지하수 수위가 개방형 지열시스템 성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Influence of Groundwater Level on the System Performance of Open Loop Geothermal System)

  • Open loop geothermal heat pumps have great potential where the groundwater resources are sufficient. Performance of open loop geothermal heat pump systems is considered higher than that of ground source heat pumps. Head and power calculation of submersible pumps, heat pump units, and piping are numerically based on regression data. Results shows that the system performance drops as the water level drops, and the lowest flow rates generally achieve the highest system COPs. The highest achievable cooling system COPs become 6.34, 6.12, and 5.95 as the groundwater levels are 5m, 15m, and 25m. The highest heating system COPs also become 4.59, 4.37, and 4.20. Groundwater level and submersible pump selection greatly influence the system performance of open loop geothermal heat pumps. It needs to be analysed during the design process of open loop geothermal heat pump system, possibly with analysis tools that include wide range of pump product data.

  • Recently automatic construction system is attended in construction domains because of the increase of aged workers and the shortage of the experienced. The research level of automatic construction system in Korea will soon attain to the stage of full automation like Japan, which is the highest level in the world. However, in the fully automated level, it is difficult for the automatic system to operate flexibly like the human in various work condition. In the result, the higher the level of automation in the system is, the less efficient the automatic system work in the site. So, it's necessary the development material design to compensate for the flexibility shortage of the system. Therefore, this study proposes the development process to material design suitable for automatic construction system using QFD technique.

Comparison between the Application Results of NNM and a GIS-based Decision Support System for Prediction of Ground Level SO2 Concentration in a Coastal Area

  • A prototype GIS-based decision support system (DSS) was developed by using a database management system (DBMS), a model management system (MMS), a knowledge-based system (KBS), a graphical user interface (GUI), and a geographical information system (GIS). The method of selecting a dispersion model or a modeling scheme, originally devised by Park and Seok, was developed using our GIS-based DSS. The performances of candidate models or modeling schemes were evaluated by using a single index(statistical score) derived by applying fuzzy inference to statistical measures between the measured and predicted concentrations. The fumigation dispersion model performed better than the models such as industrial source complex short term model(ISCST) and atmospheric dispersion model system(ADMS) for the prediction of the ground level $SO_2$ (1 hr) concentration in a coastal area. However, its coincidence level between actual and calculated values was poor. The neural network models were found to improve the accuracy of predicted ground level $SO_2$ concentration significantly, compared to the fumigation models. The GIS-based DSS may serve as a useful tool for selecting the best prediction model, even for complex terrains.

항내 예선의 적정규모 결정에 관하여 (On Determining the Optimal Amount of Barbour Tagboat)

  • As port transport system consists of subsystems such as navigation system, cargo handling system, storage system, inland transport system, and Management and Information system, the productivity of this system is determined by the minimum level of subsystem. From the viewpoint of elaborating the efficiency of integrated system, it is valuable to determine the optimal level of harbour tug boat which is the most important factor of navigation system. This paper treats the optimal amount of harbour tug boat by simulation, and applied to Pusan port. In the course of simulation, an emperical formula is introduced for determining the Horse Power (HP) of tug boat by the ship's gross tonnage (G/T) refering to the cases of various ports of other countries, that is ; $Y=9.96X^{0.6}+569$. X : The gross tonnage of vessel (G/T). Y : The Horse Power (HP) of tug boat. The results of the simulation are summarized as follows ; 1) In 1987, three or four low-powered harbour tug boats, five mid-powered harbour tug boats and four high-powered harbour tug boats are necessary in the mean level. But, five or seven low-powered harbour tug boats, ten mid-powered harbour tug boats and eight high-powered harbour tug boats are necessary lest delay should occur at all. 2) In 1992, 1lee or four low-powered harbour tug boats, six mid-powered harbour tug boats and seven high-powered harbour tug boats are estimated and be necessary in the mean level.

공공정보화사업 제안요청서 품질분석 : 시스템 운영 개념을 중심으로 (Quality Analysis of the Request for Proposals of Public Information Systems Project : System Operational Concept)

  • The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders' requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

수준관리체계를 통한 핵심 직무역량 향상 방안 - 보안검색요원 판독등급제 중심으로 - (A Plan to Improve Core Job Skills through the Level Management System : Focusing on the X-ray Screening Rating System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a x-ray screening rating system to improve X-ray screening ability, which is a core job competency of security screener at Incheon International Airport, and to verify its effectiveness through empirical analysis to suggest ways to improve the level management system. Methods: In this study, the effectiveness of the research model was analyzed using T-test tests for effect analysis based on the empirical analysis results derived through the competency evaluation model, the screening rating system. Results: The results of this study are as follows. The average score for regular education before the implementation of the x-ray screening rating system was 94.1 points, but after the implementation of the x-ray screening rating system, the average score for regular education was 95.5 points, an average of 1.4 points increased. In addition, the proportion of those with 95 or more points classified as high scorers also increased significantly from 51.1% to 69.3%. Conclusion: The X-ray screening rating system of security inspectors will systematically manage the level of screening ability, which is a key job competency, and play a strong role in improving competency, while preventing security accidents through early identification and intensive training of level-lowers.

조직특성 및 정보시스템의 운용수준과 EDI의 성과 (The Effects of the Organizational Characteristics and the Level of Information System Usage to the Performance of Electronic Data Interchange)

  • 본 연구는 EDI의 이용수준(이용도 및 만족도)에 조직의 특성(기업의 규모 및 업무적합성)과 시스템의 운용수준(시스템의 성숙도 및 구성원의 참여도)이 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 제조업과 금융업, 유통업, 서비스업에 종사하는 101개의 기업을 표본으로 선정하고, EDI 사용자에게 설문을 통해 수집된 자료를 회귀분석에 의해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 먼저 조직의 특성에 따른 영향에 있어서 기업의 규모는 EDI의 이용도 및 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 업무의 적합성은 EDI의 이용도에 영향을 미치지 않으나, EDI의 만족도에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시스템의 운용수준이 EDI의 이용수준에 미치는 영향에 있어서 조직 구성원의 참여도는 EDI의 이용도와 만족도 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 시스템의 성숙도는 EDI의 만족도에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 EDI의 도입 및 활용의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

부자식 수위계를 위한 이동형 교정시스템의 수학 모델 (Mathematical Model Expression of Portable Calibration System for Float Type Water Level Meters)

  • K-water에서는 2008년부터 부자식 및 초음파, 레이다식의 수위계에 대한 ISO 17025 국제공인 교정기관을 운영하고 있다. 현재까지 수위계의 교정은 고정표준실에서 실내 교정만이 가능하였으며, 이는 현장 등의 실외에서 교정하는 시스템의 부재가 원인이었다. 따라서 현장에서도 교정이 가능하도록 2015년에 이동형 교정시스템을 개발하였으며, 2016년에 각종 심사 및 위원회를 거쳐 한국인정기구(KOLAS)로부터 인정을 받았다. 본 논문에서는 한국인정기구로부터 인정받은 수위계 이동형 교정시스템 중 부자식 수위계를 현장에서 교정할 수 있는 교정시스템에 대하여 표준기 및 측정과 관련한 제반 사항에 대하여 검토하였다. 또한 설계의 기반이 되는 수학 모델을 도출하였으며, 이동형 교정시스템 구축을 통하여 수문관측 데이터에 대한 과학적인 시스템 운영으로 측정 데이터의 신뢰성을 확보하고자 하였다.

독립적인 MCS 레벨 선택 방식이 적용된 AMC-MIMO 결합 시스템의 성능 개선 (Performance Improvement of the Combined AMC-MIMO Systems with Independent MCS Level Selection Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 AMC-V-BLAST(Adaptive Modulation and Coding-Vertical-Bell-lab Layered Space-Time) 결합 시스템에 각 레이어 별로 공통적인 MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) 레벨을 적용한 경우와 독립적인 MSC 레벨을 적용한 경우의 시스템 구조를 제시 후 성능을 관찰한다. 그리고 공통적인 MCS 레벨이 적용된 결합 시스템의 성능에 비하여 독립적인 MCS 레벨이 적용된 결합 시스템이 어느 정도의 전송률 향상이 있는가를 살펴본다. 실험결과, 독립적인 MCS 레벨이 적용된 경우가 레이어 별로 각 채널상태에 따라 최대한의 전송률을 얻기 위한 변조 및 코딩 방식이 선택되므로 공통 MCS 레벨을 적용한 경우에 비하여 전송률 성능이 우수함을 보였다. 특히, 약 $7dB{\sim}9dB$ SNR 구간에서 독립적인 MCS 레벨을 적용한 AMC-V-BLAST 결합 시스템의 경우가 공통적인 MCS 레벨을 적용한 경우에 비하여 약 700kbps의 전송률이 개선됨을 확인하였다. 또한, 수신다이버시티를 고려하며 MMSE 무효화 기법을 적용한 AMC-V-BLAST 결합 시스템의 경우 $7dB{\sim}9dB$ SNR 구간에 대하여 독립적인 MCS 레벨을 적용한 시스템과 공통적인 MCS 레벨을 선택한 시스템 간의 전송률 차이가 약 350kpbs 내외로 나타남을 확인할 수 있다.

  • We analyze the information level of local small and medium business in the base of Nolan's growth stage model. To estimate information level we do separate level analysis for six sections and integrated total level analysis. After analyzing information level of business, we focus on the factors of this result to understand the most influential environments. The local business we were studying are the third stage-control stage. But Organization of information department and Planning and control of information are the second stage. The number of computer system application field is very related to information level. We present the critical factors of information level of small and medium business.
