This study is a study on the effect of technical readiness factors on counselors' intention to use when applying AICC. AICC counselors experience improved customer service and emotional stability by receiving various monitor notification window services based on artificial intelligence algorithms such as customer counseling history, prohibited word control system, and customized counseling system. Accordingly, this study tried to verify using factors derived from technology readiness theory and technology acceptance theory among the factors affecting the intention to continue using AICC provided to counselors. To verify the research hypothesis, the causal relationship between variables such as Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, Insecurity, and Technology Acceptance Theory, such as Team Support, Ease of Usage, and Innovation Resistance, was verified. As a result of empirical analysis, first, it was verified that Optimism has a positive (+) effect on Team Support and Ease of Usage, and Discomfort and Insecurity have a negative (-) effect on Ease of Usage and Team Support. Second, it was confirmed that Team Support and Ease of Usage had a positive effect on the Intention to use AICC. Based on the above empirical analysis results, the concepts of Technical Readiness were clearly proved, and in practical terms, AICC helped inquiry, quality evaluation, recording, and management of counseling history, ultimately increased corporate work efficiency.

The benefits of information technology cannot be obtained unless potential users utilize it for their work. This led to a lot of research works on computer system acceptance. But most of the works address the early stage of system introduction, leaving the learning effect on system acceptance unexplored. In this longitudinal study, two groups of novice and experienced users have been empirically investigated and compared for their acceptance of computer system and for the learning effect of actual usage. A research model based on the technology acceptance theory has been proposed and applied to the two groups. The result shows that the factor job relevance gets more important and the effect of user training on system acceptance diminishes as time passes. This finding may help introducing computer systems which can be easily accepted by users over the whole life cycle period of computer systems.

본 논문에서는 SFC(Service Function Chaining) 기반 DLP(Data Loss Prevention) 솔루션을 위한 부하분산 시스템을 제안한다. SFC을 기반한 DLP 솔루션은 사용자의 데이터를 분산 처리하지 않으며, 각 DLP 서버는 할당 받은 사용자 단말에서 발생되는 모든 트래픽을 관리한다. 하지만 사용자별 트래픽 사용량이 다르기 때문에 DLP 서버의 리소스 사용량과 유휴량을 고려하지 않는 기존의 순차방식, 최소접속방식과 같은 부하분산 알고리즘을 사용 할 경우 트래픽이 균등하게 분배되지 못 하여, DLP 서버의 과부하 및 시스템 장애를 발생시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LBM(Load Balance Management) 서버를 통해 DLP 서버의 리소스 사용량을 기반으로 부하분산을 수행하는 SFC 기반 DLP 솔루션을 위한 부하분산 시스템의 아키텍처를 제안한다.

본 논문은 대규모 지식베이스와 언어 자원의 부족 문제를 해결하기 위한 동사의 구문 관계 정보를 이용한 한국어 질의-응답 시스템에 대해 기술한다. 구문 관계 정보는 동사의 원형, 사용 패턴, 각 문장 성분들의 의미 속성, 유의 동사 등의 정보를 담고 있다. 문장 및 구에 대한 구문분석은 구문관계 정보에 나타난 동사에 의존적인 문장 성분들의 의미속성과 동사의 일반적인 사용 패턴을 활용한다. 또한 정답후보 문장들의 구문분석을 위해 구문 관계 정보를 사용하고, 질의문의 격 슬롯(case slot)으로부터 정답을 찾기 위해 구문관계 정보를 사용한다. 실험에서 동사의 구문 관계 정보의 이용이 대규모 지식베이스와 언어 자원의 부족 문제를 해결하기 위해 한국어 질의-응답 시스템에 효율적으로 활용될 수 있음을 보였다.

본 연구는 지역통합시스템을 운영하고 있는 파주시 산하의 4개의 공공도서관을 대상으로 최근 3년간의 장서 데이터와 이용 데이터, 수서 데이터를 수집하여 도서관별 대출 및 상호대차를 분석하고, 나아가 이용과 수서간의 상관관계를 검증하기 위하여 구입 자료에 대한 중복도를 비교분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 이용대상 자료에 따라 주제별로 대출과 상호대차에 있어 차이가 있음을 발견하였고, 이러한 특징이 구입 자료의 중복에도 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 관내 상호대차시스템을 실시하는 개별도서관은 장서구성 단계에서부터 보다 치밀한 장서개발정책이 필요함을 지적하였다.

This study based on TAM and D&M model to examine the Kuwaiti employee performance using the electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) in the Ministry of social affairs and labor. Additionally, this study has proposed the moderating effect of work cooperation on employee performance Data of 345 employees were collected from Ministry of social affairs and labor in Kuwait. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive influence on employee performance. However, findings do not support the relationship between system usage and user satisfaction. Additionally, the results show that there is a significant positive moderating effect of work cooperation. This research provides strong evidence for defining the key factors affecting system usage but also in view of its limits. It should be evaluated. Not all the factors affecting the intentions of end-users to use EDRMS have been fully covered. There are major variables, for example, facilitating state and perceived compatibility are important factors that can be covered in future research. This research is an addition to the current literature and the first attempt in this area to the best of authors' knowledge.

This study developed the virtual operation system for the hydraulic pump system for marine usage. The scope of this study is to develop a process dynamic simulation model for the hydraulic pump system for marine usage, to investigate the process dynamic characteristics using the models, to accomplish the logic diagram for the PLC control and to achieve a human-machine interface (HMI) for the convenience of operators to monitor and control the process. The virtual operation system provides a virtual operation environment for the pumping system, enabling the operators to simulate the change of process variables. The system will assist in developing advanced control logics and then optimal design of the system.

In order to implement e-trade infrastructure through the radical innovation of trade process, e-trade platform which is called 'uTradehub' has been developed for three years. After pilot operation of this platform in 2007, the formal service of e-trade such as logistics, customs and foreign exchanges had been provided in 2008. However, the usage of e-Trade platform is not the level of users' satisfaction because trade-related communities have not actively participated into e-trade platform and several functions with users requirements are necessary to develop additionally. In this regard, there are strong demands to suggest some strategies for application and usage proliferation of e-trade platform. Therefore, this paper would like to evaluate the current status of e-trade platform service and usage by the theoretical consideration of preceding researches and practical analysis of statistical data. Then, it will explore several service improvement ideas in terms of system supplementation and integration, electronic documents standardization, radical change of using fee, global connection, user oriented education and advertisement.

컴퓨터에서 사용자의 usage정보는 Accounting의 기본 자료가 될 뿐만 아니라 그리드 컴퓨팅과 같은 환경에서도 교환되어지는 중요한 자료이다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 컴퓨팅 시스템으로부터 usage정보를 수집하여 제공하는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 서버에서의 특징은 정보관리를 위하여 일반적으로 사용하는 DB를 사용하지 않고 XML파일로 처리한 것이다. 이렇게 함으로써 서버는 보다 단순해 질 수 있으며, 개인이나 중소 규모의 전산센터에서도 쉽게 usage정보 제공이 가능해 질 수 있다.

ABC analysis is the process of dividing inventory items into three classes according to their monetary usage so that managers can focus on items that have the highest monetary usage value, and has been widely used in practice since its development in 1950. However, the original criterion, monetary usage value, can no longer be the only rational criterion. Applying Analytic Hierarchy Process, we develop a new method to classify inventory items by considering such operationally/strategically important criteria as annual dollar usage, lead time, supplier's capacity, defective rate, difficulty of purchasing and unit price. A case study is performed applying the method to the field data from a company which produces electrochemical products.
