Movement from aging society to aged society and to ultra aged society is a fact that we have to accept as reality. It also means that we are given a common assignment of supporting the aged. Therefore, this study dealt with forms of space of the welfare facilities for the aged in Japan that are being suggested as a plan to solve the problem of supporting the aged. Japan who has similar Confucian culture like Korea experienced the aging of population 30 years earlier and enactment of law 20 years earlier than Korea. Therefore, Korean policies, systems and standards for welfare of the aged have been following Japanese welfare development model. This study analyzed the small-scale multifunctional welfare facilities for the aged in Japan before founding them in Korea to adapt the facilities that are compatible in domestic circumstance.

To maintain users' sessions through web browsers, a web server needs facilities for authenticating users and managing their information. Those facilities enable a web server to keep the states of the users, providing services distinguished by the states. As of now, those facilities are provided through non-standardized technologies, leading to the repeated development of similar functionalities through many web programers. In this paper, to solve the problem, we define a new session class containing the information on a user, and present a design and implementation of the Java servlet classes which supply the facilities for authenticating users, managing their sessions, and controling web services according to the groups they belong to. These servlet classes work on any web servers supporting Java servlet such as JavaServer, Apache, and IIS.

Recently, urban mixed-use commercial facilities have been required to raise a safe environment in public areas. So, this study focuses on analyze planning factors selected through the precedent research for Pedestrian safety and environment of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. The first purpose of this study is to analyse the applicative estimation of environmental plan to support pedestrians in public space of urban mixed-use commercial facilities in Seoul. And the second purpose of this study is to propose the directions of environmental planning for creating a pedestrian-friendly environment in public space of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. In order to accomplish this purpose, the environmental planning factors for supporting pedestrians and guidelines for disabled shown in the precedent studies are drawn. A survey of research subjects are 4 urban mixed-use commercial facilities located in downtown Seoul. And then a questionnaire survey is performed on architecture and interior design students to evaluate the importance. As a result of the study, the following conclusion are drawn. The pedestrian-friendly environment in urban mixed-use commercial facilities requires planning to strengthen accessibility, supporting and safety of public space.

This study is the architectural planning of 5 distribution supporting facilities for traditional herbal medicine cultivated in the rural areas. The main function of the facility consists of storage, pre-treatment/processing, loading/unloading and the assistant function consists of inspection, office, exhibition/sale, technical equipment etc. The planning shows the modular plan and the section plan of the storage space reflecting the shape and size of storage container, the action radius of carrier and the possibilities of space lease. The total floor area of the storage is 3,192$m^2$ consisting of 27 space. The total floor area of the pre-treatment/processing is 1,488$m^2$ consisting of 7 space. The total floor area of the loading/unloading is 329$m^2$ consisting of 4 space. The total floor area of each facility storage is 8,284$m^2$ including of public space 2,170$m^2$. Also this planning shows the preliminary design, "fundamental model design" for 5 rural government BTL project. Therefore, this result of planning will be the guidelines of the RFP(Request For Proposal) for the private sector company interested in this BTL project.

최신 다차원 공간정보기술은 대학 내의 수많은 시설들에 대한 효율적 시설물관리 지원업무, 사업비 예산편성 및 관리 등의 예산편성 의사결정지원업무, 그리고 입시홍보 등을 수행하는 자료로 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학의 시설물관리를 위한 다차원 공간정보를 구축하여 신규 건축예정인 건물에 대해 공간 활용을 극대화할 수 있는 최적의 입지를 선정하였으며, 대학 상징물 이전에 따른 적지분석, 외부 환경변화에 따른 경관분석 등을 수행하였다. 그 결과 시설물 계획.관리의 합리화로 인한 대학의 쾌적한 공간조성 및 체계적 종합발전과 예산편성 또는 집행 시의 의사결정지원 등으로 중복투자방지와 예산절감 등의 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

According to Korea Standard Association (KSA-0013) storage facilities are so broadly defined that one cannot easily understand the area and contents of storage facilities. Generally speaking warehouse represents storage facilities which links two nodes in various logistics activities, and storage facilities should contain other facilities like mechanization equipment, automation equipment, information equipment, etc. This study is to show the direction of the evaluation method on the effectiveness of standardized storage facilities. The storage facilities treated in this research are not only storage facilities like warehouse but also storage supporting facilities like mechanization equipment, automation equipment, information equipment, etc. The method for evaluating the effectiveness of standardized storage facilities is to developing some measure of effectiveness (MOE) which represents the entire standardized effectiveness of storage related facilities. This study has originality in that the method for evaluation of standardized storage facilities has not been developed up to now.

The vitalization of Agro-industrial complex could be an alternative to enhance farmers off-farm income and overcome FTA's impacts on the import of agricultural products. However, it is evaluated the governmental policy on the Agro-industrial complex has not been successfully done as expected. The Agro-industrial complex started to be composed in 1984 and the 427 Agro-industrial complex have been composed nationwide by 2011. Meanwhile, three Agro-industrial complex where 61 factories are running have been composed and two Agro-industrial complex are being under construction in Seocheongun as of 2011. It is investigated that there are constraints in the government supporting systems for Agro-industrial complex. They are; Aged and poor infrastructure facilities, Weak marketing competition, Scattered supporting agencies, and Poor loan system, etc. In this respect, the policy of supporting system was suggested and recommended to vitalize Agro-industrial complex in the study. They are; Better loan system, Improving aged facilities, Marketing support, Assisting technology, Suppling labor power, and Forming factory-network, etc.

최근 지식산업센터는 지식산업, 정보통신 관련 첨단업체들이 주로 입주하여 경제적 부가가치를 창출하는 시설로써의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 반면, 지식산업센터 내부에 설치되는 지원시설은 입주기업 지원, 그리고 근로자의 근로환경개선을 위하여 역할을 충실해야 하고, 다양한 활동을 영위할 수 있는 공간을 지원한다. 하지만 정부의 정책 지원이 해당 기업에 한하여 실행되고 있으며, 첨단지식산업센터 내 지원시설에는 어떠한 정책적 지원도 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 근로자 근로환경 지원을 위한 시설인 지식산업센터 지원시설을 대상으로 다각적 분석을 실시하였으며, 근로자 지원시설의 분석결과, 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식산업센터 지원시설에 대한 적정면적 확보규정 도입이 필요하다. 둘째, 지원시설 중, 설치율이 저조한 시설에 대하여 주변시설과의 공유 방안이 필요하다. 셋째, IPA 분석결과, 상업시설 지원면적이 높은 것으로 나타났으나 문화지원시설에 대한 선호도 및 중요도가 높은 것으로 제시되어, 근로자의 근본적 욕구 및 기대에 부응할 수 있는 이용자 특성을 고려한 지원시설 구성방안이 요구되어진다. 마지막으로 근로환경에 영향을 미치는 시설은 사업초기부터 지구단위계획수법을 통한 계획적 도시관리가 적용된다면 근로자의 생산활동 지원에 많은 기여를 할 것으로 분석된다.

As the population of olds increases, the number of old people with capability increases, and they actively participate to social works with interests in healthy life and leisures. Therefore the demand rises to expand social facilities to support their spare time, while there are limitation, such as land, financial state, to build such facilities. In case of Japan, a solution of such problem occurs by compounding Social facilities for Old people and local facilities in practical and finacial aspect of the selection of site and managing the facilities and social aspect of supporting oppotunities to use various facilities. Such community based complex facilities supports services depending on the health state of Old people locally residing and increases the communication between different generation. The purpose of this research is aimed to analyze programs and space organization of advanced facilities in Japan and provide basical data for planning complex facilities for old people in Korea.

This study analyzes the space composition and the construction system of performance facilities, and research the area construction ratio of each necessary space to establish the specialized performance facilities. This study aims the exclusive facilities for opera among the various performance facilities at home and abroad. The results are as following, 1) Performance space is divided into Public space, Performance space and Administration space on the basis of user. 2) The difference in the scale of performance facilities depends on the fractionation of performance supporting facilities and the grade of specialty rather than the number of seats. 3) The scale and zoning of space in the performance facilities to be built in the future, it is necessary to consider ensuring the production support space, the organic connection of support space and the integrated public space.
