There has been an increase in video surveillance for public safety and security, which increases the video data, leading to analysis, and storage issues. Furthermore, most surveillance videos contain an empty frame of hours of video footage; thus, extracting useful information is crucial. The prominent framework used in surveillance for efficient storage and analysis is video synopsis. However, the existing video synopsis procedure is not applicable for creating an abnormal object-based synopsis. Therefore, we proposed a lightweight synopsis methodology that initially detects and extracts abnormal foreground objects and their respective backgrounds, which is stitched to construct a synopsis.

In this paper, an online video summarization algorithm based on multiple object detection is proposed. As crime has been on the rise due to the recent rapid urbanization, the people's appetite for safety has been growing and the installation of surveillance cameras such as a closed-circuit television(CCTV) has been increasing in many cities. However, it takes a lot of time and labor to retrieve and analyze a huge amount of video data from numerous CCTVs. As a result, there is an increasing demand for intelligent video recognition systems that can automatically detect and summarize various events occurring on CCTVs. Video summarization is a method of generating synopsis video of a long time original video so that users can watch it in a short time. The proposed video summarization method can be divided into two stages. The object extraction step detects a specific object in the video and extracts a specific object desired by the user. The video summary step creates a final synopsis video based on the objects extracted in the previous object extraction step. While the existed methods do not consider the interaction between objects from the original video when generating the synopsis video, in the proposed method, new object clustering algorithm can effectively maintain interaction between objects in original video in synopsis video. This paper also proposed an online optimization method that can efficiently summarize the large number of objects appearing in long-time videos. Finally, Experimental results show that the performance of the proposed method is superior to that of the existing video synopsis algorithm.

본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크에서 효율적인 조인 처리를 수행하여 통신비용을 최소화할 수있는인-네트워크 조인 전략인 RFB(Record Filtering using Bit-vector) 조인 전략을 제안하였다. 제안하는 조인 전략은 통신비용을 감소하기 위하여 데이터의 크기를 줄이기 위해 비트 벡터(Bit-vector)를 이용한다. 또한, 센서 네트워크의 특성상 조인을 위해 중앙의 서버로 모든 데이터를 전송하기가 어렵기 때문에 본 논문의 조인 전략은 조인 처리의 이른 단계에서 조인 결과에 해당되지 않는 데이터를 제거하여 불필요한 통신비용을 감소시켜 통신비용을 최소화하기 위한 네트워크 내에서 효율적인 조인 질의 수행 전략이다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 대표적인 조인 전략인 시놉시스를 전송하여 조인을 수행하는 시놉시스 조인(Synopsis Join, SNJ)과 비교하여 통신비용 효율적임을 보였다.

"The Essence of the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" is an annotated book on the "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" written by You-Yi(尤怡) of the Qing Dynasty (1729). Chapter 3 of this annotated book contains explanations of BaiheDisease(百合病). You-Yi(尤怡) maintained that the cause of Baihe-Disease(百合病) is a deficient-type fever(虛熱) induced by lung-fluid deficiency(肺陰不足). Generally, a higher fever led to a worse prognosis, and this disease was mainly treated by supplement methods(補法). In his pharmacological explanations, You-Yi(尤怡) often used the analogical inference of the five evolutive phases(五行歸類), and he frequently quoted "The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine(黃帝內經)" and "The Medical Secret of an Official(外臺秘要)" to explain the texts.

Yoshimasi Todo (吉益東洞), who thought that the books on herbal medicines are the reason for the complicated explanation of the effects of herbs, thought that the articles from Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases (傷寒論) and Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber (金匱要略) are the only books that can identify the effects of herbs. He also thought that the practitioners from the later period have added too much on the original text, which led to his thought that the original text of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases (傷寒論) and Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber (金匱要略) did not have the explanation that involves the theory of yin-yang(陰陽), the five phases(五行), and three yin and three yang(三陰三陽). From this, he investigated the standards of using the herbs in the Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber (金匱要略) by comparing the articles. In this point of view, Yoshimasi Todo (吉益東洞) said that Poria Scleotium (茯笭) treats palpitations (悸) and 肉瞤筋惕. This meant the symptom of unvoluntary palpitations and the trembling of muscles with wrenching pain. Also, he thought that the symptom of Poria Scleotium (茯笭) in the formula of decoction is shown by the symptoms of dizziness, palpatations, vomiting, trembling of muscles, and cramps. This paper studies on the symptoms that seems close to the meaning of the symptom of Poria Scleotium (茯笭) that Yoshimasi Todo (吉益東洞) meant, which can be summarized to palpatations and trembling of muscles. I wish this paper is of help to those who study Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases (傷寒論), Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber (金匱要略), and the medicine of Yoshimasi Todo (吉益東洞).

고객의 기호와 요구에 부응하는 서비스의 제공을 위해 영화 요소 중 정확한 장르의 분류는 고객의 선택에 있어 중요한 문제이다. 기존의 수작업에 의한 장르 분류는 시간과 비용, 신뢰성 등에서 비효율적이다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해 영화 시놉시스(Synopsis) 기반의 기계학습 방법은 효율적인 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 대다수 영화서비스 주체가 보유하고 있는 시놉시스 정보를 기반으로 하여 기계학습을 이용한 영화장르 분류에 관한 하나의 정형화된 방법을 제시한다. 기계학습 Algorithm 중 LibSVM, RandomComittee, LMT, NaiveBayes, PART Algorithm 을 이용하여 Algorithm 별, 장르별 분류 정확도를 측정하여 비교한다.

The Blood paralysis(血痺) is infected by a poisonous factor of wind and it disturbs the circulation of meridian. This disease is similar phenomenon to the Blutsaure(血柱) and belongs to the category like the Radial nerve paralysis, the Ulna nerve paralysis and the unstability syndrome of the lower limbs. This dissertation will inquire into symptoms, the way of treatment and the prescriptions of this disease based on the Synopsis of Golden Chamber. The Weakness and fatigue(虛勞) is occurred by several causes. This disease means all the functions of body weakened. This dissertation will inquire into pulse conditions according to the type of the Weakness and fatigue(虛勞), symptoms, the way of treatment and the prescriptions of this disease based on the Synopsis of Golden Chamber.

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Jaundice According to the Morbid Pulse in the Chapter 15 of Synopsis of Golden Chamber sets forth the classification, symptom, method of treatment, formula, prognosis of jaundice. The contents of this chapter can be induced by(from) yellowing and jaundice These two disease patterns assume various aspects of disease cause, pathomechanism, symptom, prognosis, and treatment. Jaundice was at first classified into liquor jaundice,dietary irregularly jaundice, black jaundicem abd sextual taxation jaundice, later classified into liquor jaundice, dietary irregularly jaundice, black jaundice, sextual tatation jaundice, and yellow sweat. the disease cause and pathomechanism of jaundice are said to be said to be due to the damp-heat, which is attacked with the evil of wind and dampness to affect the spleen-stomach and the liver. and to the inveterate drinking, damage by food, sextual taxation jaundice, sextual taxation, and vacuity taxation. This chapter mainly refers to jaundice as damp-heat, so that it lays down fundamental principles of clear heat and disinhibit dampness. In the prognosis of jaundice, ingibited urination shows symptoms of jaundice, and neither urination nor damp-heat develops symptoms of jaundice. and jaundice with thirst is difficult to cure, and that the symptoms of the abdominal fullness is also difficult to cure, while jaundice without thirst is ease to cure. Of the 18 days of suffering from jaundice, the symptoms of jaundice get better before and after 10 days. I think, however, that getting worse of its symptoms makes more meaningful clinically.

선택을 추정은 질의 최적화를 위한 기법중의 하나이다. 이동객체에 대한 기존 선택율 추정 기법은 시간에 따른 이동객체의 위치 변화를 요약 정보에 반영하지 못하며. 또한 기존 공간 요약 정보를 확장하여 이용함으로써 선택율 추정시 많은 에러를 발생시키고 있다. 기존 기법들이 이동객체의 위치 정보 변화를 요약 정보에 반영하기 위해서는 요약 정보를 자주 재생성해야 하며, 그러므로 전체 데이터베이스를 자주 스캔해야 하는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이동객체의 현재 질의에 대한 선택을 추정 기법을 개발하기 위하여 쿼드 트리 기반의 히스토그램 기법을 제안하였다. 또한 제안된 기법의 구현과 평가를 통해 제안된 기법의 성능을 분석하였다. 이 논문에서 제안된 기법은 차량 추적 시스템, 위치 기반 서비스, 응급 구조 서비스, 그리고 텔레매틱스 서비스 등과 같은 연속적으로 위치를 변경하는 이동객체의 정보를 실시간으로 관리하고 검색하는 응용분야에 활용 가능할 것이다.
