Cyber office is a personalized enterprise portal model for knowledge workers. The key services of cyber office are both personalization and emergent collaboration. Personalization service is provided by choosing service from service repository and then dropping it in the cyber office. Service repository contains various kinds of services supporting business activities. Cyber office provides blog service and profile service for knowledge workers to participate in knowledge based collaboration voluntarily.

초등학교 학생들의 독서능력과 수준을 고려한 독서교육을 위해 본 연구진이 선행연구로 개발한 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 수준별 독서지원 시스템에서는 학생들의 독서능력을 진단할 수 있는 진단지, 독서능력에 알맞은 도서 및 독서방법 안내, 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 다양한 감상표현활동 등을 개발하였다[4]. 그러나 독서교육 방법과 도서는 수준별로 제시하여 주었으나 독후활동은 수준에 관계없이 동일한 활동을 제시함으로써 수준에 알맞은 독후활동의 어려움이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제7차 초등학교 국어과 하위목표와 교육부 ICT 기준안을 고려하여 독서에 흥미를 가질 수 있도록 학생들의 독서능력에 알맞은 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 수준별 독후활동을 개발하고 수준별 독서교육지원시스템의 효과 검증을 하고자 하였다. 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 수준별 독후활동은 웹상에서 안내되고 웹상에서 활동할 수 있으며, 표현 방법에 기존의 텍스트가 아닌 멀티미디어적 요소가 가미되어 학생들에게 독후활동에 대한 흥미와 관심을 높일 수 있었고 이를 통해 독서능력 향상과 자기주도적 학습력 신장에 도움을 줄 수 있었다.

한국전쟁시기에 중국은 총 세 차례 '항미원조' 위문단을 북한으로 파견했다. 그 목적은 하나는 미제국주의와 싸우고 있는 중국인민지원군과 조선인민군을 위로함과 동시에 국내의 사정을 전달하여 지원군의 사기를 북돋아주기 위해서였고, 다른 하나는 신중국의 사회주의건설사업에 기여하기 위해서였다. 즉 위문 활동을 통해 직접 보고 들은 다양한 영웅사적과 미제국주의 만행을 중국인민들에게 선전하여 국제주의와 신중국에 대한 애국주의사상을 고취함으로써 전쟁동원과 신중국건설을 효과적으로 진행하려는 것이었다. 위문단 단원은 정치, 군사, 민족, 사회, 문화, 교육 등 국가 제반 구성 분야의 다양한 계층(노동자, 농민, 지식인, 여성, 학생, 군인 등)의 인물들로 구성되었다. 이들의 활동은 위문과 취재, 각종 좌담회와 공연 등 다양한 방식으로 전개되었는데, 그 과정은 그야말로 분노와 동정, 희생과 감동, 전투와 낭만, 감격과 위안의 감정으로 충만해 있었다. 그러한 감정은 귀국한 위문단의 국내 선전 활동을 통해 중국인민들에게도 고스란히 전달되었다. '항미원조' 위문단은 조직구성과 구체적인 공연 활동에 이르기까지 신중국의 사회주의 정체성을 분명하게 드러냈다. 민주와 평등, 세계평화와 무산계급 연대를 강조한 국제주의 추구, 공산당정권 옹호를 기반으로 한 애국주의 지향 등이 바로 그 정체성이었다. 위문단은 국경을 넘나들며 신중국의 이러한 정체성 인식을 쌍방향으로 효율적 확산을 이루는 데 한몫했다. 이는 일종의 정치·문화적 퍼포먼스로서 '항미원조' 위문단이 갖는 중요한 의미라고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 국내 중소제조업에서 수출비중과 지식탐색활동 특성간의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 2011년 "중소기업기술통계조사"에 참여한 중소제조업체 2,145개를 대상으로 각 기업의 수출 비중이 조직 내부와 외부 지식탐색활동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 중소기업의 지식탐색활동은 주요 고객과 시장의 지리적 구성에 따라서 차이가 있었다. 즉, 내수 지향적이거나 수출 지향적 중소기업은 조직 내부 및 외부에 위치한 새로운 지식과 정보를 탐색하고 활용하는데 적극적이었지만, 수출과 내수 시장을 모두 추구하는 기업은 조직 내부 및 외부지식탐색의 수준이 상대적으로 낮았다. 연구의 이론적 시사점은 중소기업이 수출과 지식탐색 및 역량 간의 관계에 대해 새로운 지식을 확장하는 데 이바지한 것이다. 또한, 외부 지식탐색활동 자체도 조직 내부의 특성에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 실증한 것에서도 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 실무적 관점에서는 내수기업에서 수출확대 및 글로벌 중소기업으로 발전에 대해 각 과정의 기업들이 서로 다른 지식탐색활동을 보이고 있다는 점에서 관련 정책 및 지원프로그램의 설계와 운영에도 참조할 수 있다는 것이다.

Purpose - This paper examines the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial reporting quality. Corporate social responsibility is a way for firms to take responsibility for the social and environmental impacts of their business operations. Corporate social responsibility is a broad concept that can take various forms depending on the firm and industry. Through corporate social responsibility programs, firms can benefit society. At the same time, firms improve their reputations by increasing engagement in corporate social responsibility activities. However, corporate social responsibility activities are not directly related to profitability, especially for distribution firms. Research design, data, and methodology - 229 distribution & service firm-years between 2011 and 2016 are used for the main analysis. In Korea, Korean Economic Justice Institute evaluates the ethical performance of Korean firms, and the institute annually discloses the scores of top firms. This study uses the KEJI Index scores to measure firm-level corporate social responsibility activities. Discretionary accruals are used as a proxy for financial reporting quality. Discretionary accruals can be used opportunistically, and thus distort the information in earnings. We extract financial data from the KIS Value database. Results - We find that distribution & service firms' engagement in corporate social responsibilities is positively related to their financial reporting quality. First, there is a negative correlation between implementation of corporate social responsibility activities and discretionary accruals. In addition, we find that the coefficient of CSR is significantly negative, supporting our prediction. The result is significant at the 1% level. Conclusions - We examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility activities of distribution firms and their financial reporting quality while most prior studies examine the engagement in corporate social responsibility activities of manufacturing firms. The results of this study show that distribution & service firms engaging in corporate social responsibility activities are likely to maintain high-quality financial reporting.

기술표준은 국가 경제에 중요한 요소로서 융복합 산업의 출현으로 인해 그 중요성이 더욱 주목받고 있는데, 이것은 상호운용성을 확보해주므로 융복합 기술을 구현하기 위해서는 필수적인 요소이다. 표준화 활동은 국내 중소기업의 성장을 위하여 반드시 필요한 요소이기 때문에 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 표준화 활동의 현황을 진단하고, 그에 따른 정책적 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 그리고 국내 중소기업의 표준화 활동 현황을 확인하고, 성공적으로 추진중인 해외 표준화 주요 진흥정책을 확인함으로써 국내 진흥방안의 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 표준활동을 위한 투자비용이 부담되고 전문인력이 필요하며 표준기술의 복잡성으로 인해 중소기업의 참여도가 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 표준화 활동은 기술보호에 취약하다는 약점이 있어 중소기업들은 기술공개를 기피하는 성향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업의 표준화 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 지원조직의 협력체제 구축이 필요하며, 표준화 활동을 장려하기 위해서는 기술 보호에 필요한 법적근거의 마련이 요구된다.

사회적 관심이 커지고 있는 독서진흥 활동을 통해 도서관의 사회적 가치를 확보할 수 있다. 이를 위한 구체적 방안 제시를 위해 문헌연구 방법을 활용하여, 도서관이 직면한 사회적 과제를 분석하고. 그러한 과제를 수행하는 구체적 방안을 제시하고자 했다. 현재 각 지역에서는 도서관, 특히 어린이도서관에 대한 사회적 관심이 증대하고 있다. 이미 공공도서관들의 다양한 독서진흥 활동을 통해 도서관의 중요성을 인정받고 있어 보다 강력한 독서진흥 활동은 공공도서관의 역할 확대와 이를 통한 사회적 기반 확보에 중요한 방안이 되고 있다. 따라서 도서관은 정부, 공공과 민간부문의 다양한 독서진흥사업을 조정할 협의기구 구성, 운영, 법적 기반 마련, 도서관의 자발적인 독서진흥 프로그램 개발추진, 독서 및 책 정보제공 체계 구축과 대중서평지 발행, 독서 캠페인과 독서활동 주도, 가정에서의 독서활동 지원, 각종 독서진흥 관련 시상제도 확대 등 구체적 방안을 주도적으로 추진해 나가야 한다.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) is an established technology and has the potential, in a variety of applications, to significantly reduce cost and improve performance. As RFID-enabled applications will fulfill similar tasks across a range of processes adapted to use the data gained from RFID tags, they can be considered as software products derived from a common infrastructure and assets that capture specific ions in the domain. This paper discusses a framework that supports the development of RFID-enabled applications based on a business process family model (BPFM), explicitly representing both commonalities and variabilities. To develop this framework, common activities are identified from RFID-enabled applications and the variabilities in the common activities are analyzed in detail using variation point concepts. Through this framework, RFID data is preprocessed, and thus, RFID-enabled applications can be developed without having to process RFID data. Sharing a common model and reusing assets to deploy recurrent services may be considered an advantage in terms of economic significance and the overall product quality afforded.

본 논문은 국가적으로 추진되고 있는 나노기술의 연구개발 활성화와 산업화를 정보적인 측면에서 지원할 수 있는 정보지원 체제를 구축하기 위함이다. 나노기술 정보는 국내외 대학, 연구소, 기업과 연계하여 수집, 가공, 분석, 유통, 확산, 활용체제를 구축하였다. 정보지원체제는 연구계와 산업계의 협력 네트워크를 포함하며, 정보공유, 연구개발 방향 및 산업화 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

Korea officially joined the ALMA (Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array) project on August 17, 2014. Korea was allowed to apply for the Cycle 2 call-for-proposal before joining the project. Korea submitted 17 proposals, and 4 of them were selected as high-priority. The fund of an 11-year Korean ALMA project in the KASI (Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute) was approved. The project team formulated an ARC (ALMA Regional Center) node at the KASI and already started its supporting activities for the Korean Astronomical Society. The team also set up a future development plan for ASTE (Atacama Submillimeter Telescope Experiment) and ALMA. A couple of engineers are now doing concept design of a multi-beam receiver system for the ASTE, Because of the ALMA participation, Korea could also access open-use time of ASTE and Mopra telescopes organized by Japan. As of this writing, EACOA (East Asia Core Observatories Association) is now under discussion on making an organization called "East Asian Observatory" and the possible operation of JCMT (James Clerk Maxwell Telescope). I will briefly mention the future prospect of these activities.
