도시가스업에서 해피꼴 고객의 선정 (Customer Selection for a Happy Call in the City Gas Business)

  • City gas is becoming an essential resource in households due to its convenience and low price in comparison to other energy sources. However, in order to prepare for the gas market to be saturated, many city gas companies must pursue customer satisfaction management and develop happy call systems for a promising solution. In the development of the happy call systems, the difficult problem is that we cannot contact all customers because of limited resources and calling efficiency in the call center, We should find best customers according to their value. This paper suggests a methodology for the selection of happy call customers when city 9as companies consider two strategies. First, they should launch a new business area. Second, they must attempt to prevent current customers from moving from city gas to other fuels. We will discover important attributes and derive rules of weighting for the attributes through an exploration study that affect customer satisfaction and preference. Through a simulation model, we will show how many customers will be selected by our methodology.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the background information regarding to the impact of personal control over the physical work environment on satisfaction with work environment and creativity at work. Today creativity has a significant and special place in business especially in innovative organizations which need creative people to generate new, and useful ideas for produce new products, services, work methods, systems etc. Moreover the design and appearance of workspace and individual ability to control the ambient conditions of the workplace have significant effect on their behavior, satisfaction and overall outcome including creativity. So the result of this study will contribute towards enhancing the understanding of the effect of office design to enhance employees' creativity.

  • Purpose This paper tired to identify the consumers' tendency with individual features and social influence as the independent variables because of the importance of identifying the various needs of financial consumers in accordance with the expansion of new financial demands. Furthermore, this paper included the relative attraction of Fintech and switching cost from mobile banking to Fintech as the variables. Design/methodology/approach To analyze the empirical study, data was collected online by conducting the questionnaire survey with 247 individuals who had used the Fintech service. The study results would provide us with the understandings of the factors influencing on the customer satisfaction and switching value recognized by consumers in case of switching from the existing mobile banking to the Fintech service. Findings The results would provide useful implications to the academic and the practical fields including the Fintech enterprises expanding the activation of Fintech industry.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 회원가입자의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Affecting on Internet Shopping Mall Members` Relationship Quality)

  • This paper examines internet shopping mall members' relationship quality and its antecedents variables. For this purpose, five types of membership customers' perceived variables, including convenience, product assortment, product information, shopping mall design, and service quality are proposed to affect customer satisfaction and consequently relationship quality. This study, which used data from customers of membership internet shopping malls, showed satisfactory data-fit to the proposed model and except product information hypothesis, supported all of research hypotheses. Also four types of membership customers' perceived variables(convenience, product assortment, shopping mall design, and service quality) take significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the satisfaction in turn have influence on relationship quality.

  • In recent years, Social Network Service (SNS) have increasingly gained popularity and have simplified and amplified social interaction between online users. This paper mainly discusses the user satisfaction and intention of continuous use. Based on the literature review, two hypotheses were developed and research model is built for testing. Data was collected through questionnaire survey from 260 SNS college student user. The empirical results shows a significant mediating effect for user satisfaction in the relationship between SNS' quality factors and intention to continued use.

웹캐스팅 사이트 평가모델 개발 (Developing an Evaluation Model of Webcasting Sites)

  • The purpose of this research is to develop a webcasting site evaluation model, to estimate the relative importance of factors affecting the performance of webcasting sites, and to derive the CSFs of the sites. Evaluation model consists of 6 first-level evaluation factors and 23 second-level evaluation factors. This study compares the evaluation scores of website with those of the customer satisfaction. We inspect seven hypotheses. Hypothesis)(H1) tests correlation of the evaluation scores of website and those of the customer satisfaction. Hypothesis2(H2)$\sim$Hypothesis7(H7) tests if 6 first-level factors(planning, program & form, design, technology, interface, content) have an impact on customer satisfaction. In order to test the hypotheses, correlation analysis and regression analysis are performed. As a result of empirical tests, all Hypotheses$(H1){\sim}H7)$ are accepted and its implications are discussed.

  • The unprecedented growth of Internet technologies has made resources on the World-Wide-Web(WWW) instantly accessible to various user communities. While e-commerce has become as an important issue with the growth of the Internet, there are insufficient empirical research efforts concerning its status in Korea. The United States, in contrast, has made significant efforts in making empirical research regarding this issue. In this paper, we demonstrate not only how these contextual differences influence consumer satisfaction with the purchased products/services, but also what contextual constructs make consumers satisfied or dissatisfied. In addition, we tried to find the difference in the factors of consumer satisfaction between a developed country(i.e., United States) and a developing country(i.e., Korea) with regard to e-commerce. The study findings suggest that contextual problems need to be solved before e-commerce provides real benefits for consumers and businesses.

The Continuous Service Usage Intention in the Web Analytics Services

  • The World Wide Web (WWW) has continued to grow at very rapid speed in both the sheer volume of traffic and size and the complexity of Web sites. Web Analytics Industry also has been growing rapidly. Web Analytics is to analyze web log files to discover accessing patterns of web pages. In this paper, we identify factors which can affect the continuous usage intention of a firm using services in web analytics services and empirically validate the relationships between the identified factors. For this purpose, we analyze 174 Korea firms. The analysis results show that the satisfaction is significantly associated with service quality and switching cost and the service usage period is not significantly associated with continuous service usage intention. We measure the service quality using SERVQUAL. It turn out that two dimensions of SERVQUAL, reliability and empathy are significantly associated with satisfaction, but another dimension of SERVQUAL, responsibility, is not. Finally, satisfaction is significantly associated with continuous service usage intention.

G2B 전자상거래에서의 서비스 품질 만족도 요인을 찾기 위한 복합연구모형 (A Composite Model for Exploring Factors of Service Quality Satisfaction in G2B Electronic Commerce)

  • Assessing service quality and satisfaction is the essential part of service science. In this study, for G2B electronic commerce service composed of information systems and human resources, a composite research model for exploring factors of service quality satisfaction is proposed. The proposed model uses SERVQUAL's five quality dimensions as independent antecedent factors and usefulness and ease-of-use of the technology acceptance model as mediating factors. A case of a G2B purchase service is empirically studied using the proposed model. The result shows that the proposed composite model is good and appropriate for explaining the characteristics of G2B services.

  • As the electronic market grows, the vendors establish internet shopping mall with a plenty of electronic catalogs and prepare to respond rapid electronic market growth. Consequently, building attractable electronic catalogs is very important to give a customer satisfaction. Based on prior researches, this study suggest a research model to understand the factors of electronic catalogs and their impact on the customer's relationship quality. As a result, this study confirmed that accuracy, timeliness, interaction, presentation, and information structure of electronic catalog were important factors. Presentation is the most important factors of electronic catalog. Information structure and accuracy also heavily impact on user satisfaction. And their impact on the customer satisfaction and trust were proved to be substantial. These results will contribute to provide implicit guidelines to the developers of internet shopping malls.
