본 논문에서는 유무인 협업을 위한 유인회전익기에 의한 다수 무인기 운용통제기술의 요구도 검증을 위한 통합검증환경의 요구도 분석, 구현 및 검증에 대해 기술하였다. 통합검증환경은 유인회전익기 비행 모의, 무인항공기 비행 및 임무장비 모의, 무인항공기 제어 및 유인회전익기와의 통제권 변경을 위한 지상통제장비 모의, 유인회전익기 및 무인항공기 임무계획 작성 및 전송을 위한 운용통제장비 모의로 구성된다. 각각 구현된 구성품들은 소프트웨어/하드웨어 통합시험을 통해 요구도를 검증하였다.

The GPS attitude output or carrier phase observables can be effectively utilized to compensate the attitude error of the strapdown inertial navigation system. However, when the integer ambiguity is not correctly resolved and/or a cycle slip occurs, an erroneous GPS output can be obtained. If the erroneous GPS information is directly applied to the AGPS/INS integration system, the performance of the system can be rapidly degraded. This paper proposes an AGPS/INS integration system using the triple difference carrier phase observables. The proposed integration system contains a cycle slip detection algorithm, in which inertial information is combined. Computer simulations and van test were performed to verify the proposed integration system. The results show that the proposed system gives an accurate and reliable navigation solution even when the integer ambiguity is not correct and the cycle slip occurs.

Research and development of remote sensing technique is necessary so that more accurate and extensive information may be obtained. To achieve this goal, the synthesized technique which integrates the high resolution optic and SAR image, and topographical information was examined to investigate the quantitative/qualitative characteristics of the Earth's surface environment. For this purpose, high-precision DEMs of Jeju-Island was generated and data fusion algorithm was developed in order to integrate the multi-spectral optic and polarimetric SAR image. Three dimensional land-cover and two dimensional soil moisture maps were generated conclusively so as to investigate the Earth's surface environments and extract the geophysical parameters.

Several housing improvement programs for low-income have done by Ministry of Health & Welfare, Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy, Ministry of Security and Public Administration, Ministry of Environment, and Ministry of Land, infrastructure and Transport up to now. Each program practiced separately based on each agency's function and territory, but there are also negative opinion on beneficiary duplication, beneficiary omission, and the inefficient execution of the government budget. This study analyzes the housing improvement programs of each agency on the aspects of coordination, and suggests the integration system with coordination and delivery system. We selected 3 indexes such as similarity, integration effect and availability for integration system and analyzed the effects of integrated programs into one based on cost, repair effect and management. We proposed that the similar housing improvement programs of each agency should be coordinated for integration. But it is not easy to integrate similar programs into one program, therefore similar programs which support the house owner are needed to integrate into housing benefit except same beneficiary who owned own house.

빅데이터 시대에 다양한 분야의 정부 조직은 정보연계를 통한 새로운 부가가치를 창출하고자 시도하고 있다. 이에 정부 기관 간 정보공유, 시스템 연계 및 통합과 관련된 프로젝트가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 정보연계 시스템이 늘어남에 따라 시스템 운영에 대한 위험 요소가 더욱 증가하고 있다. 프로젝트 종료 이후 시스템 운영단계에서 인프라, 소프트웨어, 데이터 품질 및 보안 등으로 인한 다양한 시스템 장애로 이어져 정보연계가 이루어지지 않는다면, 조직의 직간접적인 손실과 사회에 미치는 영향은 커진다. 정보시스템의 유지보수와 관련된 다양한 연구가 이루어져 왔지만, 정부 기관간 운영 중인 시스템의 정보연계에 관한 평가 체계가 부재하다. 이에 본 논문은 정보시스템의 구성요소인 Data, IT, People, Process로 구분하고 계획-실행-점검(Plan-Do-See)으로 체계화하여, 이를 적용한 정보연계 시스템의 성숙도 모델을 제시한다. 도출된 9개의 프로세스는 현재 정보연계 시스템 담당자들을 대상으로 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통해 분석한다. 그리고 CMMI를 적용한 성숙 단계를 제시한다. 이를 통해 정보연계 시스템의 성숙 수준을 진단할 수 있으며, 프로세스 개선 작업을 수행할 수 있는 정보로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 Mega-Function System Integration을 추구하는 SOP기술의 필요성과 10가지 요소기술에 대하여 개략적으로 언급하였고, SOP 기술은 SOC, SIP 및 기타 부품 집적기술과는 경쟁관계가 아닌 융합 발전할 수 있는 기술이 라는 점을 강조하였다. 또한, System Level Integration 을 위한 SOP 요소기술들은 단순히 부품 혹은 Module level에 필요한Design, 공정, 재료기술만이 아니라, System의 전반적인 차원에서 분석, 해결되어야 하는 것을 알 수 있겠다. 따라서, 이제는 모든 요소기술을 종합적, 유기적으로 개발할 수 있는 연구개발전략이 매우 중요한 과제이다.

This paper discusses the strategic concepts applied to integrated delivery system(IDS). IDS is rooted in vertical integration(VI) and strategic alliance(SA), but only few knows about the theoretical backbone of the IDS. The paper explains how VI and SA applies to IDS, then provides cases of IDS rooted in strategic concepts; Kaiser Permanante Model, Mayo Clinic Model, and ACO(Accountable Care Organizations). Finally the paper provides the implication of IDS on Korean healthcare delivery system.

Shanghai Tower is a composite structure building with a height of 632 m. In order to verify the structural properties and behaviors in construction and operation, a structural health monitoring project was conducted by Tongji University. The monitoring system includes sensor system, data acquisition system and a monitoring software system. Focusing on the health monitoring in construction, this paper introduced the monitoring parameters in construction, the data acquisition strategy and an integration structural health monitoring (SHM) software. The integration software - Structural Monitoring/ Analysis/ Evaluation System (SMAE) is designed based on integration and modular design idea, which includes on-line data acquisition, finite elements and dynamic property analysis functions. With the integration and modular design idea, this SHM system can realize the data exchange and results comparison from on-site monitoring and FEM effectively. The analysis of the monitoring data collected during the process of construction shows that the system works stably, realize data acquirement and analysis effectively, and also provides measured basis for understanding the structural state of the construction. Meanwhile, references are provided for the future automates construction monitoring and implementation of high-rise building structures.

Most of customers want to know how to develop the computer system they want to get to use according to the their requirements. This study presents a Computer Integration management System for Quality (CISQ) model for system-integration organizations, which need to demonstrate their capability to consistently provide computer integrated system that meets customer satisfaction and applicable regulatory requirements. The Plan.Do.Check.Act(PDCA) cycle called by Doming wheel expresses the basic concept of continuous improvement action in order to emphasize on achieving business goal. It is useful for providing full competence of a system-integration organization to integrate management systems based on the international management system, and to take an advantage in its market. This study specifies International Certification Network Business Excellence Concept(IBEC) approach to ensure a harmonized integration of the variety of management systems and thereby produce synergy effect. The end part of this study specifies a Assessment Model including an assessment concept adding to the compliance audit according to the CISQ for the continuous improvement. A simple application on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA) in testing phase in project life cycle has been done.
