Purpose: This study was designed to identify the predictors of elderly women's intention to report elder abuse. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 204 elderly women aged over 60 living in Seoul. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires by convenience sampling. Data were analyzed with frequencies, $x^2$ test, t-test and binary logistic regression. Results: Logistic regression analyses showed perception of elderly welfare law, perception of seriousness of elder abuse, subjective economic status, and exposure to elder abuse information were significant predictors of elderly women's intention to report elder abuse. Conclusions: The results of study suggest that the provision of information related to elder abuse including elderly welfare law is crucial toward elderly women in preventing elder abuse.

The National Nutrition Survey in Japan (NNS-J) started in 1945 and has provided information on dietary intake and health status of Japanese citizens to the public and policymakers for more than half a century. We summarized several relevant issues on the survey in this report : the current framework of the NNS-J in accordance with the Nutrition Improvement Law, utilization of the survey for nutrition and health policy in Japan, the Health Promotion Law recently enacted in 2003, the national plan for health promotion and disease prevention (Health Japan 21), and possible measures to improve the survey systems under the new law. We also mentioned implementation structures of regional health and nutrition surveys, because the Health Promotion Law designates an active role of local governments on promoting health for their citizens, which will enhance the needs for appropriate assessment of health and nutrition conditions in each community as well as the monitoring at the national level. Galaxy clusters, the largest gravitationally bound system, are important means to place constraints on cosmological model and to study the evolution and the formation of galaxies and their large scale distribution. We will report results from our study of galaxy clusters in the European Large Area ISO Survey North1/North2(ELAIS-N1/N2) fields, covering a total of 10.8 $deg^2$. We combine multiple wavelength data from IMS survey, UKIRT Infrared Deep Survey-Deep Extragalactic Survey (UKIDSS-DXS, JK bands), Spitzer Wise-area InfraRed Extragalactic survey (SWIRE, Optical-Infrared bands), and CFHT (u,g,r,i,z bands.) The photometric redshifts are derived from these datasets and are used to search for high redshift galaxy clusters at 0.8 < z < 1.5.

Bronchogenic cyst and pericardial diverticulum are relatively infrequent respectively, but they have been detected more commonly with the increasing popularity of the routine and mass survey examination of the chest. A 31 year-old male was admitted for the evaluation of productive cough and two mass lesions in left side on the chest films and bronchogram. Exploratory thoractomy revealed pericardial diverticulum and bronchogenic cyst, which were confirmed by pathologic examination. We are willing to report this combined case which was treated uneventfully by left lower lobectomy and diverticulectomy.

In recently, the interest of high strength and flowing concrete, to improve quality and workability of concrete, is gradually increased. In order to make high strength and flowing concrete, many processes may be considered, the water reducing technique using superplasticizer seems to be the most practical, but domestic superplsticizers are not widely used because of economical efficiency, low quality and lack of understanding in construction field. The purpose of this report is to analyze the consumption structure and behavior of domastic acmixtures containing superplasticizer, and to examine about, dessemination of superplasticizer.

본 내용은 중국에 이은 세계 2위 쌀 생산 및 소비 국가인 인도의 식품산업 현황 및 쌀 가공 식품과 가공 기술 등을 조사하기 위하여 뭄바이에서 개최된 식품 및 음료, 호텔 박람회(TASTE 2011)에 참석하고, 뭄바이 SNDT 여자대학과 KBC(korea business center) 등을 방문 하여 한 인도 양국 간의 식품 가공산업과 쌀 가공산업 활성화에 기여하며 향후 관련 분야 교류 협력 활성화 기반 조성에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The 2009 Agricultural Survey is one of the most important official statistics about agricultural sector, which is mostly used by experts. However users have kept claiming about the problems of the 2009 Agricultural Survey, which need to be discussed in the academic area. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the 2009 Agricultural Survey and the level of satisfaction of users and to evaluate the 2009 Agricultural Survey. Then, the paper presents some suggestions to upgrade the 2009 Agricultural Survey. The results of studies present a few findings: First, the 2009 Agricultural Survey shows overall excellence but should focus on adding more various topics in agricultural sector, Second, the 2009 Agricultural Survey need to consider offering micro level data for experts such as data in the city or county level, Third, the 2009 Agricultural Survey had better to offer more specific examination and guide line for general users.

This study explores the reporting tendencies of project managers when sending a status reports to their respective senior managers in information systems development project. It also examines the effect of selective reporting on report quality and systems development performance. The research model is proposed based on literature survey as well as key points from Iacovou et al. [2009] which is an extension of selective reporting in information systems project. Analysis of responses from 257 project managers in information systems industry indicates that pessimistic reporting by project managers has negative effect on both report quality (mediator variable) and systems development performance, while optimistic reporting has no significant effect on systems development performance. The CEO interest has an impact on the senior manager's power, which in turn leads to optimistic reporting by project managers. The senior manager's character has an impact on the senior manager's leadership, which in turn leads to pessimistic reporting. No direct relationship exists either between CEO interest and optimistic reporting or between senior manager's character and pessimistic reporting. In addition, trust toward the senior managers is significantly related to pessimistic reporting. Finally, report tendencies are also found to be affected by the active/passive characteristics of project managers.

Purpose: This study examined differences in perceptions and intention to report on elder abuse between nurses and elderlies. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 301 nurses and 326 elderlies (>60 years) living in Seoul. Data were collected by convenience sampling. The research instrument utilized in this study to measure perceptions and intention to report were 11 of 12 scenarios adapted by Yoo & Kim from Moon and Williams(1993). Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, Chi-Square and Pearson's correlation. Results: The mean score of perceptions on elder abuse was 3.11 for nurses and 2.98 for elderlies. The most severely perceived type of abuse was sexual abuse, followed by physical abuse, neglect, financial abuse, and emotional abuse. Statistically significant group differences were evident in perceptions of elder abuse in six of the scenarios and in all scenarios for intention to report. Conclusions: Differences in perceptions and intention to report on elder abuse between nurses and elderlies should be considered in developing effective measures in prevention and intervention of elder abuse.

국민영양조사가 실시된 1969년부터 최근 조사보고서가 나온 1989년까지의 대상지역, 규모, 조사내용 등을 중심으로 한 조사방법면에서의 연도별 변화 차이를 비교 고찰해보았다. 국민영양조사의 주관부서는 보사부내에서 조직이 바뀜에 따라 방역국 보건과, 의정국 지방의정과, 보건국 식품위생과를 거쳐 모자보건관리관실에서 담당하다가 1981년부터는 보건국 보건교육과에서 담당하고 있다. 조사내용은 식품 섭취조사, 식생활조사, 건강조사로 나누어 실시하고 있으며 이중 건강조사항목이 많이 바뀌어 오히려 줄어들었고, 표본추출방법은 2회의 개편을 거쳐 1987년 이후로는 확률비례추출법으로 실시되고 있다. 조사지구수와 가구수의 연도별 변화는 초창기 1974년까지는 지구수와 가구수가 적었으며, 1988년부터는 2,000세대를 조사하고 있다. 인원수는 역시 초창기 74년까지와 그 이후 74, 83, 88년으로 가면서 변화하였으며, 88년부터는 8,000명 정도가 된다. 조사시기는 여름과 가을이 대부분이나 78년 이전은 주로 여름에, 그 이후는 가을에 조사하고 있다. 이상의 결과 내용으로 보면 영양조사는 시기별로 변해왔으며, 그 결과의 비교분석시 세심한 주의가 요구된다.
