The current progression in the Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine Learning (ML) based technologies converted the traditional healthcare system into a smart healthcare system. The incorporation of IoT and ML has changed the way of treating patients and offers lots of opportunities in the healthcare domain. In this view, this research article presents a new IoT and ML-based disease diagnosis model for the diagnosis of different diseases. In the proposed model, vital signs are collected via IoT-based smart medical devices, and the analysis is done by using different data mining techniques for detecting the possibility of risk in people's health status. Recommendations are made based on the results generated by different data mining techniques, for high-risk patients, an emergency alert will be generated to healthcare service providers and family members. Implementation of this model is done on Anaconda Jupyter notebook by using different Python libraries in it. The result states that among all data mining techniques, SVM achieved the highest accuracy of 0.897 on the same dataset for classification of Parkinson's disease.
Compensatory sweating is the main cause of patient dissatisfaction after sympathetic surgery for craniofacial hyperhidrosis. Surgery that sympathetic nerve trunk preserved and extent of resection limited was introduced to decrease compensatory sweating. From Jan 2000 to July 2002, the vidio-assisted thoracoscopic T2 sympathetic clipping and rami comunicantes selective division were performed in 36 patients suffering from craniofacial hyperhidrosis. Twenty two patients underwent a T2 sympathetic nerve clipping (Group 1), and fourteen patients underwent division of the T2 ramicommunicates (Group 2). We retrospectively analysed the rate of satisfaction, dryness of face, the rate of compensatory sweating, grade of compensatory sweating. The dryness of face was that no statistical difference between group 1 and group 2 (p=0.387); group1: dry 22.7% (5/22), humid 77.3% (17/22) group 2: dry 14.3% (2/14), humid 78.5% (11/14), persist 7.2% (1/14). The rate of satisfaction was 77.3% in T2 clipping and 64.2% in T2 sympathicotomy with no significant in the statistic analysis (p=0.396). The rate of compensatory sweating on group 2 was lower than group 1 (p=0.042); 95.4% (21/22) in T1 sympathetic clipping and 71.4% in T2 ramicotomy. The rate of embarrassing and disabling compensatory sweating was 70.5% (embarassing 8 patients, disabling 9 patients) in T2 clipping and 42.9% (embarassing 8 patients, disabling 9 patients)in T2 ramicotomy with statistically significant difference (p=0.036). The sympathetic trunk preservation surgery for craniofacial hyperhidrosis (T2 ramicotomy) redueced the rate of compensatory sweating when compared to the blocking surgery of sypathetic trunk (T2 clipping).

Purpose: The objective of this study is to determine the effect of physical changes on MR temperature imaging at 7.0T and to examine proton-resonance-frequency related changes of MR phase images and T1 related changes of MR magnitude images, which are obtained for MR thermometry at various magnetic field strengths. Materials and Methods: An MR-compatible capacitive-coupled radio-frequency hyperthermia system was implemented for heating a phantom and swine muscle tissue, which can be used for both 7.0T and 3.0T MRI. To determine the effect of flip angle correction on T1-based MR thermometry, proton resonance frequency, apparent T1, actual flip angle, and T1 images were obtained. For this purpose, three types of imaging sequences are used, namely, T1-weighted fast field echo with variable flip angle method, dual repetition time method, and variable flip angle method with radio-frequency field nonuniformity correction. Results: Signal-to-noise ratio of the proton resonance frequency shift-based temperature images obtained at 7.0T was five-fold higher than that at 3.0T. The T1 value increases with increasing temperature at both 3.0T and 7.0T. However, temperature measurement using apparent T1-based MR thermometry results in bias and error because B1 varies with temperature. After correcting for the effect of B1 changes, our experimental results confirmed that the calculated T1 increases with increasing temperature both at 3.0T and 7.0T. Conclusion: This study suggests that the temperature-induced flip angle variations need to be considered for accurate temperature measurements in T1-based MR thermometry.
This study was conducted to develop and test effects of E-book based Flipped Learning education for nursing students. This study was one-group pretest-posttest design. The data were collected from 54 second-year nursing students in the located Y city and August 28 2017 to October 16 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. The results showed that the program was effective in increasing the critical thinking disposition (t=-8.62, p<.001), academic self-efficacy (t=-9.62, p<.001) and major satisfaction (t=-8.11, p<.001). The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates the critical thinking disposition predict 13.4% (F=9.22, p<.001) of major satisfaction. The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates the critical thinking disposition predict 13.4% (F=9.22, p<.001) of major satisfaction. Therefore, strategies for enhancing critical thinking disposition is needed by applying various teaching and learning strategies for nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cardiocerebrovascular disease prevention program on cardiovascular risk factors and quality of life in the elderly. A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. Participants were 44 elderly who registered at the public health center. The experimental group(n=22) received the cardiocerebrovascular disease prevention program for the elderly 8 times. There were significant differences in the systolic blood pressure(t=-2.419, p= .020), diastolic blood pressure(t=-2.226, p= .031), blood glucose(t=-2.071, p= .045) and quality of life(t=2.511, p= .016) between the experimental group and the control group. The results suggest that cardiovascular disease prevention program can be an effective strategy to reduce cardiovascular risk factors and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
The purpose of this study was performed to examine the effects of simulation integrated with problem based learning(S-PBL) on self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, goal commitment for nursing students. The design was a one group pre-post test. The subjects consisted of one group of 90 fourth year nursing students of K Colleage. The period for this study was from March to June in 2019. The collected data were analyzed by Paired t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient. This study showed significantly higher self-leadership(t=-16.22, p<.001), critical thinking disposition(t=-11.36, p<.001), goal commitment(t=-7.06, p<.001). There was a significant positive correlation between self-leadership and critical thinking disposition(r=.438, p<.001), self-leadership and goal commitment(r=.285, p<.001). In conclusion, this study show that integrated with problem based learning(S-PBL) can be used for improvement the self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, goal commitment. It is suggested to check the effect of simulation integrated with problem based learning applying various nursing situations in the future.
Two experiments were conducted to studs the effects of early-life feed restriction, ages and duration on compensatory growth, feed efficiency, and abdominal fat pad deposition in broilers. The chicks were randomly assigned to four treatments (experiment 1) or seven treatments (experiment 2) . Each dietary treatment was replicated with three floor pens in both experiments, and twenty chicks were assigned to each pen. In experiment 1, birds in control group (C) were full-fed throughout the study. For treatments 1, 2, and 3, bards were fed diets containing 0.75 kcal ME/gB $W^{o.67}$/d for 3 d(T1), 1.5 ㎉ ME/gB $W^{o.67}$/d for 5 d (T2), and 2.25 local ME/gB $W^{0.67}$/d for 7 d (T3), all imposed beginning at 7 d of age. The selected value seems appropriate for maintenance feeding because the feed restriction at T1 resulted no growth in virtually. Although the birds previously subjected with restricted feeding significantly (P<0.05) enhanced growth partly (in 22~49 d), the weight gain over the entire growth period (7-49 d) was not influenced by the restricted feeding Programs. Whereas, the restricted feedings had effects with significant (P<0.75) increase in feed intake not only in 22~49 d, but in overall period (7-49 d). The feed conversion for the birds previously subjected with restricted feeding was significantly (P<0.05) improved after 21 d. The birds with restricted feedings (T1,T2,T3) showed better (P<0.05) feed conversion ratio than C both in 22-49 d and in 7-49 d. The restricted feeding programs did not show effects in reducing for abdominal fat pad deposition or mortality In experiment 2, the birds of C were full-fed in overall period. But for treatments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (T1-T6),the birds were fed diets containing 0.75 ㎉ ME/gB $W^{0.67}$/d for 3 or 5 d, starting at either 4, 7 or 10 d of age. The selected value seems appropriate for maintenance feeding because the feed restriction resulted no growth in virtually; which was same as experiment.
The purpose of this research was to investigate preference and clothing images for T-shirts utilizing Hyojemunja Textile Pattern. The results of this study showed that the secondary students who participate in the study had low interest in Folk-painting and that the female students were more willing to buy T-shirts utilizing The Hyojemunja Textile Pattern than the others. Secondary students preferred letters-pattern to other ones of T-shirts and they opted for the patterns with black curve scripts and the patterns located in upper parts of T-shirts. However, the participants considered straight scripts more sophisticated, unique and feminine than curve scripts and therefore, this awareness helped them become more interested in Hyojemunja Textile Pattern. The findings of the study may suggest T-shirts utilizing Hyojemunja Textile Pattern can give those who have a low interest in Folk-painting increased chances to learn Folk-painting in secondary education.
This study was to investigate the runoff characteristics of non-point pollutants source at the urban area in Suwon city. The highest T-N and T-P concentration of rainfall runoff observed in agricultural area. In residential area, the highest $BOD_5$ and SS concentration of rainfall runoff was investigated. During rainfall events, the peak concentrations of SS and $BOD_5$ were observed after 1~2 hours of rainfall in urban area. Whereas, the peak concentrations occurred within 1~2 hours after rainfall and then the highest concentrations of SS and $BOD_5$ sharply decreased, showing strong first flush effect in urban area. The EMC results indicated that the highest value of T-N and T-P in agricultural area was observed. While residential area was shown the lowest EMC value as T-N and T-P. Non-point pollutant loads on the land use types in urban area were investigated in the order of residential>industrial>agricultural>highway. $BOD_5$ and SS loads on urban watershed were investigated in the order of Suwon>Hwangguji>Seoho>Wonchunri. Whereas, T-N and T-P loads on urban watershed were investigated in the order of Hwangguji>Suwon>Wonchunri>Seho.

In this paper, we proposed flexible T-DMB dipole-shaped antenna that has strength of glass antenna and also has portability and ease of production. The input impedance of antenna according to vehicle body-effect was considered in order to install the antenna on the top of the front window. Installation position of on-glass antennas are changeable defends on driver, so we proposed Interdigital capacitor in feeding point to achieve matching characteristic with no position limit. The measurement result showed good return loss characteristic-below -6 dB in the T-DMB frequency band and maintained fixed resonant frequency.
