The GPS/INS integration system navigation can provide improved navigation performance and has been widely used as a main navigation system for military and commercial vehicles. When two navigation systems are tightly coupled and the structure is complicated, a fault in either the GPS or the INS can lead to a disastrous failure of the whole integration system. This paper proposes a real-time fault detection method for an AGPS/INS integration system. The proposed fault detection method comprises a BIT and a fault detection algorithm based on chi-square test. It is implemented by real-time software modules to apply the AGPS/INS integration system and van test is carried out to evaluate its performance.

The present paper relates to an integration power system combining tidal power generation and ocean current power generation, and more particularly, to an integration power system combining a tidal power plant and two ocean current power parks, which is capable of increasing the operating rate of power facilities and efficiently generating electrical energy by using incoming seawater into the lake through turbine generators of a tidal power plant or fast flow of seawater discharged to a sea side through sluice gates of a tidal power dam. It is shown that the integration power system is a new promising ocean power system and the ocean current turbine generators in the ocean current power parks of the integration power system are smaller in size and larger in power generation capacity compared with the tidal current turbine generators in the ocean.

Any ERP system pushes a company toward full process integration and solves the fragmentation of information. However, the tight process integration can propagate and magnify mistakes made in one department into the other departments in real time. Thus, it can be posited that a central support system for the coordination can help ERP users and administrators dig out problems, take care of tedious validation and verification, and maintain process integration of ERP with great consistency. This paper proposes an agent-based ERP operations support system (EOSS) that aims at achieving and maintaining process integration of ERP at the highest level possible. With EOSS, the process integrity is monitored, with anomalies prevented as early as possible and repaired as precisely as possible.

The purpose of this study is to construct a value-oriented sizing and cost estimation model for system integration projects. In particular, this study is to build a system architecture design and integration cost model, and a network design and implementation cost model. Unlike software development projects, system integration projects include knowledge-intensive professional services on system architecture and network design areas. Because of these work's high invisibility, the cost of these services is hard to estimate and measure. Therefore, we need to develop value-oriented cost models. This study presents 6 value-oriented cost models, and tests statistical significance of these models with real system integration project data. The results show that cost factors on these models are valid, and models are statistically significant. Future work is needed to integrate various cost models and apply the whole model to field projects to increase model's prediction accuracy.

최근 Application에 대한 공격을 통하여 네트워크와 데이터베이스에 대한 방어정책인 침입탐지 룰(rule)을 무력화시키고, 침해사고를 유발한다. 이러한 공격으로부터 내부 네트워크와 데이터베이스의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 통합보안에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 침입탐지 룰을 설정한 Application에 대한 공격을 차단하기 위한 통합보안 시스템 구축에 관한 연구이다. 네트워크 기반의 공격을 탐지하여 대응하고, 내부 Integration Security System을 Virtual clustering과 Load balancing 기법으로 공격을 분산시키며, Packet 모니터링과 분석을 통하여 공격 목적지 Packet에 대한 방어정책 설정, 공격 Packet 분석, 기록, 룰 업데이트를 한다. 또한 공격 유형별 방어정책을 설정하여 Virtual Machine 분할 정책을 통한 접근 트래픽 해소, 공격차단에 적용하는 Integration Security System을 제안하고 방어를 실험한다. 본 연구 결과는 외부 해커의 공격에 대한 통합보안 방어를 위한 현실적인 자료를 제공하게 될 것이다.

A Cre/loxP-${\delta}$-integration system was developed to allow sequential and simultaneous integration of a multiple gene expression cassette in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. To allow repeated integrations, the reusable Candida glabrata MARKER (CgMARKER) carrying loxP sequences was used, and the integrated CgMARKER was efficiently removed by inducing Cre recombinase. The XYLP and XYLB genes encoding endoxylanase and ${\beta}$-xylosidase, respectively, were used as model genes for xylan metabolism in this system, and the copy number of these genes was increased to 15.8 and 16.9 copies/cell, respectively, by repeated integration. This integration system is a promising approach for the easy construction of yeast strains with enhanced metabolic pathways through multicopy gene expression.

Business mergers are a direct result of rapid changes in the current corporate environment. They are occurring in many industries, including financial institutions. As information systems prove increasingly indispensable in the integration of companies’ business systems, information system integration is becoming increasingly necessary. However, in many cases such integration does not work well. Therefore, this paper proposes a new framework using both IS integration model and IS integration phases to analyze systems failure in IS integration.

Salk Institute for Biological studies is widely considered as architectural masterpiece of Louis Kahn's. Its iconic plaza with symmetrical concrete structures, overlooking the Pacific ocean in La Jolla, has been acclaimed as a facade to the sky. Little has been written on Kahn's achievements in the building system integration in order to bridge the gap between technology and design. This paper explores the technical issues, the design intents, and the major building systems to identify the Kahn's integration methods between building systems. The project is analysed into four major systems; structure, mechanical, envelope, and interior system. The integration methods of building systems are investigated in physical, visual, and functional aspects. The most distinguished cases of building system integration are the introduction of the interstitial floors between the laboratories and the creation of the smooth and warm materiality of exposed concrete walls. Kahn proposed open floor plans for the laboratories which are capable of easily adapting to changing needs. He also introduced the interstitial floors which are framed of the vierendeel truss systems and deliberately overlapped the structure systems with the mechanical systems such as ducts, water pipes, and electric conduits. The exposed concrete walls mixed with pozzolan ashes look very much like granite or limestone as the result of the physical and visual integration between structure, envelope, and interior systems.

분산된 지역 데이타베이스의 스키마 통합시 중심 개념은 엔티티 통합을 의미하며 이때 엔티티의 시멘틱은 여러 요소에 영향을 받는다. 따라서 분산된 데이타베이스 환경에서의 스키마 통합은 통합되어야 하는 각 지역의 스키마의 엔티티 타입간의 도메 인 관계의 정의로부터 시작된다할 수 있다. 이렇게 설계자에 의해 정의되는 각 엔티티 간의 도메인 관계는 스키마 통합 시스템의 신뢰도의 확보와 검증을 위한 작업이 반드 시 수행되어야 한다. 그러나 이러한 작업이 기존의 통합 시스템에서는 제시되지 못하였다. 본 논문은 분산 시스템 환경에서 지역 데이타베이스의 스키마 통합을 위한 객체 중심의 통합을 정의하고, 통합의 타당성 검증을 위한 모델을 제안하고 검증 시 스템을 구현한다.
