In this study, new methods of PC panel connection using 'ㄷ'type steel connection is proposed for highly seismic zone. A study was carry out to investigate the connection behavior subjected to cyclic inelastic loading. Three planar type and two T type PC wall will be tested. The variables will be examined were the shear reinforcement existence of top and bottom walls. The specimens will be tested only reverse cyclic loading in accordance with a prescribed displacement history. To transfer the shear strength shear key set up between top and bottom wall. Failure mode, behavior, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimens constructed by new connections wll be compared with those of monolithic walls and Han's(Han, Jun Hee, Seoul National University) model.

We demonstrate that the effect of the PCB ground length and the cover is important in the performance of 2.4 GHz patch antennas. The Center frequency in the return loss shifts as much as 0.5 GHz, when the length of the PCB ground increases from 30 to 85 mm. The position of 10-dB bandwidth accordingly shifts to lower frequency region. Finally, the resonance at 2.4 GHz becomes stronger when the top cover exists. The radiation pattern of the patch antenna is also strongly affected by the ground structure and the existence of the top cover. In both the return loss and the radiation pattern, 3-dimensional simulations are shown to be an efficient tool.

In general there occur warpage in one way long part. Warpage is caused by differential shrinkage-Orientation Effect, Volumetric Shrinkage Effect, Differential Cooling Effect -over the part. Deco-Top is located at the top of 29"TV set and it's shape is one way long$(626{\times}130mm)$. Material is used transparency ABS resin. So we can't design ribs in this part. And we use film gate to avoid weld line. In these reasons we must develop no ribs and no warpage product. In this study we use MOLDFLOW's software-MF/FLOW, MF/COOL, MF/WARP. Using MF/FLOW, set the flow balance and gate positioning. And we can set cooling channel layout and the optimum processing condition through MF/COOL and MF/WARP. In result we reduced trials and obtained good product.

IT and e-business is a hot issue of the world business and economic communities. The web site is the portal through which most of electronic transactions are conducted today. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate on factors influencing the web site development at the firms in Korea. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & post to 281 firms that have implemented web site. Out of 44 responded questionnaires, 39 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPPSSWin 10.1. Factor analysis identified five dimensions of web site development : (1) support of top management, (2) information technologies maturity, (3) strategic utilization of web site, (4) strength of rivalry among competing firm, (5) support policy of the government. Results of this study show that information technologies maturity and strategic utilization of web site positively influence on web site development. But support of top management, strength of rivalry among competing firm and support policy of the government don't influence on web site development. This study may provide a guideline to improve the quality of web site development.

In the plant virus world, there are six genera of plant viruses with dsDNA genomes and six genera with ssDNA (Fauquet et al., 2005). The dsDNA viruses are comprised of 4 genera in the Caulimoviridae, the genus Badnavirus and the genus Tungrovirus. The ssDNA viruses are comprised of four genera in Geminiviridae, and the two genera Nanovirus and Babuvirus in the Nanoviridae. The genera Babuvirus and Badnavirus are not well studied in Asia. However, we recognized the significance of two species, Banana bunchy top virus (BBTV) in the genus Babuvirus and Banana streak virus (BSV) in the genus Badnavirus, during the survey of banana viruses in Asia. Their main characters will be introduced in this mini-review.

Increasing demand of using low weight materials in recent automotive trends has been the challenge to develop a sound welding of aluminum alloys. A heat treatable AA6082-T6 and a non-heat treatable AA5083-0 aluminum alloys were joined in this study. Investigations revealed that about 60 UTS will be reduced due to welding process. Fracture happened in the interface between fusion zone and base metal of top specimen where penetration is shallow. Therefore, lower welding torch angle produced the better strength which allows deeper penetration to the top specimen. PWHT at $560^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours can be used to return the original UTS of the specimens.

Recent development in the field of RE-Ba-Cu-O (REBCO, RE: Y or rare earth elements) bulk high-Tc superconductors (HTS) is reviewed in the present paper. After the fatal weak link problem of sintered REBCO superconductors has been overcome by melt processing, this field has been greatly advanced during last ten years. The critical current density $J_c$ at 77 K has been enhanced by introducing effective flux pinning sites into the $REBa_2Cu_3O_y$ (RE123) superconducting matrix. Large melt-textured REBCO bulk crystals have been fabricated with the TSMG(top-seeded melt growth) technique. Mechanical properties of REBCO bulks have been improved by using the Ag additive or epoxy resin. Real bulk applications such as current lead, fault current limiter, flywheel energy storage system, magnetic field source, magnetic separation system, and etc., surely come true near future.

The purpose of this paper id to study the factors influencing MIS user satisfaction. For this purpose. I have reviewed the results of past studies on the performance factor of MIS, and introduced a new model associated with small & Medium Business. On the basis of this model, I have hypothesized that the following variables influence user satisfaction : (gender, age), individual characteristics(user attitude, training for user), managerial characteristic(top management involvement, organizational support) and task characteristics(task structure). There were 195 participants surveyed using questionnaires from 25 different small & medium Business in Pusan. The research model and associated hypotheses were tested by following statistical techniques: reliability test, regression, t-test and ANOVA. The findings of this study are follows; 1. It was found that gender and age are not correlated user satisfaction. 2. Among individual characteristics, only user attitude influence user satisfaction significantly. 3. While organizational supports influence positively user satisfaction, top management involvement do not influence it. 4. Task structure is highly correlated with user satisfaction. In spite of many factors affecting MIS success, this study did not consider all variables affect on user satisfaction. We need integrated model including more various factors.

Low voltage operated top gated polymer transistors were fabricated with a high permittivity polymer, P(VDF-TrFE) and F8T2 as a gate dielectric and semiconducting layer, respectively. The operating voltage of transistors was effectively reduced under -10 V and typical threshold voltages were as low as -1 ~ -4 V with the reasonable charge carrier mobility of $10^{-3}cm^2$/Vs for the amorphous polymer. The large hysteresis in transfer curve was improved effectively by annealing at low temperature.

A top emission organic light emitting diode comprising of a triple anode on polycarbonate $film/TNATA/NPB/Alq_3:C545T/cathodes$ has been fabricated. The triple layer structure of Cr/Al/Cr allowed for fabrication of a crack-free anode and provided better higher work function than ITO anode.The anode showed compatibility with flexible plastic substrate and no crack was formed during bending test while ITO anode showed crack.
