In this paper, we propose Stream Control Transmission Protocol(SCTP) proxy which supports making an SCTP connection from a Corresponding Node(CN) to a Mobile Node(MN). Recently, mobility support in transport layer is proposed, which provides mobility in end-to-end way using the extension of SCTP. Mobile SCTP can provide handover to all applications that use SCTP as a transport protocol. However, current SCTP does not include independent location management service and can not make connection from a CN to a MN without assistance of other mobile protocols. To solve this problem, Proposed SCTP proxy interoperates with generic location management service and performs an address transformation to forward connection set up messages to the MN. Using the proposed proxy, SCTP can provide a complete mobility support including a connection setup to the MN and maintaining an existing connection.
In order to provide a proper mobile internet service, Mobile IP is necessary to support IP mobility. Service network should be a backbone network among mobile agents which support mobility, and MPLS(Multi-protocol Label Switching) of IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) is being considered as a backbone network because of its speed, scalability and the excellent service capability. MPLS, however, doesn't provide a way to support the mobility of the nodes. In this paper, we present an efficient IMT-2000 network architecture using MPLS to handle Mobile IP. The proposed architecture combines the MPLS label distribution and Mobile IP registration. It doesn't use the layer 3 encapsulation, instead it uses layer 2 for tunneling the data, reduces the size of the header, and it can tunnel the data without delay, which is needed to look up the mobility binding list, as a result.
In this study, acetylated methyl cellulose (AMC) was successfully used as a support layer of thin film composite (TFC) forward osmosis (FO) membrane. A selective polyamide active layer, interfacially polymerized, was coated on top of various substrate layers. The structure and performance of the TFC FO membrane based on the AMC substrate were compared with those of TFC FO membranes with different polymeric support layers. The experimental results showed that the AMC FO membrane performance was better than other FO membranes due to its characteristic morphology and lower back diffusion rate of salts.
cdma2000 offers several enhancement as compared to TIA/EIA-95, although it remains fully compatible with TIA/EIA-95 systems and allows for a smooth migration from one to the other-Major new capability include:1)connectivity to GSM-MAP in addition to IP and IS-41 networks; 2) new layering with new LAC and MAC architectures for improved service multiplexing and QoS management and efficient use of radio resource ;3) new bands and band widths of operation in support of various operator need and constraints, as well as desire for a smooth and progressive migration to cdma 2000; and 4) flexible channel structure in support of multiple services with various QoS and variable transmission rates at up to 1 Mbps per channel and 2 Mbps per user. Given the phenomenal success of wireless services and desire for higher rate wireless services. improved spectrum efficiency was a major design goal in the elaboration of cdma2000. Major capacity enhancing features include; 1) turbo coding for data transmission: 2)fast forward link power control :3) forward link transmit diversity; 4) support of directive antenna transmission techniques; 5) coherent reverse link structure; and 6) enhanced access channel operation. As users increasingly rely on their cell phone at work and at home for voice and data exchange, the stand-by time and operation-time are essential parameters that can influence customer's satisfaction and service utilization. Another major goal of cdma2000 was therefore to enable manufacturers to further optimize power utilization in the terminal. Major battery life enhancing features include; 1) improved reverse link performance (i.e., reduced transmit power per information bit; 2) new common channel structure and operation ;3) quick paging channel operation; 4) reverse link gated transmission ; and 5) new MAC stated for efficient and ubiquitous idle time idle time operation. this article provides additional details on those enhancements. The intent is not to duplicate the detailed cdma2000 radio access network specification, but rather to provide some background on the new features of cdma2000 and on the qualitative improvements as compared to the TIA/EIA-95 based systems. The article is focused on the physical layer structure and associated procedures. It therefore does not cover the MAC, LAC, radio resource management [1], or any other signaling protocols in any detail. We assume some familiarity with the basic CDMA concepts used in TIA/EIA-95.

This paper proposes an efficient method for automatically distinguishing various facial expressions. To recognize the emotions from facial expressions, the facial images are obtained by digital cameras, and a number of feature points were extracted. The extracted feature points are then transformed to 49-dimensional feature vectors which are robust to scale and translational variations, and the facial emotions are recognized by statistical pattern classifiers such Naive Bayes, MLP (multi-layer perceptron), and SVM (support vector machine). Based on the experimental results with 5-fold cross validation, SVM was the best among the classifiers, whose performance was obtained by 50.8% for 6 emotion classification, and 78.0% for 3 emotions.

$CoSb_3$-based skutterudite compounds are promising candidates as thermoelectric (TE) materials used in intermediate temperature region. In this study, sintering of $CoSb_3$ powder and joining of $CoSb_3$ to copper-molybdenum electrode have been simultaneously performed by spark plasma sintering technique. The Ti foil was used for preventing the diffusion of copper into $CoSb_3$ and the Cu : Mo = 3 : 7 Vol. ratio composition was selected by the consideration of thermal expansion coefficients. The insertion of Ti interlayer between Cu-Mo and $CoSb_3$ was effective to join $CoSb_3$ to Cu-Mo by forming an intermediate layer of $TiSb_2$ at the Ti-$CoSb_3$ boundary. However, the formation of TiSb and TiCoSb intermediate layers deteriorated the joining properties by the generation of cracks in the interface of intermediate layer/$CoSb_3$ and intermediate/intermediate layers.
Water consumption is strongly affected by numerous factors, such as population, climatic, geographic, and socio-economic factors. Therefore, the implementation of a reliable predictive model of water consumption pattern is challenging task. This study investigates the performance of predictive models based on multi-layer perceptron (MLP), multiple linear regression (MLR), and support vector regression (SVR). To understand the significant factors affecting water consumption, the stepwise regression (SW) procedure is used in MLR to obtain suitable variables. Then, this study also implements three predictive models based on these significant variables (e.g., SWMLR, SWMLP, and SWSVR). Annual data of water consumption in Thailand during 2006 - 2015 were compiled and categorized by provinces and distributors. By comparing the predictive performance of models with all variables, the results demonstrate that the MLP models outperformed the MLR and SVR models. As compared to the models with selected variables, the predictive capability of SWMLP was superior to SWMLR and SWSVR. Therefore, the SWMLP still provided satisfactory results with the minimum number of explanatory variables which in turn reduced the computation time and other resources required while performing the predictive task. It can be concluded that the MLP exhibited the best result and can be utilized as a reliable water demand predictive model for both of all variables and selected variables cases. These findings support important implications and serve as a feasible water consumption predictive model and can be used for water resources management to produce sufficient tap water to meet the demand in each province of Thailand.

Ceramic foam prepared with cordierite as a starting material by foam method was tested to evaluate the feasibility as a filter for the dust collection in hot gas. Two different types of agents Benzethonium chloride (BZTC, C27H42NO2Cl) and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate(SLS, CH3(CH2)11OSO3Na) were used as foaming agents in foaming process. Porosityof ceramic foam was about 80% and mean pore size were 100${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for SLS agent and 200 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for BZTC. It was observed that ceramic foam was composed of continuous macro-pore structure with opening windows interconnecting macro-pores. The surface of ceramic foam support of was coated with cordierite particles ranged from 20${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ to 50${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ Meso-pore size in the coating layer on ceramic foam was below 10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. While air permeability of the support increased with increasing macro-pore size coated ceramic filters showed a constant permeability without regard to the macro-pore size of the support. The permeabuilities of support varied in the range of 600$\times$10-13m2 to 1000$\times$10-13m2. For the case of coated ceramic filter it was about 200$\times$10-13m2. As a result of particle trapping test by using fly ash the particle removal efficiency was over the 99.9%.

The 5G Core Network (5GC) is an essential part of the mobile communication network, but its security protection strategy based on the boundary construction is difficult to ensure the security inside the network. For example, the Network Function (NF) mutual authentication mechanism that relies on the transport layer security mechanism and OAuth2.0's Client Credentials cannot identify the hijacked NF. To address this problem, this paper proposes a trust model for 5GC based on NF interaction behavior to identify malicious NFs and improve the inherent security of 5GC. First, based on the interaction behavior and context awareness of NF, the trust between NFs is quantified through the frequency ratio of interaction behavior and the success rate of interaction behavior. Second, introduce trust transmit to make NF comprehensively refer to the trust evaluation results of other NFs. Last, classify the possible malicious behavior of NF and define the corresponding punishment mechanism. The experimental results show that the trust value of NFs converges to stable values, and the proposed trust model can effectively evaluate the trustworthiness of NFs and quickly and accurately identify different types of malicious NFs.
Recently, offshore wind farms are increasingly expected, because there are huge resource and large site in offshore. Jeju island has optimum condition for constructing a wind energy farm. Unlike the mainland, Jeju island has stratified structure distribution between rock layers sediments due to volcanic activation. In these case, it can be occur engineering problems in whole structures as well as the safety of foundation as the thickness and distribution of sediment under top rock layer can not support sufficiently the structure. In this paper, the settlement and stress distribution is predicted by numerical analysis when the mono-pile base are constructed on various soft layer between stratified structure. To determine the settlement of the pile foundation supported on stratified rock layer, the geological investigation at the 3 regiions and the results of laboratory experiments of the stratified rock layer is required.
