In the case of an agile-based project, it was inadequate to perform a comprehensive inspection and evaluation on the establishment and operation of an information system by performing audit only with the audit and inspection elements provided by the existing information system audit and inspection system. In particular, in the case of the test activity area, it was necessary to improve the test activity audit check items to comprehensively check the agile-based development process by applying the existing audit system. To this end, a test activity improvement check model of the agile methodology audit model was presented by applying the repetition concept, a characteristic of the agile methodology. In order to empirically verify the model of this study, a survey was conducted for auditors and designers/developers who have experience in performing agile-based projects and auditing information systems. As a result of the questionnaire on the integrated test and system test in the test stage, more than 70% of the respondents were found to be suitable. More than 80% of the respondents judged that it was appropriate as a result of the questionnaire on "improvement and regression test progress according to integrated test and system test results" and "integrated test and functional actions of components and subsystems".

For aviation sensor pod, structural integrity should be verified through static structural tests for flight loads induced in various maneuvering conditions of the aircraft. For this, it is necessary to develop a test system for full-scale static load test of sensor pod. Based on test requirements, this paper introduced a test system configuration of the static test and the development of test structure frame, restraints equipment, loading equipment, control, and measurement equipment. In addition, methods and procedures for verifying the developed test system were explained. In conclusion, the static load test and data acquisition were successfully performed. Reliability of the test equipment was also verified in the process.
Hamstring flexibility is an important factor that affects muscle performance of the lower extremities and is closely associated with sports injuries. Therefore, evaluation of flexibility is important in clinical practice. Results of evaluation are determined by types of tests and cut-off values used; therefore, accurate and detailed understanding of these is necessary before examination. Although the straight leg raise and sit and reach tests are used to evaluate hamstring extensibility, structures including the nerves, fascia, and other muscles can significantly confound the results of these tests. The knee extension test is performed at 90° of hip flexion to minimize the posterior pelvic tilt that occurs during the straight leg test. The knee extension test is most recommended for selective evaluation of hamstring flexibility. The knee extension test is classified into active and passive tests. The cut-off value is usually set at 20° for the active and at 10° for the passive knee extension test. Although a strong association is observed between the two tests, the active knee extension test is preferred in clinical practice because it can be performed by a single examiner, which serves as an advantage. Age, sex, and warm-up exercise tend to affect flexibility; therefore, results should be interpreted with caution. Detailed understanding of each flexibility test is important for reliable evaluation.
Engine test cell should provide controlled test environment to properly verify requirements of engine performance and operational characteristics. However, since test cells cannot be perfectly identical to each other, new test cell requires processes to verify reliability of test results and correct differences through correlation testing using a baseline test cell. This paper studies about what should be considered when correlation testing is performed based on commonalities and differences between turbofan and turboshaft engine. It provides examples of correlation test procedure. In the future, it is expected that this study will help set up a standard that can certify test facility according to engine type.

Objectives : Mibyeong is a korea medicine have original concept of the disease. However, no previous report has effect of mibyeong herbal medicine in fatigue types of mibyeong. This study investigated the question of whether Dang Gui Bo Hyul-tang(DGBHT) of effect on fatigue types of Mibyeong. Methods : C57BL/6 mice were randomaly divided into three group (n=10). The mice were then group (1) Nocontrol, (2) Restraunt stress(veh), (3) Dang Gui Bo Hyul-tang 200mg/kg. The administered Dang Gui Bo Hyul-tang 200mg/kg or distilled water (orally) 1 hr prior to daily exposure to repeated restraint stress (2 h) for 15 days. The performed behavior test (Mechanical hyperalgesia test,, Open-field test, Forced swimming test, Sucrose preference test and immunostaining and biochemical measured in serum. Results : Stress fatigue induced mices significantly increased lethargic, hyperalgesia through behavior test (Mechanical hyperalgesia test (decrease 43%), Open-field test ($4,809{\pm} 226.13cm$ vs. $3121{\pm}226.64cm$), Forced swimming test ($11.45{\pm}3.96$ vs. $79.10{\pm}8.12sec$), Sucrose preference test (decrease 58%)). In addition, chronic fatigue model evidently increased corticosterone level ($122.54{\pm}18.88$ vs. $186.94{\pm}18.26ng/ml$), AST level ($46.22{\pm}3.23$ vs. $31.40{\pm}3.86U/L$), ALT level ($38.78{\pm}5.72$ vs. $17.60{\pm}1.30$), liver necrosis, lateral ventricle size. These alterations were significantly ameliorated by DGBHT. DGBHT significantly attend the elevated serum concentrations of corticosterone ($155.90{\pm}6.29ng/ml$), AST ($31.40{\pm}3.86U/L$), ALT ($17.60{\pm}1.30U/L$). Moreover, DGBHT improved lethargic, hyperalgesia when compared the stress fatigue (Mechanical hyperalgesia test (improve 28%), Open-field test ($4,038{\pm}615.81cm$), Forced swimming test ($7.56{\pm}1.88sec$), Sucrose preference test (increase 21%) Conclusions : Theses result suggest that DGBHT have improved lethargic, hyperalgesia and fatigue-associated hormone and liver protective on stress fatigue model. It will be necessary to research to present evidences on benefits and effects of Korean medical treatment for Mibyeong through clinical researches based on benefits and effects of those animal models.
The aims of this study are to develop web-based learning materials for science and environmental education of elementary school. The effect of environmental education was divided into eight to measure: the awareness of using web as environmental material, the ability to use web as environmental material. the awareness of environmental problems, the satisfaction for environmental education using web, the awareness of preserving local environment, self-leading ability to learn environment, the effect of using environment homepage, and the internalization of environmental awareness. This study obtained the following results; First, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.29 points higher than the control group having traditional learning in the awareness of using web as environmental material, showing a statistically significant difference. Second, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 2.80 points higher than the control group in the ability to use web as environmental material, showing a statistically significant difference. Third, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.10 points higher than the control group in the awareness of environmental problems, showing a statistically significant difference. Fourth, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based teaming was 0.89 points higher than the control group in the satisfaction for environmental education using web, showing a statistically significant difference. Fifth, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.70 points higher than the control group in the self-leading ability to learn environment, showing a statistically significant difference. Sixth, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.21 points higher than the control group in the effect of using environment homepage, showing a statistically significant difference. Finally, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.39 points higher than the control group in the internalization of environmental awareness, showing a statistically significant difference. Based on these results, it is assumed that the teaching method which applied web-based teaming to science and environmental education in elementary school is a effective strategy for elementary science and on environmental education.
In P300-based concealed information test (P300 CIT), it evaluates whether the P300 amplitude for the probe is significantly greater than that of the irrelevant to determine if the suspect is telling a lie. An independent sample t-test or a bootstrap method can be used as a statistical test to make that decision. Rosenfeld et al. (2004) used the bootstrap method, claiming that "t tests on single sweeps are too insensitive to use to compare mean probe and irrelevant P300s within individuals" and their method has been accepted to date. The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether the power of t-test is lower than that of the bootstrap method in the P300 CIT. The Monte Carlo study was conducted by using EEG collected from 39 participants. The results showed that the type I error rates of the t-test and the percentile bootstrap method were similar and the power of the percentile bootstrap method was slightly higher than that of the t-test. The type I error rates of the t-test and the percentile bootstrap method were slightly lower than the significance level and the powers of the two tests were also slightly lower than that of the theoretical t-test. On the other hand, the type I error rate and power of the standard error Bootstrap method were the same as those of the theoretical t-test and its power was .012 ~ .081 higher than that of t-test depending on experimental conditions.
Unlike most bacteria, Treponema pallidum subspecies cannot be readily isolated or sustained in cell culture for numerous generations. In korea, two non treponemal tests are currently considered as standard; the VDRL slide test and RPR card test. These tests are based on an antigen composed of an alcoholic solution containing measured amount of cardiolipin, cholesterol, and sufficient purified lecithin to produce reactivity. The nontreponemal reagin tests measure immunoglobulin M (IgM) and IgG to lipoidal material released from damaged host cells as well as to lipoprotein-like material and possibly by cardiolipin released from the treponemes. The object of the evaluation was to evaluate the performance of the Mediace RPR kit on the automated biochemistry analyzer system as a method for screen method of syphilis as well as to identify BFP possibility. For evaluation of routine screening test, a total 2,380 specimens tested by Mediace RPR from 28th Oct, 2007 to 22th Feb, 2008. For evaluation of BFP possiblility, we measured samples which have potential BFP reaction in Syphilis test such as ANA (anti-nuclear antibody) positive (135 samples), CRP (C-reactive protein) positive (100 samples), RF (Rheumatoid factor) positive (26 samples), and other potential BFP cases (17 samples) including total 278 samples. These samples were tested quantitative test Mediace RPR with Hitachi 7600 P module. For comparison with current manual test, VDRL slide test were performed. Of these 2380 specimens, 2350 were negative, 30 were positive, and one were positive with TPHA. Both methods agreed for 2356 (98.9%) samples. Of the 30 samples showed positive results over 1.0 R.U, 6 samples showed positive results with VDRL test. Of these 6 samples, 1 samples showed positive with TPHA test. The combination of the Automated Biochemistry analyzer and VDRL test for retest can be increase efficiency of syphilis screening test.
The Weighted Logrank test and its special case, Logrank test are widely used to compare survival distributions; however, these methods are inappropriate when the sample size is small or censoring distributions are not equal since they use test statistics from approximate distributions. A permutation test can be an alternative for small sample cases; however, this should be used only when censoring distributions are equal. To handle cases with small sample size and unequal censoring distributions, the permutation-imputation method was developed to compare two survival distributions. In this paper, approximate method, permutation method and permutation-imputation method were compared using a Logrank test and Prentice-Wilcoxon test for three or more survival distributions comparison.
The conceptual design lunar lander demonstrator has been developed to use as a test bed for advanced spacecraft technologies and to test a prototype planetary lander capable of vertical takeoff and landing. Size of the lunar lander demonstrator is the same as that of lunar lander conceptually designed, however, the weight of lunar lander demonstrator is designed in 1/6 scale in consideration of gravity difference between moon and earth. The thruster clustering and virtual flight test were performed in the demonstrator fixed on the ground. The demonstrator ground test has been conducted for two months in the test site for the solid motor combustion of the Goheung Flight Center. The purposes of ground test of demonstrator are to demonstrate and verify essential electronics, propulsion system, control algorithm, embedded software, structure and system operation technologies before developing the flight model lander. This paper is described about the virtual flight test including test configuration, test aims and test facilities
