대진대학교 중앙도서관의 서비스에 대한 이용자 만족 정도를 조사해 본 결과, 시설에 대하여 대체로 만족하고 있으나 도서관 이용을 지원하고 있는 서비스 영역에서는 불만족하다는 응답이며, 단행본, 연속간행물은 만족하나, 학위논문 외 대부분이 불만족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사서와 이용자간의 커뮤니케이션이 부족하며, 사서들에 대하여 전문성과 능력은 인정하나 무성의와 사무적인 태도에 대하여 부정적으로 나타났다. 사서들은 이용자들에게 제공하는 서비스와 그의 노력에 대하여 적극적으로 알릴 필요가 있다. 또한 요구와 불만 사항을 계속적으로 수렴할 수 있는 통로로 홈페이지 게시판을 이용하면 좋을 것이다.

오늘날 인터넷이 급속하게 확산되면서 많은 홈페이지들이 개발되어 다양하고 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 홈페이지들은 시각 장애인을 고려해서 개발되지 않았기 때문에 시각 장애인들이 인터넷에 접근해서 정보를 얻는 데는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 현재 몇몇 홈페이지들이 장애인을 위한 서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 정보 제공이라는 면에서는 매우 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 시각장애인이 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 디지털 도서관에 접근하여 필요한 자료를 이용할 수 있도록 하는 시각장애인용 디지털 도서관을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 개발하는 시각 장애인을 위한 전자 도서관은 TTS 기반의 음성 합성 기술을 사용하여 시각 장애인들이 쉽고 편리하게 전자 도서관을 이용할 수 있는 인터페이스 환경을 지원하고 있다.

이 연구는 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 대상으로 확장된 기술수용모델을 적용하여 도서관 홍보수단으로서 소셜 네트워크 서비스 가치와 효과성을 실제적으로 확인하였다. 도서관이 도서관 이용자들을 소셜 네트워크 서비스로 유인할 경우에 그 이용자는 도서관의 충성된 고객으로 장기적인 지지를 보이고 있음을 증명하였다. 연구방법으로는 15개의 가설을 설정하고 157명의 유효 응답자의 설문으로 가설을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 15개의 가설 가운데 3개가 기각되었고 13개의 가설이 채택되었다. 이 가운데 지각된 유용성은 도서관 이용만족도와 도서관 지속이용의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였고, 시스템 품질을 비롯하여 정보 품질, 신뢰성, 상호작용성, 주관적 규범 순으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 홍보적 가치와 요인을 발견하였다. 즉 이용자는 원하는 정보를 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 발견하였으며 이러한 특성이 이용자 만족에도 영향을 주고, 궁극적으로 도서관 지속이용의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 국회도서관 서비스의 경제적 이용가치를 측정하고 평가함으로써 국회도서관이 제공하는 서비스에 대한 경제적 타당성을 확보하고 이용자의 인식을 제고하여 국회도서관 이해관계자들의 지지를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국회도서관 이용자를 국회의 내부 이용자와 외부 이용자, 협정기관 이용자로 구분하였고, 가치측정을 위한 방법으로 시간가치 및 대체서비스가치, WTP 가치측정 방법을 적용하였다. 이용자들이 국회도서관이 없어 다른 대체서비스를 이용할 경우 연간 추가로 더 필요한 시간의 가치는 내부 이용자가 1,948.2백만 원, 외부 이용자가 417,057.5백만 원으로 이는 국회도서관 1년 예산 대비 약 10배에 해당하는 금액이다. WTP로 측정된 총 가치를 이용자별로 보면 내부 이용자의 총 가치는 8,528.3백만 원이고 외부 이용자의 총 가치는 33,272.4백만원, 협정기관 이용자의 총 가치는 924백만 원으로 산출되었다. 이용자별 WTP 가치는 내부 이용자에 비해 외부 이용자가 전체 가치의 77%를 차지해 외부 이용자 가치가 큰 비중을 차지하였다. 국회도서관 2015년 예산 대비 BC ratio는 1:1.04로 나타났다.

Gyeonggi Province is trying to increase the number of public libraries from 100 as of December, 2006 to 150 in 2010. However most of existing public libraries preferred mid-to-large scale libraries, so they were restricted to be located in around a zone of life. For this reason most local residents have been excluded from right to use libraries and have difficulties to get library services for the knowledge and information society of the 21st century. The alternative to the small library is a school library. Both schools and public libraries are located in around a zone of life because residents can get an access to them easily. First, considering that small-scale public libraries of communities usually service about 10,000-20,000 people, I estimate that an open-style school library services 24class, 840people (24class*35people) of elementary school by 2003 Korean Library Standard (edited by Korean Library Association). Second, it requires systematic protection policies so that the open-style school of library can function as a local public library and a part of library cooperation system in accordance with local plans. All the open-style school libraries don't intend to open and we had better consider the suitable service areas. Third, it's desired for the management efficiency that the open-style school libraries being established afterward are divided into a branch-scale, a hall-scale and so on, not being uniform management model. And it also needs that one of them in the area enlarges the scale, and then supports other school libraries. According to these results of the research, as cooperation between the public library policy of a local government and school library policy, it needs a systematic support.

안드로이드 기반 스마트기기에서 보안 응용 서비스를 개발하기 위해 SUN JCA/JCE나 BC JCE와 같은 자바 기반 보안 라이브러리를 사용한다. 자바를 사용하여 제작된 응용은 자바 가상 머신(JVM: Java Virtual Machine)에서 기능이 수행되므로 시스템 하드웨어에 의존하는 기능을 사용하기 어렵고 실행 속도가 저하되는 문제가 있다. 보안 프리미티브(primitive)의 경우 계산양이 많고 연산 복잡도가 높아 JVM에서 수행되는 보안 프리미티브를 적용할 수 있는 응용은 제한적이다. 특히, 실시간 특성을 요하는 스트리밍 서비스나 계산양이 많은 공개키 기반 알고리즘을 빈번히 적용하는 보안 응용 서비스의 경우 성능의 문제로 자바 라이브러리 사용이 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 JNI와 NDK 도구를 사용하여 C나 C++ 언어로 구현된 네이티브 기능을 사용하여 보안 기능을 수행할 수 있는 프로바이더를 설계하고 구현한다. 제안하는 자바 보안 프로바이더(DSCrypt)는 기존 자바 기반 보안 라이브러리와 동일한 방식으로 사용할 수 있지만 빠르게 보안 기능이 수행되는 장점을 제공한다.

Recently, computer hardware is evolving toward increasing the number of computing cores, not increasing the clock speed. In order to use the performance of parallelized hardware to the maximum, the running program must also be parallelized. However, software developers are accustomed to sequential programs, and in most cases, write programs that operate sequentially. They also have a lot of difficulty designing and developing software in parallel. We propose a method to automatically convert a sequential C/C++ program into a parallelized program, and develop a parallelization tool that supports it. It supports open multiprocessing (OpenMP) and parallel patterns library (PPL) as a parallel framework. Perfect automatic parallelization is difficult due to dynamic features such as pointer operation and polymorphism in C/C++ language. This study focuses on verifying the conditions of parallelization rather than focusing on fully automatic parallelization, and providing advice to developers in detail if parallelization is not possible.

This paper presents a newly proposed object-oriented finite element framework and its applications on dynamic analysis of plate girder bridge. The developed framework supports various types of finite elements, materials, constraints, loads, and solution methods. One major feature different from other object-oriented finite element programs is that static model and dynamic state can be easily read from or written to a file. In addition, the framework supports efficient DOF pattern handling for a node connecting elements with different DOF patterns, new multi-point constraint handling, and various scripting languages for easy use of the library. In order to show the applicability to dynamic analysis, dynamic moving load analysis on plate girder bridge is performed.

In this paper, two-stage pipelined floating-point arithmetic unit (FP-AU) is designed. The FP-AU processor supports seventeen operations to apply 3D graphics processor and has area-efficient and low-latency architecture that makes use of modified dual-path computation scheme, new normalization circuit, and modified compound adder based on flagged prefix adder. The FP-AU has about 4-ns delay time at logic synthesis condition using $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS standard cell library and consists of about 5,930 gates. Because it has 250 MFLOPS execution rate and supports saturated arithmetic including a number of graphics-oriented operations, it is applicable to mobile 3D graphics accelerator efficiently.

안전한 접근제어는 많은 수의 사용자와 정보자원을 가지고 있는 대규모의 조직, 정보시스템에서 매우 중요한 관심사이다. 많은 경우에 시스템 개발자들은 응용 시스템의 일부로서 접근제어 모듈을 구현해야 한다. 이러한 방식은 접근제어 모듈의 수정을 어렵게 하고, 새로운 응용 시스템을 개발할 때마다 반복적으로 접근제어 모듈을 개발해야 하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 Java를 사용하는 개발 환경을 위한 접근제어 Java API 라이브러리의 구현에 대해 제시한다. 개발자들은 제안된 라이브러리를 활용하여 쉽게 접근제어 모듈을 구현할 수 있다. 제안된 라이브러리는 주요 접근제어 모델뿐만 아니라 도메인 기반, 객체 중심의 접근제어와 같은 새로운 모델도 지원한다. 또한 여러 접근제어 모델을 동시에 적용할 수 있는 기능을 포함하고 있다.
