This study looked through the text mining analysis to check the status of the virtual assistant service, and explore the needs of consumers, and present consumer-oriented directions. Trendup 4.0 was used to analyze the keywords of AI services in Online News and social media from 2016 to 2020. The R program was used to collect consumer comment data and implement Topic Modeling analysis. According to the analysis, the number of mentions of AI services in mass media and social media has steadily increased. The Sentimental Analysis showed consumers were feeling positive about AI services in terms of useful and convenient functional and emotional aspects such as pleasure and interest. However, consumers were also experiencing complexity and difficulty with AI services and had concerns and fears about the use of AI services in the early stages of their introduction. The results of the consumer review analysis showed that there were topics(Technical Requirements) related to technology and the access process for the AI services to be provided, and topics (Consumer Request) expressed negative feelings about AI services, and topics(Consumer Life Support Area) about specific functions in the use of AI services. Text mining analysis enable this study to confirm consumer expectations or concerns about AI service, and to examine areas of service support that consumers experienced. The review data on each platform also revealed that the potential needs of consumers could be met by expanding the scope of support services and applying platform-specific strengths to provide differentiated services.

OSGi는 서비스 레지스트리를 통한 런타임 서비스 검색을 지원함으로써 서비스간의 인터랙션을 진작하는 대표적인 SOA기술이다. OSGi와 더불어 SOA의 선두 그룹을 형성하고 있는 웹 서비스 기술은 광역 인터넷에 위치한 네트워크 서비스들이 개방 인터페이스에 따라 상호 작용하여 새로운 부가 기능을 지원할 수 있도록 하는 토대를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OSGi 프레임워크 환경에서 웹 서비스 조합 언어인 WS-BPEL을 이용하여 OSGi 서비스와 웹 서비스를 합성하여 복합 서비스 및 응용을 구성할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 이 결과 랜 환경을 주 대상으로 하는 OSGi 서비스와 광역 엔터프라이즈 환경의 웹 서비스가 소속 도메인 경계를 넘어 서비스 조합에 참여할 수 있게 됨으로써 단일 도메인 내 조합에서는 가능하지 않았던 응용 기능 지원이 가능해진다.

최근 그래프데이터베이스가 널리 사용되기 시작했다. 그래프데이터베이스는 그래프구조를 활용하는 데이터베이스이다. 관계형 데이터베이스의 테이블 대신, 그래프데이터베이스는 정점과 간선 형태로 정보를 저장한다. 데이터 저장구조의 사전 정의 없이 데이터를 저장할 수 있으며 사람이 생각하는 방식과 유사하게 데이터를 저장하고 조회할 수 있다. 그래프 데이터베이스를 활용하면 복잡한 연결구조를 가진 대용량 데이터를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있다. 통신망은 다양한 형태의 통신설비가 복잡하게 상호연결된 그래프구조로 볼 수 있다. 기존의 통신망 관리 시스템(Network Operation Support System)은 통신설비와 설비간 연결관계를 관계형데이터베이스로 관리하고 있어 서비스 종단 간 연결관계를 조회하거나, 고장원인 지점을 추적 ·조회하는등 그래프 탐색쿼리를 수행함에 있어서 어려움이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 통신망 구성 정보를 그래프데이터베이스를 이용해 구축하는 방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 그래프데이터베이스의 도입으로 그래프탐색이 필요한 조회인 경우 효율적인 질의처리가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

We propose a fully converged Ethernet and TDM transport system. Developed Ethernet and TDM convergence system can support not only L2VPN service and premium multimedia service based on MPLS protocol but also TDM leased line service, simultaneously. Developed convergence system can provide high reliability for Ethernet data due to support protection and restoration function of circuit based networks. Evaluation for Ethernet and TDM path was successfully performed to show the typical application of the proposed system in the legacy networks.

Security is very important in EC(Electronic Commerce) environment because exchanged information(that is transaction details, private data, charges data(card-no, accounts), etc) is various and is very sensitive. So, In this paper, we propose Secure-ReXpis(Reliable St excellent Xh3 Processing Infrastructure) System that transfer message and support Message Level Security(Encryption/Decryption and Digital Signature). And we implement Message Confidentiality Service, User Authentication ＆ Message Integrity Service and Non-Repudiation Service among the various Security Services. This system support XML message format and EDI message, WEB Data and Private Format Data, etc.

Social media such as Twitter and Facebook have become popular. In the age of social media, many people have become more active online. For example, about half of all global active Internet users are on Facebook (Perry 2012). Personal branding is a very important strategy to build on an individual's strengths, and this kind of branding is expected to contribute to self-actualization. Therefore, the presence of mentors who advise users to discover their own strong points for self-actualization is necessary. In this paper, we propose a personal branding support service, Mentors, which connects mentors and mentees. The core concept is: "Everyone has the face of both a mentor and mentee." The key function is sharing stages of self-analysis in human life design: Determining value, creating a mission, and forming a strategy. From this function, a good match between a mentor and mentee can be found. The program aims to improve human life by understanding the client's strengths and using social media effectively. Future work includes launching Mentors and evaluating its service.

During a time when cellular systems are being deployed in massive scale worldwide, international roaming is becoming increasingly important. This paper presents UIM (User Identification Module) for mobility support, authentication, and service portability between different mobile systems. We also introduce network model based on PASM(Portable Authentication and Mobility Service Machine) which will support signaling protocol and user information conversions with database for roaming between different mobile networks. Stored data types and elements in UIM, logical data structure and configuration, and registration procedures are described here in the case of DCN (Digital CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) Network System) and GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications).

As the community antenna television (CATV) networks becomes ubiquitous, instead of constructing an entirely new broadband network infrastructure, it has emerged as one of the rapid and economic technologies to interconnecting heterogeneous network to provide broadband access to subscribers. How to support ubiquitous real-time multimedia applications, especially in a heavy traffic environment, becomes a critical issue in modern CATV networks. In this paper, we propose a time guaranteed and efficient upstream minislots allocation algorithm for supporting quality-of-service (QoS) traffic over data over cable service interface specification (DOCSIS) CATV networks to fulfill the needs of realtime interactive services, such as video telephony, video on demand (VOD), distance learning, and so on. The proposed adaptive fast expansion algorithm and the loading statistics with dynamic swapping algorithm have been shown to perform better than that of the multimedia cable network system (MCNS) DOCSIS.

In this paper, we introduce the general way for producing context information to support context-aware applications. It can fetch raw data from the service environments, translate it to reasonable context information, and provide to multiple applications. It is designed originally for the ubiquitous computing middleware and based on the ontology processing model. Automated service applications can use this system as the form of libraries or of web services for deciding its semantic cause of action.

The purpose of this study was to examine the tendency of demands and satisfaction according to the resident's characteristics using the Cognitive Measurement Scale of Residential Life Management. Data were analyzed by the SAS program package. The results of study showed that the degree of satisfaction in the life management was low. And highest demand of each factor was as follows : Life cooperative association in Fesidential life convenience service(I). Bank service in Residential life support service(II). Announcement about utility fee in Resident's activity support and announcement of managerial warks(III). Works about criminiality control in Safety and order sustaining(IV). Care for empty house in Precaution to accident(V).
