The purpose of this study is to research the difference between the size suggested by brand uniforms and the size suitable for high school girls. We compared and analyzed the size system of brand uniforms after researching the wearing conditions of uniforms of 4 brands (A, B, C, D) in order to establish a size system of brand uniforms that fits different body types of teenagers. First, we conduct research on the actual condition of brand uniforms worn by high school girls, and investigate unsatisfactory factors and problems. Second, we actually measure the uniform size of each brand and analyze measurement differences between each brand. Our results show each brand uniform has different size specifications and the importance of appropriate size specification is greater as students select uniform based on design and brand awareness rather than body size. Compared with the average body size the skirt and especially the blouse is much smaller with no extra room compared with standard size 85 blouses and size 71 skirts. Therefore, the adjustment of size specification is needed in brand school uniforms. However, a larger scale investigation is needed as this study was conducted with a limited sample size.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the actual wearing conditions, inconvenience and problems with cycle wear. To attain this purpose, a questionnaire was completed by direct observation and by interviewing bicyclists. The questionnaire was given to 273 bicyclists. The questionnaire consisted of items that are related to concerns with dressing appropriately and enhancement of physical performance through dress. Following are the results of this study. According to the survey, many of them purchased imported cycle wear rather than national cycle wear, and the satisfaction according with purchase rate was low. Bicyclists were uneasy with finding right size cycle wear especially for women. It turned out that the area of the knee and elbow are mostly the areas that they get hurt while riding. Even though the knee and elbow are the mostly hurt area, bicyclists do not prefer to wear appropriate protector for the knee and elbow to excel in their performance in cycling. In material related questions, lower dissatisfaction was indicated for the lints caused by fraction. Average satisfaction was indicated for the distortion after washing, changes in color, touch of the fabric, matters with static and sweat. With regard to the areas where the bicyclists felt discomfort was highly indicated with lower-body clothing. Discomfort was highly indicated with crotch area when riding long period of time. Also when riding a cycle, discomfort was indicated with the leggings cuffs when it comes upward with riding motion. Most of the bicyclists felt the tight fitting leggings were embarrassing.

The main purpose of this project is to improve the funeral and grave culture which has brought about many social problems, and to fix the crematory culture as the future funeral ceremony in our country. In this study, we first investigated the actual condition of cremation culture. Second, we survey three representative crematorium as an object of study and investigated similar sample buildings in Japan, we analyzed the problem of existing crematorium. Finally, we arranged the basics to approach the space program and design criteria of this project. 1. The entrance of vehicles has been commonly concentrated to the opening time of crematorium. therefore, Peak time has come out as circulation of cremation and waiting time is increasing, also it is difficult to manage the congestion normally. 2. The whole problem of crematorium is poor environment, inferior buildings, noise, unsatisfactory ventilation and privacy, insufficient convenience facilities. 3. The user demand on the crematorium facilities is a private family room for waiting area, a farewell room for family members in a direct line, an outdoor rest area, and the various service facilities, and so on. 4. For improvement of the funeral and grave culture, it is necessary that crematorium is not a hatred facilities, as the conversion of consciousness, and to new shape of charnel as it wore family tomb.

It is a trend to pursue the reinforcement of child-centered, play-oriented ecological education programs that support children's development. Most of these nature friendly and eco education is done in the outdoor space. So outdoor activities in child care facilities are essential. The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the outdoor space for ecological child education in the child care center. Therefore, in order to provide the basic data for the direction of the improvement and to grasp the current situation and problems, the survey and analysis of the external space composition and utilization status in the child care facilities for nature-friendly ecological child care education has been done. As a result, the half of the cases did not reserve even the minimum size of outdoor space and fall short of the standards of outdoor space quality as accessibility, complexity, articulation and nature friendliness for ecological education. Therefore, in order to establish an ecological education environment, it is necessary to build facilities in natural green or suburban areas. In addition, they need to use the natural environment such as parks, open spaces, and forests.

Urbanization has caused increase of traffic jams, food shortage, housing, and environmental pollution in the world in recent decades. Urban agriculture, such as roof garden, can relieve the phenomenon of urban heat island causing from the urbanization. The study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of rooftop garden (farm) in 40 areas in Seoul, Korea, where the 'cabbage', 'lettuce', 'pepper', and 'mini-tomatoes' were the most preferred vegetables and fruit. The problems in the rooftop garden during a cultivation was observed for drainage system, soil management, cost or quality of planting mat and diseases and insects. The image of urban agriculture showed a positive words, such as 'bright', 'clean', 'open' and 'good' according to the survey.

With the change into knowledge-based society and infinite competition, sharp employment competition causes anxiety about their own future among college students going into society, consequently making their employment one of the greatest social problems. As schemes of improving the employment rate for seniors at the department of health science, department professors are required to reinforce employment-related interviews as a provider of information about employment and colleges need to set and implement a specific support plan, for example, by encouraging trips for employment guidance at diverse regions. As an effort for qualitative improvement, colleges are required to develop an employment-based curriculum and support basic employment preparations and academic advisers need to serve as a guide specializing in employment as well as an employment-related information provider.

The purpose of this study is to try to find the risk of roller(mixing mill) in working site. In order to achieve the purpose, accident analysis and survey was carried out. This analysis revealed that average of loss days is 334.3 by roller jamming accident and 229.2 by other causes. It means jamming accident entails serious bodily harm. According to our research, we realize that most of rollers have some risk of the jamming accidents. It is simply because the roll gap in the roller is not more than 10cm. It also does not meet minimum distance so as to avoid the risk for jamming accident by KS. Furthermore, 28% of rollers have only one switch and 40% of rollers have two switches operating emergence stop equipment so as to reduce the risk of jamming accidents. Therefore, we presume that it is very difficult to turn on the switch of emergence stop equipment when they confront the accident because most of engineers are working alone.

The first part of this paper clarified the importance of teacher's role in activating the school library. In the second pan, the major of this paper, the state of the art of school libraries and the perception of teachers managing school libraries without librarian certificate were investigated by questionnaire. The questionnaire to middle school and high school was planed to survey the functions, the management problems, and the improvement of school library. The followings were analyzed in more detail ; the characteristics of school library teacher, the actual condition of the library, the recognition on school library of teachers and principals, the promotion plans fer library use, and the solution for management problems.

Ventilation equipment performs a cental role to maintain comfort subway environment. So ventilation equipment of Busan subway first line is needed to improvement thermal environment. In this study, condition of thermal environment is presented to improve ventilation equipment at existing subway station platforms by measuring thermal environment of platforms operated ventilation equipment at 14 stations of Busan subway first line. AWS of data in comparison with the neighbouring platforms and thermal environment analysis.

Since Korea is moving towards the aged society, increasing is the social attention on overall life satisfaction of the elderly. The purpose of this study is to find the factors affecting the life satisfaction of the elderly among demographic characteristics of aged people, categorized satisfactions and sources of income, based on the 2008 national survey data of the actual living condition of the elderly and welfare need. We found that many factors have significant impact on the life satisfaction of the elderly, such as demographic characteristics, the level of physical and mental health, the economic level.
