A Study on the Relationship between Release Time and number of Events Using T-Test (T검정을 이용한 출시시기와 이벤트 횟수와의 관계에 대한 연구)

  • 신대영(2020)의 연구에 의하면, 출시시기 기준으로 One-way ANOVA를 이용하여 리니지, 리니지2, 아이온 등 세 게임간의 평균 이벤트 기간의 차이를 조사, 분석한 결과, 세 게임간의 평균 이벤트 기간의 평균의 차이 검증에서 유의수준 P값은 0.398(P>0.05)로 세 게임간의 게임출시시기와 평균 이벤트 기간은 차이가 없다는 결과를 가져왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이벤트 개최 횟수를 늘려 관측수를 증가하여 t-test를 활용하여 리니지와 아이온 등 두 게임간의 게임출시시기와 이벤트 횟수의 평균의 차이에 대한 연구를 진행하여 양측검정 결과 P값이 0.002515(P>0.05)로 두 게임간의 이벤트 횟수의 평균의 차이가 있다는 연구결과를 도출하였다.

  • 현재 국내 자동차의 증가에 따른 주차 공간이 부족하여 주차문제가 사회문제로 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주차문제 해결을 위해서 스마트 공유 주차장 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 기존 주차장에 IoT 장비를 설치하고 운영하여 주차장 활용을 최대화한다. 시스템의 빠른 개발 및 활용도를 높이기 위해서 클라우드 플랫폼을 사용하며 사용자용 스마트폰 앱을 제공할 것이다. 사용자는 앱을 통해서 근거리에 있는 주차장을 선택하여 주차 자리를 예약할 수 있다. 논문에서 실제 주차장 공간에 IoT 장비를 설치하여 실험을 진행할 예정이다. 실험을 통해서 제안하는 시스템의 가능성을 검증할 것이다.

ITU-T SG17(보안) 제로트러스트 국제표준화 성과 및 향후 추진 방향

  • 제로 트러스트 보안은 새로운 보안 패러다임으로 "절대 믿지 말고, 철저히 검증하라 (Never trust, always verify)" 라는 원칙을 적용한 새로운 보안 구조하고 볼 수 있다. 국제전기통신연합(ITU) 전기통신부문 (ITU-T) 정보보호 표준화를 담당하는 ITU-T SG17[1]에서는 제로트러스트 보안을 차기 연구회기 (2025-2028) 동안 수행할 신흥 표준화 주제(emerging standardization topic) 로 선정한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 지난 2024년 2월/3월 스위스 제네바에서 열린 ITU-T SG17 회의에서 한국이 주도적으로 제안해 제로트러스트 표준화 분야에서 ITU-T 사상 처음으로 국제표준 (Recommendation) 신규 표준화 과제 채택의 성과와 사전 준비 상황을 살펴보고, 향후 표준화 추진 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 T5(Text-To-Text Transfer Transformer) 모델을 활용한 반주 기반 가사 생성 기법을 제안하였다. 텍스트 이벤트 형식으로 변환한 정제된 반주를 "가사 생성" Task Token과 같이 T5에 적용하여 입력된 반주에 상응하는 가사를 생성하는 방식이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방식의 성능 검증을 위해 Transformer, GPT-2, BART를 이용하여 가사를 생성한 출력물을 BLEU(Bilingual Evaluation Understudy) 값과 감정분석 일치도(Emotion Analysis Consistency) 결과값을 통해 비교 평가하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 T5를 이용한 방식이 Transformer, GPT-2, BART를 사용하는 방식보다 우수한 결과를 얻었다.

The Effect of Preferred Music Listening on Police Officers' Occupational Stress and Fatigue (선호음악 감상이 경찰공무원의 직무스트레스와 피로 감소에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that preferred music listening had on police officers' occupational stress and fatigue. The musical intervention took place over a total of six sessions from October 11 to October 19, 2016. At each session, the experimental group (n = 19) received 20 minutes of music listening with individually customized playlists that were compiled based on their preferred music list. The control group (n = 21) simply took a break from work for 20 minutes. Every participant checked his or her occupational stress and fatigue level before and after the experiment using the Occupational Stress Inventory and Subjective Symptoms of Fatigue Test. The data were then analyzed by the SPSS 22.0 statistics program. To examine the homogeneity and pretest-posttest results between groups, an independent t test was conducted, and a paired t test was used to examine the pretest-posttest results within groups. The results confirmed all hypotheses. Findings support that the use of preferred music listening is an effective way to help police officers to control their occupational stress and fatigue. This study used a convenience sample and has limited generalizability. Future research should explore interactive approaches in music therapy as well as receptive music listening for alleviating police officers' occupational stress and fatigue.

The Development of Wholeness Program for Effects Dementia-Buffering Testing of the Demented Elderly (노인의 치매행동 관련 홀니스 프로그램 개발과 완충효과 검증)

  • This study of the Wholeness Program relevant to dementia behavior and verification of buffering effects. For the purpose of this, among those who were attending Day Care Centers belonging to Seniors Welfare Center of M1 and M2 located in Seoul. Among those who met all these requirements, 40 senior citizens were finally selected. After carrying out a preliminary test to the selected subjects, 20 elderly of Seniors Welfare Center of M1 were randomly placed as an experimental group, while other 20 people of Seniors Welfare Center of M2, as a control group. The Wholeness Program relevant to dementia behavior was carried out from March 14 to May 30 of 2016, for 12 weeks, twice a week. As for the measurement tool, this study depended on the Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE-K), the Korean version of Modified Barthel Index (K-MBI) and the Korean version of Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-K). While the elderly were participating in the Wholeness Program relevant to dementia behavior, they were measured two times in total, before and after the participation in dementia behavior. Based on SPSS-PC (version 21.0), firstly, independent t-test was carried out to understand the homogeneity between the experimental group and the control group. Secondly, matched-pair t-test was carried out between preliminary test and post-test to inquire into the effects of MMSE-K, K-MBI and GDS-K. Thirdly, ANOVA was conducted to confirm the variation (change amount) between preliminary test and post-test. According to the survey results, the Wholeness Program relevant to dementia behavior of the elderly shows overall effects in all spheres of changes of cognitive ability (MMSE-K), changes of physical capacity (K-MBI) and changes of depression level (GDS-K).

Implementation and Experiment of CoAP Protocol Based on IoT for Verification of Interoperability (상호 호환성 검증을 위한 IoT 기반의 CoAP 프로토콜 구현 및 실험)

  • IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol) protocol is supported communication between sensor or actuator nodes by in a constrained environment, such as small amount of memory, and low power. CoAP and HTTP protocol can convert easily, and can use to monitor or controll the infrastructure utility through low-power sensor and actuator networks in IoT (Internet of Thing) and M2M (Machine-to-Machine) environment. IETF CoRE(Constrained RESTful environments) Working Group proposed CoAP protocol in 2010, and began to standardize it. Recently, CoAP protocol is published RFC (Request for Comments) 7252. In this paper, we design and implement of CoAP protocol for testing the interoperability in heterogeneous operating environments. For this experiment, we developed the CoAP client program based on Windows environment and CoAP server program in Linux environment to test the interoperability.

  • Cryptographic technologies providing confidentiality and integrity such as encryption algorithms and message authentication codes (MACs) are necessary for preventing security threats in the Internet of Things (IoT) where various kinds of devices are interconnected. As a number of encryption schemes that have passed security verification are not necessarily suitable for low-power and low-performance IoT devices, various lightweight cryptographic schemes have been proposed. However, a study of lightweight MACs is not sufficient in comparison to that of lightweight block ciphers. Therefore, in this paper, we reviewed various kinds of MACs for their classification and analysis and then, we presented a new way for future MAC development. We also implemented major MAC algorithms and performed experiments to investigate their performance degradation on low-end micro-controllers.

Body Weight Control Behavior and Obesity Stress of College Women (여대생의 체중조절행위와 비만스트레스)

  • This study was conducted to investigate weight control behavior and obesity stress of college women. The data were collected from September 7 to September 13 of 2013 and the subjects were 213 college women in C city of Gyoung-nam Province. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test. The score of obesity stress was moderate($18.26{\pm}5.66$). The level of obesity stress was affected by various general characteristics and weight control behavior characteristics including economic status(F=3.99, p=0.020), figure recognition(F=14.41, p<.001), satisfaction of body figure(F=15.88, p<.001), interest of weight control(F=4.82, p=.001), control of food amount(F=2.41, p=.050), body figure compulsion(F=24.06, p<.001), experience of dieting (F=6.04, p<.001), sleeping hours(t=2.10, p=.036), desired losing weight (F=10.47, p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to be considered these variables during development of body weight control programs for college women.

A Design of Frequency Synthesizer for T-DMB and Mobile-DTV Applications (T-DMB 및 mobile-DTV 응용을 위한 주파수 합성기의 설계)

  • A Frequency synthesizer for T-DMB and mobile-DTV applications was designed using $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process with 1.8V supply. PMOS transistors were chosen for VCO core to reduce phase noise. The VCO range is 920MHz-2100MHz using switchable inductors, capacitors and varactors. Varactor biases that improve varactor acitance characteristics were minimized as two, and $K_{VCO}$(VCO gain) value was aintained by switchable varactor. Additionally, VCO was designed that VCO gain and the interval of VCO gain were maintained using VCO gain compensation logic. VCO, PFD, CP and LF were verified by Cadence Spectre, and divider was simulated using Matlab Simulink, ModelSim and HSPICE. VCO consumes 10mW power, and is 56.3% tuning range. VCO phase noise is -127dBc/Hz at 1MHz offset for 1.58GHz output frequency. Total power consumption of the frequency synthesizer is 18mW, and lock time is about $140{\mu}s$.
