News Article Identification Methods in Natural Language Processing on Artificial Intelligence & Bigdata

  • This study is designed to determine how to identify misleading news articles based on natural language processing on Artificial Intelligence & Bigdata. A misleading news discrimination system and method on natural language processing is initiated according to an embodiment of this study. The natural language processing-based misleading news identification system, which monitors the misleading vocabulary database, Internet news articles, collects misleading news articles, extracts them from the titles of the collected misleading news articles, and stores them in the misleading vocabulary database. Therefore, the use of the misleading news article identification system and methods in this study does not take much time to judge because only relatively short news titles are morphed analyzed, and the use of a misleading vocabulary database provides an effect on identifying misleading articles that attract readers with exaggerated or suggestive phrases. For the aim of our study, we propose news article identification methods in natural language processing on Artificial Intelligence & Bigdata.

Design and Implementation of a Cardiac Arrest Supporting System Using Wearable Device (웨어러블 기기를 사용한 심정지 환자 지원 시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • Cardiac arrest is a serious intensive emergency disease that causes death within less than several minutes by depriving the body and brain of blood supply. Survival rate of cardiac arrest patients outside of hospitals is especially low. This is because pedestrians usually do not perceive the patient as a sick person, also, even if they do so, they have no medical knowledge to properly react to such emergency. The purpose of this study is to propose a solution that uses widely spread smart phones to alert pedestrians of the cardiac arrest patient, prevents cardiac arrest, and provides first-aid measures. By applying the proposed solution, cardiac arrest can be prevented in advance, pedestrians can be alerted to keep the golden time(4 minutes), and first witness can quickly proceed with CPR, ultimately enhancing the survival rate of the cardiac arrest patient.

A Study on Web based Integration of Design Resources with a Knowledge Based Engineering Technique (KBE 기법이 적용된 설계 자원 웹 기반 통합에 관한 연구)

  • This paper presents an embodiment of design integration framework corresponding to changes in the latest manufacturing environment. The embodied system is named by 'WEB-KBE System' because it supports a product design with a KBE technique based on web environment. The final purpose of the work is to implement a web-based integration design environment with a KBE technique to support non-skillful designers. The framework of the system Is designed to support necessary items in user-centric design environment. Two case studies were applied to the WEB-KBE system to evaluate the efficiency, flexibility, extensibility, and reusability of the system. The examples are [1] CART integration design environment construction and (2) Exhaust Duct Saddle Support integration design environment construction. In the former case, it took a period of 8 months for modeling and implementation of the WEB-KBE prototype system. However, with the high extensibility and reusability of WEB-KBE system, the second case required only a period of one month for modeling and implementation of the system. We conclude that the presented WEB-KBE system can bring fair effects on implementing a knowledge based design environment in aspect of time and expense.

  • Chronic diseases are increasing nowadays as daily habits changed due to economic growth. Among chronic diseases, heart cerebrovascular disease is one of the major causes of death in South Korea that accounts for approximately 20% of mortality. Tests to measure anomaly of the heart is ECG tests, which measures and analyzes the electrical heart activity. Any mistakes in lead attachment location critically affects ECG testings, and statistical facts showed that only 2.8% of the nurses properly located leads to patients. As a solution, this paper proposes a system based on a projection-based augmented reality technology to generate X-ray images to the patient's chest to point out exact attachment locations of ECG leads. Evaluation comparison results showed a 2.6 cm difference between the conventional system and the proposed system. ECG test results also showed significant signal differences between the systems in leads V1, V2, and V3. The ECG measured accurately by the proposed system would help greatly in patient management and clinical decisions of clinicians.

  • For the success to PLM in construction industries, the creation, management and coordination of all product-related information are essential, and the exchange of product information and data has became an important part of the of the product development. But, it is difficult to exchange, unify and manage the engineering information between different kinds of system. In this paper, introducestandard and method on the interoperability between heterogeneous systems for C-PLM(Construction Project Lifecycle Management), present embodiment case. The result of this paper expect on the interoperability between heterogeneous systems for C-PLM.

  • Component-based software development [CBSD] is a new paradigm of recent software development. CBSD was started from reuse of software and study on software component technique. In order to improve produce and quality of software development, there is study on reuse of components lively and how to develop, share, and manage components effectively. In this study, I would like to suggest a method that is able to simply test a new application system by developing systems developed individually into components, registering them, and combining them.

  • This paper pertains to the embodiment of the CATV network devices, and Automatically Centralized device was embodied in order to solve the inefficiency of the existing passive device. The frequency bandwidth, which don't use the part of CATV on signal of video, using frequency bandwidth of the control and systemize in automatic distributive system, the communication which depends on two way of forward/backward communication and backward communication/materialize in the system of unification management of 9600bps using RS-232.

To estimate capability of this virtual-magnetic system we did an experiment of magnetism based on coulomb's law when Coulmb's low apply this experiment it is vey conformable to real magnet

  • Current Western-dominated paradigms of technology are based on a reductionstic view, i.e., machines evolve to an intelligent but isolated object form by serially integrating precise subtechnology, humans and the environment through K rperlichkeit(corporeality or philosophy of Mom), is explored. Parallelism based on holism and embodiment, and relative interactions based on correspondence and interrelationships, are the key ideas in the proposed paradigm. An interactive system, called the Emotional intelligence Interface and Performance System(EIPS), is proposed and implemented to explore the proposed interactive technology paradigm. Also, recent collaborations by ASTA(Arts, Sciences & Technology in Asia), an interdisciplinary project team of artists and engineers, are introduced to demonstrate these explorations.

  • This paper inspected about the application of transportation and the character of GPS&Galileo using the basis of GNSS. In the paper, searched the present condition of study which applied foreign GNSS in the railway and drew the applicable field which is corresponded with the railway environment. It also described about the embodiment and prospection of system and presented the direction of study on the basis of it.
