Tough study of movement of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳), we understand Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) & essential movement. Theory about creator of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is indistinct. there are Jangsampung-theory(張三豊設), Wangjongak-theory(王宗岳設), Jinwangjung-theory(陳王廷設), Jinbok-theory(陳卜設). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is military arts developed before Song empire(宋). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) has many branch.(Jin-sik陳式, Yang-sik楊式, Mu-sik武式 O-sik吳式, Son-sik孫式) Tae-Geuk-Guan'(太極拳) manual movement use fist(拳), palm(掌), hook shape(鉤) and its using form has many type like Bung, Yi, Jae, An, Chae, Yul, Ju, Go. Its gait has many type like Sang-bo(上步), Tae-bo(退步), Jin-bo(進步), Deng-gak, Bun-gak(分脚), Bak-gak(拍脚). Essential theory of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is Yi-Sim-Hang-Gi(以心行氣) & Yi-Gi-Un-Sin(以氣運身). It means mind(心) moves qi(氣) and qi(氣) moves body(身).

본 연구는 신종 발표시 기록하지 않았던 진노랑상사화 Lycoris chinensis Traub var. sinuolata K. Tae et S. Ko에 대하여 라틴어 기재를 추가하였고, 또한 근연관계에 있는 L. chinensis Traub와 L. aurea Herb를 포함한 새로운 분류군에 대한 검색표를 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop a scale measuring the Tae-Wom in nurses. Methods: The initial items were based on an extensive literature review and in-depth interviews with seven nurses with varied careers. Thirty-five items were derived from a pilot survey. Data were collected from 196 hospital nurses, and analyzed to identify items of the scale as well as to verify the exploratory factor analysis, reliability, and validity of the scale. Results: The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that six factors contained 26 items and 65.2% of the total explained variance. These six factors comprised negative behavior exhibited by the Tae-Wom recipient, personal character of the Tae-Wom giver, personal character of nursing unit managers, work attitude of the Tae-Wom giver, overwhelming workload, and unskilled relationships. Furthermore, convergent and discriminant validity testing verified these items. The internal consistency reliability was acceptable (Cronbach's α= .93), and Cronbach's α for each factor ranged from .62 to .90. Conclusion: The developed Tae-Wom scale will serve as a tool for verifying the Tae-Wom state in nursing organizations. Therefore, this scale is expected to mitigate the negative effects of the Tae-Wom.

The study is based on Tong Kuk Yuk Tae Chong Mok that Hong, Man-Jong, a writer of the later Cho-Sun dynasty, wrote in the style of chronicle in 1705. Tong kuk Yuk Tae Chong Mok, different from the former history book, described briefly the whole history in the autonomous view from king Tan-Kun to king sun-Jong, the Cho-sun dynasty. There for the author appraises the sense and value of Tong kuk Yuk Tae Chong Mok, by surveying the publishing background, bibliographic analysis, descriptive method, and cited book on Tong kuk Yuk Tae Chong Mok.

Presently Sasang constitutional medicine draws public attention and a diet based on this theory in gaining popularity. However, scientific data are not available to probe the effects of constitutional diet and the correlations between constitution and food consumptions. Thiry-four healthy subjects[26 females and 8 males] with Tae-eum(females: 5, males: 7), So-yang(females: 9)and So-eum(females: 12, males: 1), were studied. Subjects were not told the kind of constitutional diets they were consuming. Tae-eum constitutional diet was given to all subjects more than 2 meals a day for 8 weeks. The Sasang constitutional classification, food frequency questionnaire and food habits were assessed. The anthropometric assessment, dietary assessment, health status assessment and blood analysis were carried out before and after taking the Tae-eum constitution diet. In case of females, the body weights and BMI were different among the constitutional groups in the following order : Tae-eum constitutional diet. In case of females, the body weights the body weights and BMI were different among the constitutional groups in the following order: Tae-eum>So-yang>So-eum. In case of males, the body weights and BMI of Tae-eum were significantly higher than those of So-eum. In general, habitual food consumption of all of these four groups were very close to those for each of Sasang constitutional types described by Sasang medicine. After 8-weeks of Tae-eum diet, the health status and blood biochemical parameters were not significantly changed.

Objective: This study examined the distribution of married couples' Sasang constitutions. Method: This study was researched clinically using medical records of 206 married couples who visited the Kyung Hee University East-West neo medical center in Seoul between May of 2006 and June of 2008. Results: 1. When a man is So-yangin, his wife's Sasang constitutional type is So-yangin 7.7%, Tae-eumin 53.8%, So-eumin 38.5%. A Tae-eumin wife is significantly more common than the other two groups. 2. When a man is Tae-eumin, his wife's Sasang constitutional type is Tae-yangin 0.9%, So-yangin 53.9%, Tae-eumin 8.7%, So-eumin 36.5%. Proportion of So-yangin wife is significantly higher than the other three groups. 3. When a man is So-eumin, his wife's Sasang constitutional type is So-yangin 61.5%, Tae-eumin 29.2%, So-eumin 9.2%. A So-yangin wife is found at a significantly higher rate than the other two groups. Conclusion: A So-yangin man is most likely to marry a Tae-eumin woman. A Tae-eumin man is most likely to marry a So-yangin woman. A So-eumin man is most likely to marry a So-yangin woman.

목적 자궁체부암 출혈에 대한 경카테터 동맥 색전술의 효과와 안전성을 평가하였다. 대상과 방법 20년 동안 자궁체부암 출혈로 경카테터 동맥 색전술(transcatheter arterial embolization; 이하 TAE)을 시행 받은 여섯 명의 환자들의 자료를 후향적으로 수집하였다. 혈관조영술 및 단면 영상 소견, TAE의 세부사항과 임상 경과를 탐구하였으며, TAE의 기술적, 임상적 성공률(technical and clinical success rate)을 각각 계산하였다. 결과 환자군은 자궁내막양 선암종, 육종, 그리고 임신융모종양으로 이루어졌으며, 대부분이 말기 암 환자들이었다. 출혈은 네 명의 환자에서 질출혈로 나타났다. 여섯 명의 환자들에서 일곱 번의 TAE가 시행되었고, 모든 TAE 시술에서 기술적 성공이 달성되었다. 자궁절제술을 받은 두 명의 환자들에서는 골반강 내 재발한 종양의 출혈이 혈변으로 나타났고, 이 환자들에서도 TAE는 기술적 성공을 보였다. 임상적 성공률은 50%로 절반의 환자에서 일주일 이상 출혈 조절이 되었다. 재출혈은 한 명의 환자에서 사망과 직접적으로 연관되었다. 한 명의 환자에서 시술 다음 날 경미한 부작용이 있었다. 결론 TAE는 자궁체부암 출혈에 대한 효과적이고 안전한 방법이며 특히 진행암, 말기암 환자들의 질병 경과 중의 위험한 시기에서 고려될 수 있다.

1. Objectives : The Purpose of this case is to report that a Tae-eumin patient diagnosed as Herpes Zoster was treated with Yeoldahanso-tang and then his symptoms improved. 2. Methods : We diagnosed the patient as Tae-eumin-Kanyeol-byung(太陰人肝熱病). So we treated him With Yeoldahanso-tang, and used Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and pictures of the affected part for the assessment. 3. Results : After we treated the patient with Yeoldahanso-tang, the vesicles were cleared and his symptoms improved. 4. Conclusions : This case study show an efficient result of using Yeoldahanso-tang in Tae-eumin diagnosed to Herpes Zoster.
