패널조사에서 PDA 활용 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Practical Use of PDA for Panel Survey)

  • 1968년 국내 조사기관이 최초로 설립된 이후 우리나라 조사방식은 급속한 발전을 거듭해 왔다. 최근에는 모바일과 인터넷 등 통신기술의 발달로 CATI, 노트북, 인터넷, PDA조사 방식이 진행되고 있다. 이 연구는 한국직업능력개발원이 자체 개발한 KISS 시스템을 이용하여 한국교육고용패널조사에 PDA를 응용한 사례를 중심으로 서술하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 설문조사 시 PDA의 장단점 및 활용방안에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 연구의 주요결과를 살펴보면 PDA조사는 1) 조사에 있어서 필드의 컨트롤이 수월하며, 2) 자료검증기간의 단축 및 정확한 자료의 생성, 3) 조사에서 자료완성까지 기간 단축, 4) 소요인원의 최소화 및 장기적으로 비용절감 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 반면에 단점으로는 1) 설문표현의 한계, 2) 조사시간의 증가, 3) 일부지역의 통신장애 등을 들 수 있다.

KS 및 신JIS인증을 중심으로 한 품질인증제도에 관한 연구 (Study on the National Quality Certification System based on KS and the new JIS Certification)

  • In this study, a comparative research between KS certification system, which is Korea's quality certification system and new JIS certification system are conducted. Compared with the results and the issue of quality certification system to look for ways to improve the company can be helpful in the development plan was presented. The survey obtained from the representatives on the company which currenty maintains certification. Survey was distributed and collected via e-mail., Highlights of the survey, were composed of four categories such as opinions of KS certification, criteria, production test and follow up, etc., these categories were put together for final conclusion.

  • 기업이나 기관들의 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 고객이 원하는 서비스 요소를 추론하여 제공하고 그 결과를 평가하여 지속적으로 서비스품질을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위한 중요한 요소는 고객 만족도의 정확한 피드백인데 우리나라에는 고객 만족도 측정에 대한 정량적이고 표준화된 시스템이 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 고객만족도를 효율적으로 평가할 수 있는 설문분석시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 서비스 품질요인별로 측정요인을 설정하고 이를 통한 체계적인 설문 조사가 가능하도록 구성되어 있다. 특히, 스코어링 시스템을 도입하여 서비스 및 단위서비스에 대한 품질 수준을 정량적으로 평가하고, 개선해야할 요소의 우선순위를 제공하여 효율적인 관리가 가능하다. 또한 모바일과 온라인 시스템으로 설문작업이 이루어지므로 실시간으로 데이터를 분석할 수 있으며 언어별로 설문지를 작성할 수 있도록 하여 외국인도 사용 가능하다. 실제 체험학습 프로그램에 참여한 학생들 대상으로 만족도 설문분석을 적용한 사례를 제시하여 본 시스템의 유효성을 입증한다.

음향조사기법을 이용한 수산자원 관리수면의 어류분포 및 인공어초지역의 어군위집조사 (Hydro-acoustic survey on fish distribution and aggregated fish at artificial reefs in marine ranching area)

  • Hydro-acoustic survey was carried out to estimate a fish distribution at marine ranching area and aggregated fish schools at artificial reef area in Oeyeondo, Korea. The survey system was set up with DGPS system, scientific echo sounder (EK60, Simrad Co.), and ECDIS (Mecys. Co. LTD). A track survey and a random survey was respectively applied to the marine ranching area (474.4ha) and to the artificial reef area (within a radius of 300m). As the result, fish distribution and MVBS values in marine ranching area showed that created fisheries resources didn't come to be abundant yet as to appear fish distribution in all of the area. In the artificial reef area, it was, however, able to detect many fish school signals on the top of and around artificial reefs and to confirm the luring effect of artificial reefs.

  • KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) has been management alone before some time. However through the electrical industry reorganization generation and KPX(Korea Power Exchange) were separated on 2001. A marketing and distribution part will be separated in the future. While many problem for appear in future. how to management for power system network is important. unfortunallity, electrical power industry is starting point right now. Thus, detail data is incomplete for this field and detail research for this field is required with distribution reorganazation. In this paper suggest for customer interruption cost compute method to establish a standard. The standard is need to security operation of power system network. The customer interruption cost compute method necessity of customer interruption cost compute method is minimizing process for total cost. As final total cost compute through the interruption cost compute, we can recognize investment point exactly. We cited foreign survey questions, because exactly matched survey questions for in the country circumstance is not exist. And process to survey performance suggest after modify for match in the country circumstance. Survey questions that suggested fer this paper are classified five categories. This paper suggests to detail survey questions and survey method before survey and suggest to how to customer interruption compute when survey data is ensured. Moreover this paper suggest to average interruption cost compute for residential customer using statistical method.

  • GIS의 기초가 되는 수치지도의 활용은 빠르게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 수치지도의 제작 공정에 있어서 많은 발전이 있어 왔지만 지리조사와 구조화편집 공전에는 여전히 지도 출력물에 의존하는 기존의 방법을 사용하고 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 공정에 현장측량시스템의 활용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법을 수치지도 Ver 2.0 제작에 적용하여 기존의 방법에 의한 결과와 비교하였다. 비교 분석을 통해 제안된 방법은 수치지도 제작 과정에 필요한 소요 인원 및 처리 단계가 줄임을 통해 전체 비용의 5% 정도의 절감할 수 있다는 것을 보였다.

  • Lightning induced faults accounts for more than 66% at the transmission lines of KEPCO. The lightning causes damages to power system equipments including transmission line, the blackout of electricity and the electro-magnetic interference. Because of this reason, we need the real time lightning information for the optimal operation of power system. And, it is required to obtain and accumulate the lightning current parameters for the insulation design. In 2005, KEPRI constructed a lightning detection network, the KLDNet (i.e. Kepco Lightning Detection & Information System) and launched a lightning information service for KEPCO customers. It is intended to provide data service on the operation of transmission lines and collect lightning-related data, which is the most important factor regulating power system design and operation. The new system will replace LPATS, the old detection system, which has been operating since 1995 and is rapidly failing in terms of both detection performance and location accuracy. The purpose of this paper is to explain the work performed and the results of that work in performing a site survey of several locations. The purpose of the site survey is to find locations acceptable for the installation of a lightning location receiver in support of a Lightning detection system(LDS). A restriction was placed on the surveyed locations, as they must belong to the Korea Electric Power Company. This requirement was made to facilitate the communication needs of the LDS network. Total of 15 sites were evaluated as possible LDS sensor sites. Some of the sites were rejected for physical reasons and therefore no electrical testing was performed. Of the 15 sites, total of 10 sites were considered acceptable and 5 sites were rejected for various reason. In this paper, we would like to explain the site survey and detection efficiency for LDS.

  • A multi-channel seismic system has been developed and applied for bedrock mapping in near shore environment. The system is composed of an analog signal processor and an A/D converter installed on the computer, and a streamer with the group interval of 5 meters. The system is accomplished with a data acquisition program which controls the system and a data processing software. With the PC-based shallow marine seismic survey system high-resolution 2-D marine seismic profiles which have high S/N ratios can be obtained after appropriate data processing.

  • Recently, fundamental innovation for the improvement of Korean railway industry is proceeding with the vertical separation into infrastructure and operation, and the privatization of railway operation. And also, with the advent of an era of high-speed railway, starting of Korea Train Express (KTX) will give a great change to circumstances of railway industry. It requires that a railway safety regulation policy and accident survey system cope effectively with this restructuring of railway system. Under these great changes, safety must have the first priority, and the function of management and supervision on railway safety will be ten to the governments responsibility; In this paper, according to changes of railway safety management system, foreign states railway accident system and direction of korea railroad accident survey system will be also introduced.

태양광발전시스템의 건물 적용에 대한 인식 조사 연구 (A Survey of the Recognition of Photovoltaic System for Building Application)

  • This study aims to investigate and analyze the overall recognition of the photovoltaic system for the application of BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic) in Korea. For this purpose, a survey was carried on through questionnaires answered by 6 groups of experts such as construction engineers, registered architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, university or college professors, and others who are ranked high in their companies or universities or colleges and who mostly seem to be eager to participate in the development of the PV system and to make a business of the system. The results of the survey are as follows: 1. About 95% of those experts who answered the questionnaire have known about renewable energy, and 93% of them are interested in solar energy as alternative energy 2. Host experts have a lot of information on the solar energy system, but have scanty information on the PV system. 3. The experts in the educational and research field have researched for the reasonable period of the participation in the development of the PV system and the period of making a business of the system. They judge that companies in the mechanical and electrical field will participate in the development of the PV system and will make a business of the system in 5 years. 4. The experts have thought that the PV system is designed not for economy but for the environment of the earth and that PV system technology in Korea is much lower than that in the advanced countries. 5. The experts hesitate to participate in the development of the PV system and to make a business of the system because they have little confidence in the economy of the PV system now and because they have thought that they will bear a great financial burden of construction cost 6. The experts judge that it is most desirable to apply the PV system to the rooftops of buildings. And they are greatly interested in the BIPV.
