대면적 후곡판 성형을 위한 블랭크 지지구조 설계 (Design of Blank Support Structure for Large and Curved Thick Plate Forming)

  • As one of the functional metal parts in steam turbine diaphragm assembly, the hollow-partitioned turbine nozzle (stator) has large and thick geometries, as well as an asymmetric configuration. Therefore it is hard to support a metal blank in the die cavity. To ease this situation and control posture and position of metal blank (workpiece), a blank support structure is newly introduced. The blank support structure is basically composed of enlarged arms from the blank, guide pins and linear bearings. It can help to control the intermediate blank without a critical sliding phenomenon. The operation mechanism of this blank support structure, during thick plate forming for the hollow-partitioned turbine nozzle stator, is first evaluated. A series of FEM-based numerical simulations, with respect to the width of the guide arm as geometric design parameters, are carried out to investigate its applicable range. As the results, it is observed the blank support structure for this thick plate forming can guide the workpiece to have stable posture during the plate forming process.

사회적 기업 성공요인 공유 관계와 사회네트워크 영향력 위치 탐색연구 : 투 모드 데이터를 중심으로 (A exploratory study about a influenced position of social network formed by success factors cognition of Social Enterprises with importance : two-mode data)

  • A organization of social enterprises is to achieve various goals such as private interests, the public nature, and social policy. For fulfilling these goals, we have to understand the various success factors. These success factors were shared among peoples. This study explored a position of structure of social network formed by success factors of Social Enterprises with importance. A position within social network defined a number of link connected other nodes. A position is closely associated with to individual's behaviors, opinions and thinking. We used social network analysis with two mode method for explaining feathers of structure of social network formed by success factors shared among peoples. We choose degree centrality for determining a position within social network. Centrality is a key measure in social network analysis. Results is that shared success factors are operation capital(15.15%) totally, and by Buying experience of products of Social Enterprises, Business Compliance(14.39%) and planning(12.88%), and by usage time of smart devices, Business Support(17.05%) and planning(16.10%). and the dominant success factor was not explored.

Does the Addition of Upper Thoracic Manipulation to Proprioceptive Training Improve Cervicocephalic Joint Position Sense and Forward Head Posture in Asymptomatic College Students?

  • Background: This study evaluated the effectiveness of upper thoracic manipulation (UTM) and proprioceptive training versus proprioceptive training alone on forward head posture (FHP) and cervicocephalic joint position sense (CJPS) in asymptomatic university students during a short interval of time. Objectives: To evaluate whether the suggested combination would provide greater benefit, and be superior to proprioceptive training alone in improving proprioceptive acuity and head posture. Design: A single-blind randomized controlled trial. Methods: Thirty-three university student volunteers with asymptomatic FHP were recruited. Subjects were randomly assigned to a manipulation group (n=16) receiving UTM combined with proprioceptive training or a proprioception group (n=17) receiving proprioceptive training only. The intervention period lasted 5 weeks in total, and consisted of one 15 to 20-minute session per week. FHP and CJPS were assessed before and after the intervention. Results: A significant pre- to post-intervention decrease in FHP and joint position error was identified in both groups (P<.05). Subjects in the manipulation group demonstrated greater improvements in CJPS and head posture compared to the proprioception group (P<.05). Conclusion: These findings support employing either intervention for treating asymptomatic students with FHP. However, the addition of UTM to proprioceptive training was more effective than proprioceptive training alone in reducing joint position errors and improving head posture.

서울시 보건소 간호사의 사회적 지지도와 직무만족도 (The Social Support and the Job Satisfaction of the Public Health Nurse in Health Centers in Seoul)

  • In order to investigate the social support and the job satisfaction of the public health nurse, questionnaire survey was carried out on 297 nurses who were working in 25 public health centers in Seoul. The results of the study were as follows; 1. Mean score of job satisfaction was the highest in interaction(3.55) followed by-professional position(3.46), relationship between nurses and doctors(3.23), autonomy(2.85), administration(2.60), requirements(2.43) and pay(2.30) in descending order, and total mean score was 2.92. 2. The level of the job satisfaction was significantly higher in group with longer than 20 years' career and 15 years' in Public Health Center, 5th job rank and income more than two million won a month. 3. The mean score of social support was 3.57 out of 5. The social support tended to be higher in direct social support(3.61) than in indirect social support(3.54). 4. Job satisfaction was significantly correlated with social support(r=0.407). 5. The primary factor which influenced the job satisfaction was the social support which had the 25.5% explaining efficacy. The total explaining efficacy which included pay(6.4%) was 31.0%. In conclusion, it was found out that there existed Pearson's correlation between the job satisfaction and the social support of nurses of Public Health Centers in Seoul. Therefore, what is needed to increase the job satisfaction of nurses of public Health Centers is the politic support for the systems of the social support such as nurse's family, the system of Public Health Center, and the working environment. Finally it is important to increase the job satisfaction of nurses of Public Health Centers through the politic support.

얼굴 및 눈동자 움직임에 의한 시선 위치 추적 (Gaze Detection by Computing Facial and Eye Movement)

  • 시선 위치 추적이란 현재 사용자가 응시하고 있는 위치를 컴퓨터 시각 인식 방법에 의해 파악하는 연구이다. 이러한 시선 위치 추적 기술은 많은 응용 분야를 가지고 있는데, 그 대표적인 예로는 양 손을 사용하지 못하는 심신 장애자를 위한 컴퓨터 인터페이스 및 3차원 시뮬레이터 프로그램에서 사용자의 시선 위치에 따른 화면 제어 등이 있다. 이 논문에서는 적외선 조명이 부착된 단일 카메라를 이용한 컴퓨터 비전 시스템으로 시선 위치 추적 연구를 수행하였다. 사용자의 시선 위치를 파악하기 위해서는 얼굴 특징점의 위치를 추적해야하는데, 이를 위하여 이 논문에서는 적외선 기반 카메라와 SVM(Support Vector Machine) 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 사용자가 모니터상의 임의의 지점을 쳐다볼 때 얼굴 특징점의 3차원 위치는 3차원 움식임량 추정(3D motion estimation) 및 아핀 변환(affine transformation)에 의해 계산되어 질 수 있다. 얼굴 특징점의 변화된 3차원 위치가 계산되면, 이로부터 3개 이상의 얼굴 특징점으로부터 생성되는 얼굴 평면 및 얼굴 평면의 법선 벡터가 구해지게 되며, 이러한 법선 벡터가 모니터 스크린과 만나는 위치가 사용자의 시선위치가 된다. 또한, 이 논문에서는 보다 정확한 시선 위치를 파악하기 위하여 사용자의 눈동자 움직임을 추적하였으면 이를 위하여 신경망(다층 퍼셉트론)을 사용하였다. 실험 결과, 얼굴 및 눈동자 움직임에 의한 모니터상의 시선 위치 정확도는 약 4.8㎝의 최소 자승 에러성능을 나타냈다.

  • In this study, modal analysis and equivalent static load analysis for valve supports of 26" gas piping in gas stations were conducted and the existing straight and inclined types of valve supports were compared using seismic performance testing. Also, a new valve support shape was suggested by optimizing position of fastener holes, width and thickness of the support, and size of bracket. Improvement in seismic performance by design optimization was verified through equivalent static load analysis. The seismic performance of the newly proposed valve support was greatly improved and the maximum displacement and maximum stress of the seismic load was about 20% lower than those of the existing valve support.

  • In the process of grinding a long slender type workpiece, such as ballscrew, by the external cylindrical grinding machine, the cylindricity of the workpiece depends on the distance of rests, the stiffness of supports, the diameter and material of workpiece. Conventionally the process needs to be supported by one or more rests to prevent static deflection and vibration. In this paper, the optimal position of the rests was investigated in order to minimize the cylindricity due to the static deflection, by taking compliance of the workpiece and structure into account. In order to obtain the optimal position of rests, a new modeling that is considering the spring effect of all support elements was established. Since it is so complicated to obtain the optimal position analytically for various conditions due to discontinuity, a genetic algorithm u as utilized.

  • In this paper, we analysis the performance of position estimation when adopting Dynamic TDMA(DTDMA) in JTIDS RelNav. JTIDS RelNav is widely understood as a new navigation solution possibly capable to support or take cover of the role of conventional systems including INS or GPS no matter if they are working well or not. By maximizing the efficiency of radio resource management in MAC(Medium Access Control) layer we enhance the system performance without any replacement of hardware.

Head-up CPR 시 처치자의 위치에 따른 심폐소생술 정확도 비교 (Comparing the accuracy of saddle position and traditional position in head-up cardiopulmonary resuscitation)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the position for the most accurate head-up cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) by comparing saddle position CPR (SPCPR) and traditional CPR (TCPR). Methods: Sixty certified persons who completed a basic life support provider course between May 1 and June 21, 2019 were enrolled in the study. The participants were asked to perform 2 minutes of CPR, and the depth of chest compression, rate, position, full release, and hands off time were assessed. Accuracy was evaluated based on data collected from a smart phone application connected to the manikin via bluetooth and analyzed using frequency, percentage, t-test, analysis of variance and ${\chi}^2$. Results: The accuracy of chest compression was statistically significantly higher for SPCPR, 63.03%[${\pm}8.75$] for SPCPR and 55.50%[${\pm}10.17$] for TCPR [t=3.074, p=.003]. The depth of chest compression was statistically significantly greater for SPCPR, 4.51cm[${\pm}0.45$] for SPCPR and 4.16cm[${\pm}0.61$] for TCPR [t=2.503, p=.015]. The rate of chest compression was statistically significantly higher for TCPR, 105/min[${\pm}10.79$] for SPCPR and 111/min[${\pm}11.57$] for TCPR [t=-2.008, p=.049]. Accuracy of position of chest compression was statistically significantly higher for SPCPR, 96.10%[${\pm}13.73$] for SPCPR and 79.93%[${\pm}30.34$] for TCPR [t=2.659, p=.011]. Accuracy of full release was higher with SPCPR, with 86.30%[${\pm}30.53$] for SPCPR and 71.10%[${\pm}36.05$] for TCPR, but the difference was not statistically significant [t=1.762, p=.083]. Conclusion: Saddle position CPR was found to be more accurate than TCPR in the performance of manual head-up CPR.

임상간호사의 가족지지도가 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Family Support and Job Stress of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the level of family support, job stress in clinical nurses end identify the participant's individual characteristics that influenced each of them. Methods: This study was a descriptive correlational study. The participants were 192 clinical nurses working in local middle range hospitals. The data were collected from May to June, 2013 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson's correlation by PASW statistics20. Results: The item mean score for family support was 21.01 and job stress was 98.89. There was a statistically significant negative correlation between family support and job stress (r=-.12). The level of job stress differed according to age (p=.014), duration of career (p=.013), department area (p<.001), position (p=.005), work duty form (p<.001), family member (p=.021), burden (p=.031), marital status (p=.001) and satisfaction (p<.001). Conclusion: Family support is needed to reduce job stress. Also, job satisfaction improvement programs and effective working systems should be developed to decrease the nurse's workplace stress.
