본 연구에서는 농업 기본통계 조사 표본설계와 가축통계 조사 표본설계를 제안한다. 농업 기본통계는 시.군 단위의 통계를, 그리고 가축통계는 시.도 단위의 통계를 생산할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 두 설계 모두 현행 표본보다 표본수를 줄여 표본조사의 업무량을 줄였고, 이를 위해 시.군 단위의 층화(농업 기본통계)와 시.도 단위의 층화(가축통계)를 하였으며, 특히 가축통계에서는 유의표본과 전수조사가구를 선정하여 설계의 효과를 높였다. 그 밖에 연속조사임을 감안하여 표본관리 및 표본대체 방법을 언급하였다.

Ecological methods were reviewed through reports such as environmental impact assessment and damage effect of fishery in the Korean watershed. Survey items in marine ecological field were included: phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthic animal, algae, adult fish, egg and juvenile of fish. A standardization of survey method in the field of community ecology was suggested to consider the convenience, Sequency in Use of device, accuracy of data collected from that. It is necessary that spatial data should be sufficiently acquired toy statistical analysis of biodiversity and spatial comparison. Quantitative sampling method must be inevitably adopted based nature of biota and geographical type of the survey area. The same sampling method can make the data compared spatially but can't be applicable in all area. Standardizing survey method should be by no means under certain restriction of study and would become different according to survey environments. The first thing is minutely understanding about ecological character of biota inhabiting in certain area, and then determining survey method.

본 연구에서는 지적측량 자료를 효율적으로 관리 조사하기 위해 지적측량 자료조사 통합관리시스템의 구축 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 구축된 지적측량 자료조사 통합관리시스템의 효율성을 평가하고자 기존 지적측량 자료조사와 비교 분석한 결과 측량데이터 누락에 따른 측량의 오류를 사전에 제거할 수 있고, 대략 2배 정도의 자료조사 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

We applied electrical resistivity survey using modified pole-pole array and small-loop electromagnetic survey to delineate the zone of seawater inflow through a tide embankment. The tide embankment is generally affected by tidal variation and has low resistivity characteristic due to the high saturation of seawater. For this reason, the electrical resistivity survey using modified pole-pole array, which is relatively more effective to the conductive media, was carried out to detect the inflow zone of seawater and small-loop electromagnetic survey using multi-frequency with 300 to 20,010 Hz was conducted. As a result of both electrical resistivity survey using modified pole-pole array and small -loop electromagnetic survey, these survey methods are found to be quite effective for investigation of seawater inflow zone in the sea dike.

지난 4월 13일에 실시된 16대 총선에서 방송사와 조사기관들이 공동으로 조사하여 발표한 선거예측조사에서 많은 오류가 발생하여 선거예측에 대한 신뢰성에 큰 타격을 받았다. 이에 향후 선거예측조사의 신뢰성을 회복하고 보다 정확한 예측을 위해 기 발표된 예측조사내용을 다각도로 심층분석하여 조사의 오류가 발생한 원인을 살펴보고 이들 오류를 줄이는 방안들을 제시하였다. 아울러 이번에 처음으로 실시된 출구조사에 대한 문제점과 개선안도 함께 살펴보았다.

Since early 1960s, when the telephone survey was used in the research area for he first tie, there has been existed various methods to gather the information by survey. The existing survey methodology called PAPI(Paper-And-Pen Interveiw), due to the appearance of Personal Computer, might well be developed progressively. Mid-1980s, Internet was advanced remarkably in terms of technology. from early 1990s, in addition it served as a stepping-stone for progressive collecting method. Internet Survey is now called WWW Survey and expected that it will substitute for most surveys from now on. We explain the role and the characteristics for Internet Survey as one of he various data collecting methods. Furthermore, we draw the futures about questionnaires, data collecting and statistical analysis with it.

Now, GPS survey is used on equipment from leisure to precise geodetic survey and nation admits the result of GPS survey. When surveyors perform precise GPS survey, they use post processing method but they greatly use real time processing method to consider field status. Especially, when surveyors measure the result of moving target, they use real time GPS survey to the best method. For this study, the author precisely surveyed distance of ship launching from shipyard on real time using real time precise GPS method. In this paper, the author compares and examines the accuracy of first real time precise GPS survey method nationally and the capability on use. And the author performed real time precise GPS survey in NOKBONG and 21C shipyard positioning at GEOJEDO.

Therefore this study analyzes statistical data; $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$Economical Active Population Survey$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$, $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$Time Used Survey$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$, $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$Basic Wage Structural Survey$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$, and $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$City Household Survey$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$ for that step and will help people to reconsider the importance of the economical value household work. Economical Active Population Survey classifies housework as economically nonoproductive activity Time Use Survey does not have an clear classification for action. Basic Wage Structural Survey must give subdividable information on wage. City Household Survey should include more details and more data of household durables.

D&B method in tunnel construction requires accurate and rapid measurement of the ground movement, which of essential for feedback analysis. Recently, survey technique adapting IT is getting more and more emphasized in the field of construction and tunnel survey also follow the same trend. Case study and adaptability of IT technique for tunnel survey will be discussed in this study. The application of laserscannig method in the field of tunnel construction was reported in several advanced country including Austria and Japan. Survey for the crown and shoulder movements by IT survey method was conducted and the results were compared to those do the conventional method. The pipe-roof, grouting, ring-cut are installed in the this site to prevent expected large ground settlement. The result show that laserscanner system is prefered rather than conventional method in that better understanding for the displacement condition and origin condition was liable by the lasersacnnig method. IT survey solution makes if possible to execute more economic and safe construction.
