In this study, the optimized design for 130 liter storage fuel tank with 70MPa filling pressure has been investigated using a FEM technique and Taguchi design method. The strength safety of a composite fuel tank in which is fabricated by an aluminum liner of 6061-T6 material and carbon fiber wound composite layers of T800-24K has been analyzed based on the criterion of design safety of US DOT-CFFC and Korean Standard. The FEM computed results on the stress safety of 70MPa hydrogen gas tank were compared with a criterion of a stress ratio, 2.4 of US DOT-CFFC and Korean Standard, and indicated the safety. Thus, the optimized design elements based on the Taguchi's method were recommended as an aluminum liner thickness of 6.4mm, a carbon fiber laminate thickness in hoop direction of 31mm and a carbon fiber laminate thickness in helical direction of 10.2mm, which is represented by a design model of No. 5.

This paper presents the strength safety of a hydrogen gas composite fuel tank, which is analyzed using a FEM based on the criterion of US DOT-CFFC and Korean Standard. A hydrogen gas composite tank in which is fabricated by an aluminum liner of 6061-T6 material and carbon fiber wound composite layers of T800-24K is charged with a filling pressure of 70MPa and a gas storage capacity of 130 liter. The FEM results indicated that von Mises stress, 255.2MPa of an aluminum liner inner tank is low compared with that of 95% yield strength, 272MPa. And a carbon fiber stress ratio of a composite fuel tank is 3.11 in hoop direction and 3.04 in helical direction. These data indicate that a carbon fiber gas tank is safe in comparison to that of a recommended criterion of 2.4 stress ratio. Thus, the proposed composite tank with 130 liter capacity and 70MPa filling pressure is usable in strength safety.

In this paper, we have designed microstrip antenna if 800[MHz] band It will be able to integrate TRS(Trunked Radio System), GSM(Global System for Mobile telecommunication) band including the CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) band we designed repeater and a base station antenna which is possible at the ship and marine of safety. It is improves a narrow bandwidth problem of microstrip antenna. It had U-shaped feeding structure at a rectangular patch And ground or feeding structure used between dielectric constant(${\varepsilon}_T$ = 2.1), patch or feeding structure used between dielectric constant(${\varepsilon}_T$ =1). So it used a duplex resonance effect Designed frequency bandwith(V5WR 2:1) if the antenna showed good characteristic of $780[MHz]{\sim}1.83[GHz]$ to 2.61[GHz]. Also the E-plan and H-plan all profit 9.4[dBi] above, the 3[dB] beam width showed the characteristic over the E-plan and H-plan $60^{\circ}$ to be improved.

Friction stir welding (FSW) method has extensively been used in manufacturing methods because of the several advantages over conventional welding methods, such as better mechanical properties, reduced occurrence of joining defects, high material saving, and low production time, etc. The aim of this paper is to review the optimal FSW conditions using the previous experimental results and is to investigate the fatigue crack growth rate in three different zones, WM, HAZ and BM for FSWed Al7075-T651 aluminum plates. As far as our experiments are concerned, the optimal conditions are obtained as rotation speed, 800rpm and travelling speed, 0.5mm/sec. The fatigue crack growth rate showed strong dependency on three different zones WM, HAZ and BM, and crack driving force.

This paper presents a dual-loop sub-sampling digital PLL for a 2.4 GHz IoT applications. The PLL initially performs a divider-based coarse lock and switches to a divider-less fine sub-sampling lock. It achieves a low in-band phase noise performance by enabling the use of a high resolution time-to-digital converter (TDC) and a digital-to-time converter (DTC) in a selected timing range. To remove the difference between the phase offsets of the coarse and fine loops, a phase offset calibration scheme is proposed. The phase offset of the fine loop is estimated during the coarse lock and reflected in the coarse lock process, resulting in a smooth transition to the fine lock with a stable fast settling. The proposed digital PLL is designed by SystemVerilog modeling and Verilog-HDL and fully verified with simulations.

Objectives: This study was conducted to analyze the hwa-byung, self-perceived health, life-stress, social support, depression, and factors affecting on suicidal ideation in community dwelling elders. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study. The subjects were 165 elderly in I city. The data was collected from November $21^{st}$ to December $5^{th}$ of 2014 by using structured questionnaire. T-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression were performed by SPSS/PC 17.0. Results: There were more females than males in hwa-byung (t=.-3.068, p=.003). In the visit parent, more than once a month was a significantly higher in social support (t=.3.333, p=.001). Hwa-byung (t=.-2.577, p=.011), life-stress (t=.-3.800, p=.001), depression (t=.-2.776, p=.006), and suicidal ideation (t=.-4.316, p<.001) were shown to be high in the elders with lower level of living. Subjects with health insurance had high self-perceived health (t=-3.800, p=.001) and low hwa-byung (t=-4.102, p<.001), life-stress (t=-4.482, p<.001), depression (t=-5.296, p<.001), and suicidal ideation (t=.-2.152, p=.036), according to the type of insurance. In the correlation, sleeping hours (r=-.180, p=.020), self-perceived health (r=-.364, p,.001), and suicidal ideation had negative correlation; hwa-byung (r=.404, p<.001), life-stress (r=.300, p<.001), social support (r=-.310, p<.001), depression (r=.423, p<.001) and suicidal ideation had positive correlation. Factors affecting the suicidal ideation in community dwelling elders were depression (${\beta}$=.42, p<.001), hwa-byung (${\beta}$=.23, p=.004), social support (${\beta}$=-.18, p=.012), and level of living (${\beta}$=.24, p=.001). Discussion: For the prevention of elderly suicide, it is necessary to care for psychosocial status and solve economic difficulties through social support.

This study was conducted to select the optimum herbicide combination on agronomic characteristics, dry matter yield, nutritive values and weed control of the silage corn at Daekwanryong branch(altitude 800m a.s.1.) of National Livestock Research Institute from 2001 to 2002. The treatments consisted of control, metolachlor, thiobencarb＋linuron, pendimethalin, pendimethalin＋linuron, propisochlor, nicosulfuron, propisochlor＋nicosulfuron, and non treatment. The plant height and ear height of corn were no significant different among herbicide combination. However, the highest dry matter(DM) and ear rate of silage corn were observed with nicosulfuron treatment; 31.4% and 52.7%, respectively. Also, Dry matter yield of silage corn was the highest of 16,503kg/ha with propisochlor＋nicosulfuron(P<0.05). The control of annual weeds was the greatest of 96.4% in the plots of propisochlor＋nicosulfuron application. These results indicate that propisochlor＋nicosulfuron treatment would be the optimum combination for dry matter yield, weed control and nutritive value of silage corn in alpine area.

This study was designed to find out whether the water quality of Lake Daeho would be suitable for Sgricultural purposes during 1984-1988 perird. Thr results were as follows ; 1. There was an apparent seasonal temperature fluctuation$(6-25^{\circ}C)$ above the entrance of the culvert at the depth of 14m, but the temperature below remained constant at $11,9^{\circ}C$. 2. The yearly water qualities observed at the deepest site by the seadike were 7.4-7.5 pH, 16,800-1,472 ${\mu}mhos/cm$ EC, 9.2-10.8ppm DO, 1.3-2.5ppm DOD, 2.4-5.3ppm COD, 0.22-2.29ppm T-N, 0.01-0.10ppm T-P. 3. The average values of water qualities at the epilimnion in 1988 were 7.6 pH, 1,745umhos/cm EC, 10.8ppm DO, 1.8ppm DOD, 2.4ppm COD, 0.52ppm T-N, 0.05ppm T-P. 4. The salinity of the epilimnion at a 6m depth was 29,000ppm before the final closure of the seadike. It was 11,000 ppm in March 1984, 4,300ppm in March 1985, 2,000ppm in March 1986 and 1987, and 900ppm in March 1988. The salinity of the whole water column decreased from 29.000ppm to 1,200 ppm in March 1988. The average salinity above and below the culvert in 1987 was about 1,300ppm, and 30,000ppm respectively reaching that of seawater. 5. The highest salinity was observed at the epilimnion by the seadike, showing about 5,835ppm in 1984. 6. The seasonal salinity fluctuation was 2,000ppm in May, 800ppm in October, and 485ppm in September 1987. 7. The halocline was observed at the depth of 14m where the entrance of the culvert was located. Therefore, the epilimnion water is suitable for agricultural purposes, and the intake of water from Lake Sapkyo seems to be unnecessary.

ITU-T G.1000 표준에서는 통신 서비스 품질(QoS: Quality of Service)을 다음과 같은 4 가지 관점에서 정의하고 있다: (1) 고객의 QoS 요구사항, (2) 서비스 제공자가 약속한 QoS, (3) 서비스 제공자가 제공한 QoS, (4) 고객이 인지한 QoS. 그러나 G.1000은 프로세스 표준이 아니므로 위 4 관점에서 QoS는 서비스 관리 프로세스 표준에 포함되어 구현되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 위 4 개의 QoS를 프로세스 관리 표준인 ISO/IEC 20000 의 어떤 프로세스에서 구현해야 하는지를 제시한다. 본 연구에 따라 IT 서비스 관리 프로세스를 구현하는 기업은 ITU 의 QoS 요구사항을 자동적으로 실행하는 것이 된다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 IT 서비스의 심사모형 국제표준 작성에서 QoS 반영을 위한 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

The native oxide films were thermally and anodically formed on the n-GaP substrates grown by SSD method and measured this oxide thickness and the chemical composition and the electrical properties with formation condition. The chemical composition of themally oxidized GaP film was composed of mostly $GaPO_4$ at temperature below $800^{\circ}C$ and mostly $\beta-Ga_{2}O_{3}$ above $800^{\circ}C$. But The chemical composition of anodically oxidized GaPfilm was composed of the mixture of $Ga_{2}O_{3}$ and $P_{2}O_{5}$. The barrier height of Al/oxide/n-Gap which was formed at $700^{\circ}C$ by thermal oxidation method were 1.10eV, 1.03eV in Current-Voltage measurement. Interface charge density were $4{\times}10^{12}q(C/cm^2)$ and $3{\times}10^{12}q(C/cm^2)$ in Capacitance-Voltage measurement respectively.
