IT거버넌스의 영향요인 분석: ITA/EA 기능 중심 (An Analysis for Influence Factors for IT Governance: Focusing on ITA/EA Functions)

  • In this paper, the function factors contributing to ITA/EA functions in their organizations, are suggested. Also the reasons to the construction of IT governance system and their effects on the their organizations are discussed and the relationships are verified by empirical model. From the survey, the data of the 227 respondents were collected and regression analysis was performed for validating the research model. ITA/EA functions consist of the IT infrastructure systemization, ITA/EA business process support, IT investment efficiency factors. And the factors of IT resource and performance management, IT process management, IT service management are included to IT governance. The main analysis results described significantly are shows as follows. At first, IT resource and performance management factor is effected by the ITA/EA business process support factor and IT investment efficiency factor. In similarly, IT service management factor is also affected by the factors such as ITA/EA business process support, IT investment efficiency, and IT infrastructure systemization. In additional analysis, IT investment efficiency factor in official sectors, ITA/EA business process support factor in private sectors respectively are described as the significant factors on the IT governance.

Government Support for Entrepreneurship Damage to Small Retail Traders from Large Wholesalers' Online Business Expansion

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research paper is twofold. First, this paper attempts to grasp the damage caused to small and medium-size retail traders from online wholesalers in the field. Second, this paper engages in a psychological characterization of the enterprise spirit and the management of small and medium-size entrepreneurs in the retail trade business that are harmed by online wholesalers. Research design, data, and methodology - Data on three large Korean wholesalers engaged in ongoing litigation during the first half of 2014, including E-Mart Traders E-Club, and regarding applications for business adjustments from three large wholesalers were used. Results - The results show that small and medium-size distribution merchants seek political support for facility modernization, policy-specific funds, development of the distribution of PB products, advanced distribution techniques, joint logistics systems, establishment of distribution and logistics centers, sharing of parking facilities, and joint ordering systems. Conclusions - This study examined the damage to, and the government's support of policy demands from, small retail traders.

농작업 대행사업 경제성 분석 - 나주시 봉황면 사례를 중심으로 - (An Economic Feasibility Analysis of Custom Work Service - Case of Bonghwang-myeon, Naju City -)

  • This study analyzed the feasibility of custom work service to deal with the imbalance of farm labor supply due to population aging. The economic feasibility analysis is based on the case of Bonghwang-myeon in Naju-si, where the majority of farm work is entrusted to local agricultural cooperative. To assess the project profitability and economic feasibility based on the projected cash flow for the next ten years, Return On Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of the projects were calculated. The results showed that ROI is estimated at 13.7%, and NPV and IRR are KRW 1,504,932,000 and 15.6%, respectively, with a discount rate of 4.5%, indicating a good enough profitability. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis with government support as part of an assumption showed that without the support, NPV turns negative, implying that the project is not profitable, and that government support for at least 30% of the cost is needed to secure the economic feasibility of a project. Hence, to promote agricultural work entrustment, it is necessary for the government to partly support the agricultural machinery and facility costs, which require a considerable amount of initial investment.

The Effect of Selection Attributes of Public Delivery Apps and Support for Public Institutions on the Intention of Restaurant Service Providers to Use Public Delivery Apps

  • Recently, local governments that provide mobile-based public delivery app services have been increasing a lot. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the restaurant self-employed's public delivery app selection attributes and public institutions' perception of support, which are under economic pressure due to the high delivery fee burden of private delivery apps, affect the intention to use public delivery app services. In this study, the degree of perception of each factor was measured using the Likert 5-point scale, and it was verified through statistical analysis using SPSS. The effect of the selection attribute of public delivery apps and the perception of self-employed people in the restaurant industry on the intention to use the service was empirically analyzed, and the hypothesis was verified using regression analysis. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that convenience, economy, and public interest had a significant effect among the factors of public app selection attributes, and educational support had a significant effect on public institution support.

퍼지 서비스 FMEA를 이용한 서비스 시스템 설계 (Service System Design Using Fuzzy Service FMEA)

  • FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis)is a widely used technique to assess or to improve reliability of product not only at early stage of design and development, but at the process and service phase during the product life cycle. In designing a service system, this study proposes a fuzzy service FMEA with the service blueprints as a tool which describes customer actions, onstage contact employees actions, backstage contact employees actions, support processes, and physical evidences, in order to analyse and inform service delivery system design. We fuzzified only two risk factors, occurrence and severity, to more effectively assess the potential failure modes in service. Proposed fuzzy risk grades are applied to Gaussian membership function, defuzzified into Fuzzy Inference System, and eventually identified the ranks on the potential fail points.

학생 만족을 위한 지역 사립대학의 교육 서비스품질 연구 (A Study on the Educational Service Quality of Regional Private University for Student Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study proposed a new construct to measure the educational service quality of regional universities, focusing on private institutions in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions. It analyzed how service quality, service value, and satisfaction influence students' enrollment intentions. Methods: Using the new construct, data were collected and analyzed to examine the relationships between service quality, service value, satisfaction, and students' intentions to continue enrolling. Results: Administrative services had the most significant impact on both service quality and satisfaction, followed by educational quality and information support systems. Conclusion: Administrative services and service value are key factors in shaping students' satisfaction and enrollment decisions. Improving these areas can enhance students' intention to continue enrolling at regional universities.

오픈 사이언스 시대를 위한 과학기술 연구지원 서비스 동향 분석 (Science and Technology Research Support Service Trends for Open Science Era)

  • 공공연구 성과물(출판물 및 데이터)을 디지털 포맷으로 공개하여 이들 자료에 대한 접근성을 높이고자하는 오픈 사이언스 프로젝트가 국외에서 활발히 진행되고 있다. 해외에서는 오픈 사이언스의 주요 특징인 공개 연구, 오픈 액세스, 연구데이터 공유, 공개적인 동료 평가, 투명한 연구 성과 평가에 맞추어 연구자 중심의 다양한 연구지원 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 오픈 사이언스 시대를 대비하여 해외의 과학기술정보 서비스에 대해 심층 분석하고 국내 활용현황을 조사하였다. 국외의 적극적인 오픈 사이언스 대응현황에 비해 국내에서는 오픈 액세스나 기관 리포지터리 정도만 준비가 되어 있고, 연구데이터 관리나 협력 연구에 대해서는 아직까지 준비가 미비한 상태로 분석되었다. 따라서 국내 정보서비스 기관에서도 오픈 사이언스 시대를 대비하여 해외 우수 사례들을 충분히 고찰하여 이를 효과적으로 실행할 수 있는 연구지원 서비스 정책과 가이드라인 마련이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

중국 물류산업에서 업무의 자율성이 혁신적 생산 활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 기업지원인식의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of the Job Autonomy on Innovative Work Behaviors in China Logistics Industry: Focus on the Moderated Mediation Effect of Perceived Organizational Support)

  • 본 연구에서 기업지원인식이 업무자율성과 혁신적 생산활동의 관계에서 매개효과가 존재하는 동시에 조절효과도 존재하는 것을 밝히려고 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 즉, 업무자율성, 혁신적 생산활동, 기업성과 간의 관계에서 기업지원인식이 조절된 매개효과가 존재함을 검정하였다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 중국 천진시에 위치한 물류업체 대상으로 실시하였다. 300부 배포하는 설문 중에서 213부를 회수하여 198부 유효한 답변을 얻었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSS Macro(Preacher, Curran,& Bauer, 2006)를 이용하여 분석을 실시하였는데 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업지원인식이 업무자율성과 혁신적 생산활동의 관계에서 조절효과가 존재하는 것을 검증하였다. 둘째, 혁신적 생산활동이 업무자율성과 혁신적 생산활동의 결과변수로 여긴 기업성과의 관계에서 매개효과가 존재하는 것을 검증하였다다. 셋째, 이러한 매개효과와 조절효과를 결합한 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 즉, 매개효과가 기업지원 인식이라는 조절변수의 크기에 따라 달라지는지를 검증하였다.

프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 도구적 요인이 가맹점의 불만족 및 불평행동에 미치는 영향: 기대 수익성의 조절효과 (Impact of Instrumental Factors on Dissatisfaction and Complaint Behaviors: Moderating Role of Expected Profitability)

  • Purpose - Based on expectation-disconfirmation theory, this study attempted to fill the gap in the literature by treating the expected profitability as a moderator in the relationship between these constructs, identifying what instrumental factors have effects on dissatisfaction, in turn lead to exit intention, neglect, voice, and loyalty, and provide the managerial implications for building long-term relationship to enhance the partnership between franchisor and franchisee. Research design, data and methodology - In order to test the hypotheses, the authors developed several hypotheses. The data were collected from 254 franchisees in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province with SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 2.0. Results - The findings of the study are as follows. First, marketing support and competitiveness of product and service had a negative effect on dissatisfaction, but did not on logistics support. Second, franchisee dissatisfaction had a positive effect on exit intention and neglect, and had a negative effect on loyalty. However, franchisee dissatisfaction had not a significant effect on voice. Third, expected profits play a moderating role in the relationships between marketing support, competitiveness of product and service and dissatisfaction, between dissatisfaction and exit intention, voice, loyalty, and neglect. First, marketing support and competitiveness of product and service were found to have a greater influence on dissatisfaction for the low expected profitability group than the highly expected profitability group. Also, dissatisfaction had a greater impact on exit intention, voice, and neglect for the low expected profitability group than the high expected profitability group while dissatisfaction had a weaker impact on loyalty for high expected profitability group. Conclusions - The result of this study indicates that franchisors should reduce dissatisfaction and prevent or improve complaint behaviors by continuously identifying the impact relationship between franchisee dissatisfaction and decision factors caused by difference in expectations for roles of franchisees and franchisors. In addition, franchisors should acknowledge that the impacts of marketing support, and product and service competitiveness on franchisee dissatisfaction and on exit intention, neglect, and loyalty differ by expected profits. Therefore they should provide support in perceiving high expected profits through creating direct profits including high sales, low costs, and low rents.

경북문화콘텐츠지원센터 설립계획의 평가와 정책대안 (Evaluation of the Construction Plan of Gyeongbuk Cultural Content Promotion Center)

  • 우리나라는 지역문화산업발전을 위하여 문화산업클러스터 육성정책을 비롯하여 지방 문화산업지원센터 건립, 지방 문화산업단지 조성 및 문화산업연구센터 설립 지원 사업 등 다양한 정책을 시행하고 있다. 문화산업은 제조업과 서비스업의 성격이 혼재되어 있고, 경북의 문화산업은 소규모 영세기업, 저부가가치의 제작업체 중심의 특성을 보이고 있다. 따라서 경북 문화산업의 육성 및 고부가가치화를 위해서는 기업지원서비스가 절실하나, 사적부문에서 문화산업에 대한 비즈니스서비스업을 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 공적부문에서 이를 보완하기 위해 경북도와 안동시는 '문화콘텐츠 지원센터' 건립을 추진 중에 있다. 그러나 '문화콘텐츠지원센터'는 문화콘텐츠생산기관인지 문화산업지원기관인지 그 역할이 불분명하고 센터에 부여된 주요 기능별 도입시설이나 실행프로그램이 마련되지 않고 있다. 무엇보다도 '문화콘텐츠지원센터'는 문화콘텐츠를 직접 생산하는 기관이 아니라 문화콘텐츠를 생산하는데 필요한 것들을 문화산업체에게 제공하여 문화산업을 육성하는 기관이라는 방향을 정립할 필요가 있다. 그리고 기업 맞춤형 지원정책을 수립할 수 있는 시스템, 전 문화산업부문을 포괄하되, 영상, 에듀테인먼트, 스토리텔링의 특화부문을 중심으로 문화산업 관련 산업체에 대한 통합지원체제, 문화산업체의 창출 및 유치를 위한 환경 및 기업 및 관계 단체가 적극적으로 문화산업 육성계획 및 정책에 참여할 수 있는 환경, 온 오프라인 네트워크를 구축하여야 할 것이다.
