In this paper, a blackboard-based road image understanding system is implemented. The 7 useful information which organized by the hierarchical manner are stored in the blackboard system. The 6 Knowledge source modules and the blackboard make the communications under the supervision of the control module. For a scene, each hypothesis is generated and then verified for every meaningful object. On the simulation results, the correct recognition ratio can be reached out 90%. It shows that the extraction of road information for the autonomous navigation can be obtained using the blackboard architecture.

Most of all countries have a governmental system for regulating the certification of nursing. In Korea, certification of advanced practice nurse(APN) is statuary regulation under supervision of government. In this article, the writers discuss the legal characters and effects of certification and regulatory body for certification and suggest the new regulatory system. The advanced practitioner may be recognize "new" health provider in the future. The nursing specialist have right to use title and practice expanded role. It's different things with physicians certification. The regulatory body is important because certification protected the title and empower APN authorize of expanded role. The certification of nursing is closely connected with public interest. The Korea government delegate power of national examination to private institute. To improve utility and publicity of certification system, we suggest that statutory empower the certification authority to public institute which composed with nursing professionals.

The DC high speed circuit breaker used in Seoul Metro for line no.1.2 is Japan HITACHI and FUJI breaker, and for line no.3.4 is Whipp & Bourne MM74 breaker from UK. The years that each breakers made are 1973(line no.1), 1984(line no.3.4), So that equipments are superannuated. Nowday the for equipment exchanging is executing, equipment for exchanging were used the Secheron breaker from Swiss. but now the Intec breaker made in Korea is used. The RTU of supervisory control and data acquisition system have the capabilities that can observe, control and work the installation efficiently. In this paper, as summarizing the solving process of problem that happened the SCADA system when old-equipment exchange and concerned point for logical supervision and control of reservation factors and equipment, I'll provide the direction that can do receiving-process of control-equipment, progressed with the exchange of old-electronic equipment.

Purpose: The RAM objective is a very important factor that has a great effect on the improvement of the operation ration during the operation maintenance and the reduction of the life cycle cost. It is used as a design criterion during the system development, and its sufficiency should be evaluated during its test evaluation. Method: This study analyzed the cases related to RAM objective setting and suggested the improvement measures. Result: The base data for RAM objective is OMS/MP, which needs to be drawn up under the supervision of the requirement military, and a high-accuracy operating availability should be set through ALDT calculation which reflects the military logistics support environment. In addition, data collection necessary for RAM objective and RAM analysis should be made by supplementing the input data of DELIIS. Conclusion: This study suggests improvement of RAM objective considering for the weapon system.

The idea of expert control is to incoporate a rule based expert system in a feedback control system. In this paper, We present some heuristic rules about input regulation and supervision and turning for D.C. servo motor speed control. The expert auto-turning PID Controller which Heuristic rules are used as an element of the feedback control system is implemented with the numerical algorithms and Heuristic logics. The robust and accurate control function is confirmed by computer simulation..

The Personal Information Protection Commission was launched in August 2020 as an integrated control tower for personal information protection, but several problems have been pointed out in the personal information protection operation system. First, despite the fact that Korea's personal information protection system has an integrated legal system that regulates both the public and private sectors, it has been pointed out that it is difficult to carry out smooth personal information protection functions due to incomplete integration of protection functions, such as the Financial Services Commission being in charge of personal credit information protection and the Korea Communications Commission being in charge of personal location information protection. Next, despite the increasing number of public sector personal information leakage incidents, there is a lack of personnel with expertise and specialized support organizations to efficiently investigate them, and there is a concern that the lack of an efficient response system to personal information infringement by global IT companies in Korea in the era of digital commerce may weaken the protection of citizens' personal information. In order to solve these problems, I reviewed overseas cases and literature and proposed the following measures. First, it is necessary to centralize the personal information protection supervision function for credit information and location information to the Personal Information Protection Commission. Second, it is necessary to secure expertise by securing specialized personnel and establishing specialized institutions to respond to public sector personal information leakage incidents. Third, it is necessary to revitalize the domestic agency designation system and establish an international cooperation system to protect people's personal information in the digital commerce era. I believe that these measures to develop the personal information protection system will lead to more systematic personal information protection.

The existing Law of fisheries Management of China was firstly established on October 30th, 1986 and revised in October, 2000. The new Law of Fisheries Management provided a basis for introduction of the TAC (total allowable catch) system into China. Introduction of the TAC system is a natural result of the practise of EEZ (exclusive economic zone). In addition, the inability of the traditional fishery management system and the promising results obtained by conductions of TAC system in some countries with advanced fishery also make the introduction of TAC system a necessity, However, the contradictions between the unrealistic introduction of the fisheries management systems, the small-scale operation, higher expense of the conduction and supervision of the systems, and the insufficiencies of human power, financial fund, and scientific technique of the underdeveloped country resulted in the ineffectiveness of the new systems. So this study is to discuss the background and the possibility of TAC system implementation in china. The results of this study showed that many factors restrict the implementation of TAC system into China at present. It will take a long time to practise the new system. meanwhile, reforming and improving the functions of the existing systems to provide a better environment will play an important role in the introduction of the TAC system into china.

Ubiquitous computing environment means the computing environment that has taken its position so closely with the ordinary living so much like air or water. In building up the U-Korea, one of the important issues is the social issue from the drasticincrease of senior population. The contemporary society has its distinct trend in increase of senior household following the nuclear family orientation, increase of working parents with the advancement of women in society, unable to support seniors for long distance or short distance of business trip and other reasons that the need of senior welfare has been ever more felt. Accordingly, the Ministry of Government Affairs and Home Administration has developed the wireless paging system to make prompt response system for 119 Rescue when the single senior is encountered with emergency situation that is has been widely provided for the socially neglected people such as single senior, the disabled persons and others. Currently, the wireless paging system is operated as the sub-system for emergency rescue informationsystem, but due to the lack of reliability of product, problems of terminal portable transmitter, receptor and others, rejection of beneficiary and lack of knowledge in use, insufficient management and supervision of managing officers, the efficiency has been declined that there is a need of development for the system. Therefore, this study proposes the context aware information structure of the subject of ubiquitous wireless paging system required forthe development of the wireless paging system model of ubiquitous environment that improved the problems of currently operated wireless paging system.

The analysis on the international safety management code (ISM Code) and case of foreign national safety management for fishing vessel was conducted to serve as a basic data on the introduction of safety management system (SMS) for a deep-sea fishing vessel in Korea. As a result, Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) has managed operations of SMS in the maritime rules according to the Maritime Transport Act since 1994. MNZ underwent a safe ship management (SSM), which includes elements applied to shipping companies, ship and verification of the ISM Code for ships, except ISM Code application since 1998. In 2014 the introduction of the advanced maritime operator safety system (MOSS) superior to the SSM by MNZ was promoted actively switch and enforcement. Meanwhile, the safe operation manual of Japanese fishing vessel includes large part of the contents of the ISM Code, and voluntary implementation to fit the realities of the fishing vessel. The law application of SMS for a deep-sea fishing vessel after the newly establishment of the Ocean Industry Development Act to SMS would be advantageous to the schematic management, supervision, maintenance and application and, in 2016 from the implementation of maritime safety supervisor for a deep-sea fishing vessel that the management and supervision through the fishing vessel will be the efficient operation. The configuration of the safety management system in a deep-sea fishing vessel should be included as an element of ISM Code. The introduction of such a system is gradually applicable, such as nationality overseas vessel case study of the ISM Code, and vessels that are excluded from the application will be implemented as autonomous as Japan. The results are expected to contribute to sustainable development in the ocean industry safety culture spread throughout the ocean industry through the enhancement of safety fishing competency and safety management responsibility of fisher.

As the Restaurant industry is growing rapidly. The demand for an effortless POS (Point Of Sale) system which can make management easy is increasing. So, the purpose of this study is to digitalise the growing industry of restaurants and its consumers by utilizing cross-platform development. Crossplatform development frameworks provide great opportunities to solve the issues of handling ubiquitous devices with minimum efforts to reduce the cost and increase the stability, accessibility of the end consumers. By availing those opportunities, an Integrated POS system with cross platform is proposed. This integrated cross-platform POS system is originally designed for a single restaurant managed by its own private cloud server. This research solves the 2 major problems. One of them is the accessibility of the system on modern devices without even writing platform-specific code with the help of cross-platform development. This included web, mobile, desktops & tablets at the same time with the same codebase. Second one is handling data consistency with ubiquitous devices with the help of cloud infrastructure to make data safe and consistent more than ever. In the Development of this system Dart will be used as the primary programming language for cross-platform development. On the Cloud server system apache will be used as the web server and PHP as server side language. System will be using MySQL as the database server.
