현대사회에는 수많은 영상미디어의 홍수 속에서 영상미디어는 급속도로 발전하고 있다. 송신자와 수신자 사이의 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 영상표현 기법의 한 분야인 모션그래픽이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 모션그래픽은 수신자에게 정보를 보다 쉽고 정확하게 전달하기 위해 시각정보의 명확성을 부여하고 이미지의 전달과 정보전달의 효과를 높이기 위하여 커뮤니케이션 과정의 효과를 증대한다. 본 연구에서 논자는 사례를 통하여 최근 관심이 커지고 있는 모션그래픽의 한 분야인 타이틀 디자인이라는 짧지만 함축적인 정보의 전달로 강력한 시각전달로 모션그래픽의 표현방법상의 연구와 구조를 분석하여 실무제작에 있어 보다 낳은 방향으로 커뮤니케이션의 편리성과 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 모션그래픽의 제작방법을 조명해보고자 한다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of education & training and organizational culture on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and then examine the difference that would appear depending on the job title in the case of Korean employees in the manufacturing industry. Research design, data, and methodology - Our sample consisted of 1,013 administrative employees in the manufacturing industry with data extracted from the 4th Human Capital Corporate Panel (2011) survey. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results - Results showed that education & training had positive effect only on job satisfaction while organizational culture had positive effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Components under education & training (duration of the formal learning, efficacy of formal learning and efficacy of informal learning) and organizational culture (equity, communication, talent recognition, innovation) that were found to be affecting job satisfaction and organizational commitment revealed to be different depending on the hierarchical position of the employee. Conclusions - Different approach and policy for each group of job title could be considered in order to increase job satisfaction and enhance organizational commitment of the employees.

Bolero Project initially had the support of TEDIS, and now is a joint-venture between SWIFT and IT Club. After the successful testing of an original pilot project, The Bolero Association was formed in 1995 by a group of interested cross industry companies. A Bolero Bill of Lading replicates the basic functions of a paper-based bill of lading via title registry service and core messaging platform. A Bolero Bill of Lading consists of BBL Text and Title Registry Record. A Tittle Registry Record carries out the function of a document of title and a BBL may be transferred by changing the roles of users in this Title Registry Record. TEDI Project had been conducted from the April 1999 to the September 2000 on the basis of the EDEN Project(Dec.97- Mar. 1999) and International Trade Guidances Project (Nov. 1998-Mar. 1999). Through TEDI Project, the RSP Model was introduced as e-trade solution like Bolero's Solution. The RSP Model Solution will be furnished through TC (Trade Chain) Server and RSP(Repository Service Provider) Server. The purpose of this paper is to study the problems and solutions in the pilot test of electronic Bill of Lading using TEDI's RSP and to promote the introduction of electronic Bill of Lading.

The main purpose of this study was to examine elementary teachers' visual attention that appears in science textbook tables. This paper proposed that teachers' cognitive effectiveness can be different by the presence or absence of the title of tables. The eye fixation data of participants are collected by the eye tracker apparatus. Participants in this study were 10 elementary school teachers and the table on the 2007 revised science textbooks were selected as experimental stimuli. Information about eye-fixations are recorded when subjects are given 4 tables by eye tracker. Eye-fixation time as well as the ratio and the number of fixation can be obtained by using the eye tracker but also we can acquire a significant conclusion through these outcomes. As the result of the experiment, it took less time to interpret in the presence of the title than in the absence of it. However, this result is only effective only for the interpretation of simple stimulus; the presence of title does not influence on fixation time in the analysis of complicated stimulation. This study showed that it is better to insult the title in the tables because it helps teachers to recognize contents of the tables effectively.

This study examines the seller's liability for defects in title of goods under SGA. If the contracting parties choose SGA as a governing law, they should pay attention to whether a contractual stipulation for defects in title of goods is a condition or a warranty. It is because SGA divides contractual terms into a condition and a warranty. And its effects regarding a breach of a condition or a warranty are different. Under SGA s 12(1) as a condition, in a contract of sale, the seller has a right to sell the goods at the time of contract, and in the case of an agreement to sell, he will have such a right at the time when the property is to pass. Under SGA s 12(2) as a warranty, there is an implied warranty that (a) the goods are free, and will remain free until the time when the property is to pass, from any charge or encumbrance and (b) the buyer will enjoy quiet possession of the goods as long as the buyer retains an interest in the goods. But the seller will not be liable if the third party unlawfully interferes with the buyer's possession.

2016년 5월 19일 대법원은 전원합의체판결에서 부동산 매수자가 본인 명의로 소유권이전등기를 하지 않고 등기를 매도인에게서 직접 명의수탁자로 이전하는 제3자간 명의신탁(중간생략등기형 명의신탁)의 경우 명의수탁자가 신탁부동산을 임의로 처분하여도 형사처벌를 할 수 없다는 판결을 하였다. 본 논문에서는 민법과 형법의 교차영역인 명의신탁에서 민사사건의 형사화를 지양했다는 점에서 긍정적인 평가를 하지만 이에 따른 관련법의 정비를 통한 법개정을 제안한다. 즉, 명의신탁에 관한 법제 간 모순을 극복하기 위해 '부동산 실권리자명의 등기에 관한 법률'의 개정이 요구된다. 또한 부동산소유자가 그 등기명의를 타인에게 신탁하기로 하는 명의신탁약정을 맺고 그 등기명의를 명의수탁자에게 이전하는 소위 2자간 명의신탁의 경우도 비범죄화를 함으로써 법체계의 논리성과 통일성을 확보할 필요가 있다.

This study is to analyze the background and circumstances of the bibliographical description method appearing in the Hong-ssi Tok-so-rok, or an annotated classified bibliography of Korean and Chinese books edited for the Hongs and their clan. The conclusions are as follows. Each entries of the bibliography are entered under titles, and generally followed by bibliographic elements of volumes, written age, author's name, functional word of authorship, and annotation. The written age is stated by the dynasty name for the first authors within each classes. However some anonymous works and government compiled works are recorded the king's shrine name or the reign title. Entries of the bibliography are arranged by the chronological order in each classes. The writer's name is generally described by 'surname + given name'. However it is sometimes also recorded in the one of the following forms; Appellation (hao, 호) or posthumous title + surname + given name. Sumame + appellation or posthumous title + given name. Appellation ( (hao, 호) or posthumous title + sumame + Sonsaeng (선행) + given name. Sumame + government position title + given name. Appellation (hao, 호) + surname + cha(자, master). surname + ssi(씨). ect. Married women's names are stated by her husband's surname followed by the Chinese character 부 or 절부 which signifies wife or virtuous women, and then her given name. The works written or compiled by King's order (명찬서) are generally described in the form of 명제신+ functional word of authorship. Names of government agencies are occasionally stated as the authors' for the government publications or government compiled works. The functional words of authorship are described in the phrase of 소작야, 소편야 instead of 저, 찬, ect. It is more noticeable that in the case of the collections of individual writers' works the wording of 지문야, 지시야 is written after the name of the author. More complicated descriptive forms are seen in the entries of works for the shared authorship and mixed responsibility. Two or more than two monographic works of the same author classed in the same class are annotated all together.

The study is designed to develop an educational CD-Title for Basic Life Support. The study is conducted from July to December, 2002, Based on the course of program development suggested by Dick and Cray. the study followed the planning, development, education and evaluation of a program. The developed CD-Title consists of 8 parts. 1. Intro include Introduction, Adult CPR, Child CPR, Infant CPR, Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, and Exercise in Menu at Right of screen. 2. Introduction consist of death process at cardiac arresst, chain of survival, introduction of CPR, respiratory & ciculatory anatomy and physiology. 3. Adult CPR consist of assessment responsiveness, activating EMS system, position victim, opening a airway, checking for breathing, rescue breathing, checking for sign of circulation, chest compression, 1 person & 2 persion adult CPR video. 4. Child & Infant CPR consist of, causes, assessment responsiveness, position victim, opening the airway, checking for breathing, rescue breathing, checking for sign of circulation, chest compression, activating EMS system, child & infant CPR video. 5. Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction include assessment responsiveness, activating EMS system, position victim, opening a airway, checking for breathing, 2 rescue breathing, reopening the airway, 2 rescue breathing, finger sweep, 5 abdominal thrusts, unresponsiveness adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction video. 6. Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction consist of, causes, assessment responsiveness, position victim, opening the airway, checking for breathing, 2 rescue breathing, reopening the airway, 2 rescue breathing, checking foreign-body object in oral cavity of victim, 5 back blow, 5 chest thsusts, activating EMS system, video. 7. 32 exercise consist of 8 Adult CPR, 12 Child & Infant CPR, 5 Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, 7 Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction. Every part consist of animations to trigger students interests. This CD-Title will be useful education for first responders and lay rescuers.

Objectives: "Exploring the origin of acupuncture medicine (針灸逢源)", a classical title of acupuncture medicine in the 19th century, has been reviewed with focus on its impact on the standardization of acupoint in the history of acupuncture medicine as an approach of yin-yang balancing medicine like the Temporomandibular joint Balancing Medicine. Methods: A narrative review of literature was performed with a focus on continuous development and revision of the knowledge system of acupuncture medicine in medical education and clinical application. Results: This title has provided a systematized knowledge on acupoint-acupuncutre including 361 acupoints, acupoint location, and acupoint-meridian association, which was adopted as a frame of core knowledge in modern acupuncture medicine. Critical review and rational reasoning on previously accepted but apparently incongruous strips of knowledge led to the accomplishment of this title. Conclusions: This title provided a revised and standard knowledge system in the field of medical education and clinical practice of acupuncture medicine, and also provided an exemplary model of unrelenting change and development of an approach based on the concept of yin-yang balance such as acupuncture medicine and the Temporomandibular joint Balancing Medicine.

타이틀시퀀스에서 활용된 물질은 영화의 스타일과 내용을 포괄적으로 내포하고 있다. 그러므로 어떤 물질을 선택하는가에 따라 정서적 표현의 효과가 달라질 수 있다. 이에 따라 최근 20년간의 영화 타이틀시퀀스 42편을 수집하여 소재를 분류하고 기호학사각형을 이용해 물질의 범주를 정의하였다. 물질도의 강약을 검증하기 위해 설문하여 3단계의 물질도를 구분하고 영화의 장르에 따라 어떤 범주의 물질성이 활용되었는지 조사하였다. 분석 결과 물질성은 장르의 구분 없이 내용에 따라 선택되었으나 물질도의 차이는 있었다. 강한 물질도는 스릴러와 SF.미스테리 장르에서 사용되었고, 중간 물질도는 전반적으로 활용되나 특히 드라마 장르와 액션에서 활용되었다. 약한 물질도 또한 다양한 장르에서 활용되었으나 특히 공포, SF 미스테리 장르에서 활용되었다. 본 논문은 영화를 상징적으로 시각화하는 타이틀시퀀스 제작에 있어 물질의 선택에 의한 표현 방법 연구를 제안하였다는데 의의가 있다.
