteristics and power burden of trigger type SFCL is studied. The trigger type SFCL has been used for real system research in many countries. Another trigger type SFCL (double quench trigger type SFCL) is also studied. For this paper, short circuit test is performed.

This paper presents an atomic force probe for triggering coordinate measuring machines(CMMs). A rigorous comparison is made between touch trigger probe and atomic force probe for CMMs. Typical CMMs(touch trigger probe based CMMs) often lead to some errors associated with object curvature and difference in triggering sensitivity. Their applicability is limited only to hard objects. The aim of this work is to develop a trigger sensor for CMMs using atomic force. In order to show the applicability of atomic force as a trigger sensor, a cylindrical shape is measured with a CMM and an atomic force microscope. Three different touch probe heads with different ball sizes are tested. The experiments show that smaller ball provides better results for curved objects. The experimental results also show that the performance of atomic force as a trigger sensor is about that of the smallest ball probe. In addition, experiments are also performed to measure soft objects. Finally, this paper suggests and verifies a trigger sensor using atomic force for CMMs.
