The fishing vessel buyback program, that is, the project of fishing vessel reduction is a complex challenge that needs to take into consideration for both fishing resource protection and industrial restructuring. By the way, the fishing vessel buyback program in Korea is still poorly fruitful and there are few applications for the project in the country. For example, the buyback program of this nation has some problems like uncertainly set goals, conflicts among targets, no flexibility in the program implementation, low participation in the project and lack in follow-up actions. To solve these problems, this study offers the following alternatives. First, it is setting up detailed targets for fishing vessel buyback. Those targets should be what can be actually driven under policy support, such as reduction in illegal fishing, decrease in an exact number of fishing vessels and decline in fishing capacity rather than what seem to be comprehensive such as protection of coastal or offshore fishery and industrial restructuring. Second, it is taking measures for the livelihood of those who would face disadvantages due to fishing vessel reduction. Those measures providing or supporting the re-education and re-employment of fishery workers and building up systems that help the workers transfer fishing to another job. Third, it is adopting the governance system that overcomes lacks in communications between the fishing vessel buyback program and improves the performance effectiveness of that program. Here, governance means that businesses and authorities concerned in the program interact and cooperate with one another in making and implementing policies related to the project of fishing vessel reduction and assessing the results of that project. Fourth, it is taking actions for fishery reorganization after the fishing vessel buyback program. Factors that can be considered as those actions include supporting fishery workers' cost of fishing vessel reduction, decreasing and modernizing fishing fleets and improving the quality of fishing equipment. In conclusion, the fishing vessel buyback program should be prepared with comprehensive actions or measures that can cope well with a variety of problems that may be arisen from it while keeping itself on the track of its original goals.

This study compares the ethical inclination regarding consumer misbehaviors from two countries with contrasting cultural characteristics. National samples of South Korean and American adults provided their perceptions of the appropriateness of 12 ethically questionable consumer actions. The scenarios ranged from illegal actions, such as fraudulently inflating one's losses when filing an insurance claim to legal, yet questionable, actions such as purchasing an item that the buyer recognizes as having been mispriced. The 12 scenarios exhibited a wide range of mean responses in both countries, thereby supporting the oft-stated premise that consumer ethics is a situational phenomenon. Findings indicate not only where the cultures diverge but also where they converge towards a degree of congruence. Plausible explanations for differences based upon cultural dynamics are provided.

전자책 문서 기반의 공동작업 플랫폼인 ThruBook은 동기적인 공동작업 세션을 지원하는 시스템으로서 같은 전자책 파일을 사용하는 리더시스템들이 세션에 참여하여 동기적으로 액션을 공유할 수 있는 기능을 지원한다. 본 연구에서는 주석을 전자책에 부가적으로 추가될 수 있는 모든 종류의 정보로 보고, 북마크로 기억된 특정 위치나 메모, 추가적인 그림 등을 주석으로 표현하였다. 그 결과 공동작업을 위한 액션을 주석 객체로 모델링할 수 있었으며, 주석 객체의 전달을 통해 세션 참여자들이 액션을 전달받게 되는 공동작업 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델은 공유 문서에 대한 공동작업 시스템에서의 공유 액션을 쉽게 모델링하는 방법론으로서 ThruBook 플랫폼은 다른 공동작업 시스템을 구축하기 위해서도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper first provides a wide overview about the design codes and standards covering the use of Computational Wind Engineering / Computational Fluid Dynamics (CWE/CFD) for wind-sensitive structures and built environment. Second, the paper sets out the basic assumptions and underlying concepts of the new Annex T "Simulations by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD/CWE)" of the revised version "Guide for the assessment of wind actions and effects on structures" issued by the Advisory Committee on Technical Recommendations for Constructions of the Italian National Research Council in February 2019 and drafted by the members of the Special Interest Group on Computational Wind Engineering of the Italian Association for Wind Engineering (ANIV-CWE). The same group is currently advising UNI CT021/SC1 in supporting the drafting of the new Annex K - "Derivation of design parameters from wind tunnel tests and numerical simulations" of the revised Eurocode 1: Actions on structures - Part 1-4: General actions - Wind actions. Finally, the paper outlines the subjects most open to development at the technical and applicative level.

Information on the energy consumption of buildings that can be obtained through conventional methods is limited. Therefore, this study aims to develop a model that can support decision making about building facility management through digital transformation technologies. Through the IoT sensor, the building's energy data and indoor air quality data are collected, and the monitored data is visualized through the ELK Stack and produced as a dashboard. In addition, the target building is photographed with a 360-degree camera and maps using a tool to create a 360-degree tour. Using such digital transformation technologies, users of buildings can obtain various information in real time without visiting buildings directly. This can lead to changes in actions or actions for building management, supporting facility management decisions, and consequently reducing building energy consumption.

Excessive emission of greenhouse gases from fossil fuels usage has become a major cause of climate change. As an alternative to reduce the greenhouse gas emission, renewable energy has been highlighted around the world and UK government also established the Climate Change Act 2008 and policies for response the climate change. Those of them has been supporting many practical actions for reducing greenhouse gas emission and community energy projects is representative program to supporting security of energy supply and helping the country to reduce its carbon footprint. Rural Community Energy Fund (RCEF) which is one of community energy projects supports rural communities to develop renewable energy projects which provide economic and social benefits to the community. The review of UK's renewable energy policies and action plan can be useful to promote in Korea policies for becoming low-carbon society.

The objectives of this study were: a) to classify the rural women's roles according to degree of participation in farming and decision making, b) to find out the needs for support policy considering the role types, and c) to put forward the programs for supporting rural women according to their role types. This study was based on a literature review, empirical analysis, and opinions from a panel of experts and professionals including rural women in Korea. Based on the findings from this study, the following suggestions should be considered for supporting the rural women according to the types of their roles: 1) Government should enhance the support system for rural women in terms of policy and social system. Careful considerations on the status of woman farmers according to their role types should be reflected in the policy and social system. 2) Family cultural reform, farming helper system, reducing the housework burden, supporting educational expenses, and providing more opportunities for closer contact to the community actions and educational programs should be included in the support system. 3) Rural women's participation in various community action and educational programs should be encouraged by providing diverse incentives, appropriate information and educational supports designed to support woman farmers.

최근의 데이터 베이스 응용분야에 있어서 시간에 따른 정보의 변화를 유지관리할 필요성이 대두되고 대용량의 기억장치 가격의 급속한 감소와 함께 이의 이용 기술이 향상되면서 시간주기에 따라 실세계의 상태에 대한 변경과정을 표현하는 시간 즉, 데이터의 변경이력을 지원하는 데이터베이스(Terporal Database)에 관심이 집중되고 있으며, 이러한 요구를 만족시키기 위한 여러 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 일반적으로 시간 지원 데이터베이스 모델은 지원되는 시간의 형태에 따라 Static, Static Rollback, Historical, Temporal, Revision 데이터베이스 모델로 나뉘어진다. 본 논문에서는 시간 및 변경이력을 지원하기 위한 데이터베이스 모델과 이를 위한 데이터베이스 시스템의 주요 설계 Issue들에 관하여 조사분석한 다음, Static Rollback 데이터베이스 모델을 기본으로 하는 "$SR^2DBS$: 시간 지원 데이터베이스 시스팀"의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술하였다. $SR^2DBS$은 기존의 관계형 데이터 베이스 시스팀"의 모델을 시간 애트리뷰트를 추가시킴으로서 데이터 베이스의 변경이력관리를 가능케 한 Direct Manipulation Database Processing System으로 데이터베이스의 현상태 뿐만 아니라 시간에 따른 변경이력에 대해서 Screenoriented Relation Browsing & Editing 기능을 제공하며, 다음과 같은 특징을 갖는다. - Screen oriented Processing - Directi-Manipulation of Objects - Object & Revision History of Interest Visibility - Rapid Reversible Actions - Transaction Time & Revision Number Supporting - Roll-back Query Supporting - Han-gul Data Supporting - Two level Storage Structure(Current Version & History Versions)

원자력 사고로 인한 비상시에는 적기에 주민 보호조치를 취해야 한다. 주민 보호조치에 대한 결정기준은 국제적으로 비용-이득 분석에 의해 산정된 일반개입준위와 일반조치준위를 사용토록 제안되어 있다. 운영개입준위는 이러한 일반준위를 직접 또는 쉽게 측정할 수 있는 물리량으로 나타낸 것이다. 비상시 보호조치의 필요성을 판단하기 위해서는 운영개입준위를 적용하고 수정하는 데 요구되는 환경감시 자료를 신속히 생산하는 것이 중요하다. 비상대응의 일환으로서 이를 위해 무슨 일들이 어떻게 수행되어야 하는지 고찰하였다. 비상시 환경감시를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 평상시에 조직과 설비의 유지 관리, 각종 절차 수립, 지원용 전산체제 개발, 주기적인 교육과 훈련 등 철저한 준비가 필요하다. 일반개입준위와 운영개입준위에 관한 우리나라의 규정이 보완 또는 신설될 필요가 있음이 지적되었다.

본 연구는 기업의 문화지원 활동이 기업이미지 요인인 비즈니스 행동, 사회적 책임 행동, 기업 공헌 행동 등에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고, 기업이미지가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기업의 문화지원 활동으로 형성된 기업이미지는 고객충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 기업의 문화지원 활동은 기업 경영 차원에서 활용가치가 높아 마케팅 전략을 구축하는데 최적화되어 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같이 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 문화지원 활동을 기업의 마케팅 수단으로 문화와 예술 분야에 지원하고 후원하는 간접적인 형태에서 벗어나 공연이나 문화 행사를 기획하고 연출하여 소비자에게 제공하는 직접적인 지원 형태를 실천함으로써 진정성 있는 사회적 책임과 사회 공헌 활동 전략을 구축해야 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기업이미지에 효과적으로 작용될 수 있는 문화지원 활동을 지속적으로 유지하고 집중적으로 지원하여 소비자들로 하여금 비즈니스 행동과 사회적 책임 행동의 이미지를 심어주는 것은 물론 문화적인 기업으로 형성시켜 기업 공헌 행동의 이미지까지 인식시킬 수 있는 문화지원 활동을 전략적으로 연구하고 개발하여 실행할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 기업은 이윤 추구를 목표로 하는 조직이지만 기업이 사회적 책임과 공헌 활동을 계획하고 지속적으로 실행하여 사람과 소비자를 우선하는 기업의 이미지를 심어줄 필요성이 있다. 이후 문화지원 활동을 기업의 이윤 추구와 연관성을 고민하여 수익을 창출할 수 있는 마케팅 전략을 고려하여 구축한다면 긍정적인 기업이미지와 고객충성도를 지속적으로 유지하며 이윤 창출까지 극대화할 수 있을 것이다.
