Microwave dielectric properties of A1$_2$O$_3$ ceramics resonator were investigated with impurity addition. Increasing the contents of Bi$_2$O$_3$Q-value and Q $\times$ f were increased. In the specimen with the content of Bi$_2$O$_3$(0.3wt%), dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TCRF, $\tau$$_{f}$) had a good values of 10.76,23,253(at 9.68[GHz]) and -39.09(ppm/$^{\circ}C$), respectively. The TCRF value was decreased with MnO$_2$ and increased with Sm$_2$O$_3$. La$_2$O$_3$.>.

In this study, low temperature sintering property of the $0.6TiTe_3O_8-0.4MgTiO_3$ ceramics with sintering adds were investigated for LTCC application which enable to cofiring with Ag electrode. $TiTe_3O_8$ mixed with $MgTiO_3$ to improve the temperature property. In the X-ray diffraction patterns, the columbite structure of $TiTe_3O_3$ phase and ilmenite structure of $MgTiO_3$ phase were coexisted in all specimens. In the case of $H_3BO_3$ addition, the bulk density and dielectric constant were decreased but quality factor was increased with amount of $H_3BO_3$ additions. The TCRF of the $0.6TiTe_3O_8-0.4MgTiO_3+xwt%H_3BO_3$ ceramics were moved to positive direction. In another case, SnO addition, the bulk density and dielectric constant were increased but Quality factor was decreased with amount of SnO additions. The TCRF of the $0.6TiTe_3O_8-0.4MgTiO_3$+ywt%SnO ceramics were shifted to negative direction. The dielectric constant, quality factor and TCRF of the $0.6TiTe_3O_8-0.4MgTiO_3$ ceramics with $2wt%H_3BO_3$ and 2.5wt%SnO sintered at $830^{\circ}C$ for 1h, were 28.5, 39,570GHz, $+9.34ppm/^{\circ}C$ and 29.86, 35,80000z, $-0.58ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively.

The dielectric constant, quality factor and TCRF of $05TiTe_{3}O_{8}-0.5MgTiO_{3}$ ceramics sintered at $830^{\circ}C$ for 3h. were 26.19, 43,290GHz and $-3.9ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively.

The $(1-x)Mg_4Ta_2O_9-xwt%TiO_2\;(x=5\sim20)$ microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction method and sintered at $1450^{\circ}C$. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the $Mg_4Ta_2O_9-xwt%TiO_2$ ceramics had main phase of $Mg_4Ta_2O_9$ and $MgTi_2O_5$ peaks were added by increasing of $TiO_2$ addition. Microwave dielectric properties of the $Mg_4Ta_2O_9-xwt%TiO_2$ ceramics were influenced by $MgTi_2O_5$ phase and properties of $TiO_2$. There was a little decrement of the quality factor from 116,800GHz of pure $Mg_4Ta_2O_9$ to 100,100GHz of 15wt% $TiO_2$ added one. But there was excellent improvement in temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (TCRF) by addition of 15wt% $TiO_2$. The dielectric constant quality factor and TCRF of the $Mg_4Ta_2O_9-xwt%TiO_2$ ceramics sintered at $1450^{\circ}C$ were $13.08\sim16.41,\;45,000\sim165,410GHz,\;-24.82\sim+3.88ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively, depending on the value of x. Simulated dielectric resonator (DR) with $Mg_4Ta_2O_9-15wt%TiO_2$ ceramics had the operating frequency of 11.97GHz and $S_{2,1}$ of -35.034dB.

The microwave dielectric properties of the $0.8Mg_4Ta_2O_9-0.2CaTiO_3$ ceramics with sintering temperature were investigated. All the sample of the $0.8Mg_4Ta_2O_9-0.2CaTiO_3$ ceramics prepared by conventional mixed oxide method and sintered at $1400^{\circ}C-1450^{\circ}C$. According to X-ray diffraction patterns of the $0.8Mg_4Ta_2O_9-0.2CaTiO_3$ ceramics, major phase of the hexagonal $Mg_4Ta_2O_9$ phase were showed. Porosity of the $0.8Mg_4Ta_2O_9-0.2CaTiO_3$ ceramics were reduced with increasing sintering temperature, but the bulk density was increased. In the case of $0.8Mg_4Ta_2O_9-0.2CaTiO_3$ ceramics sintered at $1425^{\circ}C$, dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TCRF) were 13.69, 63,754GHz and -29.37 $ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively.

$Ba(Mg,Ta)O_3-Ba(Co,Nb)O_3$ ceramics were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method. The ceramics were sintered at the temperature of 1500-$1575^{\circ}C$ for 5[hr.] in air. The crystal structure was investigated by the XRD. The microstructure of the ceramics were observed by SEM. The microwave properties of dielectric resonators were investigated as a function of composition and sintering temperature. $Ba(Mg,Ta)O_3-Ba(Co,Nb)O_3$ ceramics have a structure of complex perovskite type, and have peaks of (101),(102),(201),(202) and (212). In the case of the $0.7Ba(Mg,Ta)O_3-0.3Ba(Co,Nb)O_3$ ceramic resonator, dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TCRF, ${\tau}_l$) were a good value of 26.5, 11.500 at 10[GHz] and -1.3[ppm/$^{\circ}C$] from $25^{\circ}C$ to $60^{\circ}C$, respectively.

In this study, the dielectric ceramics with low loss were investigated for high frequency application. All sample of the $Ba_5M_4O_{15}$ (M=Ta, Nb) ceramics were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method and sintered at $1325{\sim}1575^{\circ}C$. The bulk density and dielectric constant of the $Ba_5Ta_4O_{15}$ ceramics were increased continuously with increasing of sintering temperature. The quality factor was increased in the sintering temperature of $1375{\sim}1475^{\circ}C$ but decreased at the temperature above 1475$^{\circ}C$. In the case of $Ba_5Nb_4O_{15}$ ceramics, the bulk density, dielectric constant and quality factor were increased with sintering temperature but decreased above temperature of 1400$^{\circ}C$. The dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (TCRF) of the $Ba_5Ta_4O_{15}$ and $Ba_5Nb_4O_{15}$ ceramics, sintered at 1475$^{\circ}C$ and 1400$^{\circ}C$, were 25.15, 53105 GHz, -3.06 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ and 39.55, 28052 GHz, 5.7 ppm/$^{\circ}C$, respectively.

In this study, structural and microwave dielectric properties of the ${Ba_5}{B_4}{O_{15}}$ (B=Ta, Nb} cation-deficient perovskite ceramics with sintering temperature were investigated. All sample of the ${Ba_5}{B_4}{O_{15}}$ (B=Ta, Nb) ceramics prepared by conventional mixed oxide method and sintered at $1325^{\circ}C{\sim}1575^{\circ}C$. The bulk density and dielectric constant of the ${Ba_5}{Ta_4}{O_{15}}$ ceramics were increased continuously with increasing of sintering temperature. And the bulk density and dielectric constant of the ${Ba_5}{Nb_4}{O_{15}}$ ceramics was increased in $1375^{\circ}C{\sim}1400^{\circ}C$ but decerased in $1425^{\circ}C$. In this study, the structural and microwave dielectric properties of the $Ba_{5}Nb_{4}O_{15}$ cation-deficient perovskite ceramics with sintering temperature were investigated. All sample of the $Ba_{5}Nb_{4}O_{15}$ ceramics were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method and sintered at $1325^{\circ}C{\sim}1500^{\circ}C$. The bulk density, dielectric constant and quality factor of the $Ba_{5}Nb_{4}O_{15}$ ceramics were increased in the range of $1325^{\circ}C{\sim}1400^{\circ}C$ and decreased above the sintering temperature of 1400$^{\circ}C$. In the case of the $Ba_{5}Nb_{4}O_{15}$ ceramics sintered at 1400$^{\circ}C$ for 5h, the dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (TCRF) were 39.55, 28,052GHz, 5.7ppm/$^{\circ}C$, respectively.
