There were few empirical researches on the ERP system in spite of increasing interest on ERP system recently Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an framework for the marketing performance based on evaluation of ERP system used by the theoretical model for evaluation of information system and the empirical data of Korean firms. This study was empirically examined an effect of ERP system and its information quality on the use of information from ERP system. And another effect of information use from ERP system on marketing performances survey on MIS was conducted for the marketing strategy. In this study, the structural equation model was established for verifying the relationship of above variables. And several hypotheses were established and examined empirically from that structural equation model. In conclusion, the effectiveness of ERP system must be evaluated within structural relationship among ERP system and its information quality, the use of information from ERP, and marketing performances. Additionally, the result of this research has founded the fact that ERP system and its information quality are important as elements of successful ERP system.

As apparel manufacturers have increased their outsourcing garment making to cope with the rapid changing market, the information sharing has been the most important factor for the Korean apparel industry. The purpose of this research was to identify the properties and effects of information sharing system between Korean apparel manufactures and contractors. For this study, two apparel manufactures which actually used the information sharing systems were case-studied for the properties and effects of the information sharing system. The results of this study are shown as follows; 1) The companies ("J" and "S"), studied in this paper used sharing information mostly on order, delivery, and accounts within their contractors based on information sharing system. Company "J" turned out to have strong partnership with their contractors and developed more flexible manufacturing system and QR strategy. They shared not only basic transaction information but also quality inspection information and work-in-process information by using information sharing system. 2) The effects of information sharing system were proved as business transaction time reduced more than 60 percent, compared when staffs had to face to face, or use phone or fax to deliver documents. This study was investigated to provide an example which introduces information sharing system objectively and systematically to the apparel industry.

This paper describes an architecture information management system using XML. The purpose of the system is to manage the information stored in standard format, XML, that has many valuable properties. The proposed architecture information consists of project information, drawing information, and material information. Each information is expressed using XML and for each information, XML schema is presented in this paper. In this system, detail information of materials that exists on the supplier's homepage can be displayed when the user of the system wants to check the detail information. Also, drawings stored in STEP data can be browsed in this system. The reports of each information are prepared using XSL. The proposed system shows that XML can be used for a format to store architecture information and various functions can be implemented based on XML related standards.

In this paper we will discuss a general idea about an information system which provides information a user really needs in user's authentication. We will discuss how RFID could be applied for this kind of system especially from the standpoint of using RFID as a way to collect information of personal belongings. Also we will discuss security issues of using RFID as a component of the proposed system because while RFID could provide usefulness, it could also be very dangerous for revealing private information without user's awareness.

As development of Information Technology and Internet are available, many industries are creating a lot of values through extension from physical space to virtual reality. Gradually computerized information systems have become increasingly important in the management of health service and management, The purpose of this study is to develop information system of school health care. This study identified the soureses of health information produced in elementary school environment and classified them into four different categories such as physical information, health status and disease information, school environment information, and health education and school health services information, Those information are analyzed and categorized as one of the element of information system for the development of school health information system. To manage and improve the health of school population and to meet the need of fast growing health information, unit model of evaluation system of school of health and components of constructing school health information system are suggested.

본 논문에서는 정형/비정형/XML 데이터의 검색 및 관리 기능을 갖춘 정보검색 관리시스템을 위한 서버와 클라이언트간의 통신 프로토콜을 설계하는 방법에 대해서 설명한다. 제시된 프로토콜은 정보검색관리시스템에 적절하게 설계되었으며, 확장성 및 호환성을 높이기 위하여 XML 메시지로 이루어져 있다. 그리고 통신 처리 효율을 증가시키기 위하여 TCP/IP 기반의 소켓 통신을 한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로토콜을 기반으로 정보검색관리시스템에서 기본적으로 제공하여야 하는 서비스를 정의한다.

Accounting information system is the most important and formal subsystem of the total information system of an organization which produces and delivers financial information. An organization has its own contigent characteristics. It is the key to a successful development of accounting information system to select the development mode and information characteristics appropriate for the contigent characteristics. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the contigent factors and the development mode of accounting information system. In addition, this study will examine the relationship between the contigent variables and the information characteristics of accounting information system. The research method adopted in this study is the survey. The results show that the environmental uncertainty, organization size, task diversity, task interrelatedness, and management commitment are positively related with the involvement and role of user in the system development process. The aggregate information regarding various departments tends to be produced by an organization under the uncertain environment. The information is reported periodically by a centralized organization. The aggregate information is preferred when tha task for implementation is diversified. The output information is more aggregate and provided more frequently when there exists a high interrelatioship between tasks. The output information is more external and reported more frequently in an organization with the high management commitment.
