중첩 NHPP 모형에 근거한 소프트웨어 최적방출시기에 관한 연구 (A Study of Software Optimal Release Time for Based on Superposition NHPP Model)

  • Decision problem called an optimal release policies, after testing a software system in development phase and transfer it to the user, is studied. The applied model of release time exploited infinite non-homogeneous Poisson process. This infinite non-homogeneous Poisson process is a model which reflects the possibility of introducing new faults when correcting or modifying the software. The failure life-cycle distribution used superposition which has various intensity, if the system is complicated. Thus, software release policies which minimize a total average software cost of development and maintenance under the constraint of satisfying a software reliability requirement becomes an optimal release policies. In a numerical example, after trend test applied and estimated the parameters using maximum likelihood estimation of inter-failure time data, estimated software optimal release time. Through this study, in terms of superposition model and simply model, the optimal time to using superposition model release the software developer to determine how much could count will help.

  • A superposition-iteration (S-I) model is proposed to simulate the jet grouting pre-reinforcing impact for a shallow-buried tunnel. The common model is deduced by theoretical (force equilibrium) analysis and then transformed into the numerical formulation. After applying it to an actual engineering problem, the most obvious deficiency was found to be continuous error accumulation, even when the parameters change slightly. In order to address this problem, a superposition-iteration model is developed based on the basic assumption and superposition theory. First, the additional deflection between two successive excavation steps is determined. This is caused by the disappearance of the supporting force in the excavated zone and the soil pressure in the disturbed zone. Consequently, the final deflection can be obtained by repeatedly superposing the additional deflection to the initial deflection in the previous steps. The analytical solution is then determined with the boundary conditions. The superposition-iteration model is thus established. This model was then applied and found to be suitable for real-life engineering applications. During the calculation, the error induced by the ill-conditioned problem of the matrix is easily addressed. The precision of this model is greater compared to previous models. The sensitivity factors and their impact are determined through this superposition-iteration model.

일반 순서 통계량을 이용한 소프트웨어 신뢰확률 중첩모형에 관한 베이지안 접근에 관한 연구 (A Study on Bayesian Approach of Software Stochastic Reliability Superposition Model using General Order Statistics)

  • 소프트웨어 시스템이 복잡해지면 고장의 원인이 하나의 강도함수에 의해서만 일어나지 않고 여러 원인이 중첩되어 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 복잡한 시스템에 의한 우도함수의 계산상의 어려움 때문에 반복표본을 이용하는 깁스 샘플링 기법이 고려되었다. 관찰된 고장시점은 중첩모형으로 표현이 가능한 잠재(latent)변수들을 이용하여 깁스 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 단순모형과 중첩모형의 비교를 위해 사후베이즈 요인과 상대오차의 합을 이용하여 모형선택을 시도하였다. 수치적인 예에서 GOS 속성을 가진 Goel-Okumoto 모형과 Weibull 모형을 선택하고 NHPP의 자료는 Lewis와 Shedler[25]에 의해 제시된 Thining 알고리즘을 이용하여 발생된 자료를 이용하고 사전분포는 상대적으로 확산분포(diffuse priors)를 이용한 모수추정과 사후베이즈요인과 상대오차를 이용한 모형선택을 한 결과 단순모형들 보다 중첩모형이 좋은 형으로 간주할 수 있음을 보여 주었다.

중첩 NHPP를 이용한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 평가 모형 연구 (A Study on Software Reliability Assessment Model of Superposition NHPP)

  • In this paper, we propose a software reliability growth model based on the superposition cause in the software system, which is isolated by the executed test cases in software testing. In particular, our model assumes an imperfect debugging environment in which new faults are introduced in the fault-correction process, and is formulated as a nonhomogeneous Poisson process(NHPP). Further, it is applied to fault-detection data, the results of software reliability assessment are shown, and comparison of goodness-of-fit with the existing software reliability growth model is performed.

시간-온도 중첩이론을 적용한 아스팔트 바인더의 점소성 구성 모형 (A Viscoplastic Constitutive Model Based on Overstress Concept with Time-Temperature Superposition Principle)

  • PURPOSES: Suggestion of asphalt binder constitutive model based on time-temperature superposition principle and overstress concept in order to describe behavior of asphalt binders. METHODS: A series of temperature sweep tests and multiple stress creep and recovery(MSCR) tests are performed to verify the applicability of time-temperature superposition principle(t-Ts) and to develop viscoelastoplastic constitutive equation based on overstress concept. For the tests, temperature sweep tests at various high temperature and various frequency and MSCR test at $58^{\circ}C$, $64^{\circ}C$ $70^{\circ}C$, $76^{\circ}C$, and $82^{\circ}C$ are performed. From the temperature sweep tests, dynamic shear modulus mastercurve and time-temperature shift function are built and the shift function and MSCR at $58^{\circ}C$ are utilized to determine model coefficients of VBO model. RESULTS: It is observed that the time-temperature shift function built at low strain level of 0.1% is applicable not only to 1.0% strain level temperature sweep test but also maximum 500,00% strain level of MSCR test. As well, the modified VBO model shows perfect prediction on MSCR measured strain at the other temperatures. CONCLUSIONS: The Time-temperature superposition principle stands hold from very low strain level to very high strain level and that the modified VBO model can be applicable for various range of strain and temperature region to predict elastic, viscoelastic, and viscoplastic strain of asphalt binders.

  • Time-temperature superposition has been studied to determine the long-term fatigue life over millions of cycles for glassy polymers. π le superposition is supposed to make an accelerated lifetime testing (ALT) technique possible. Dog-bone shaped specimens made of carbon filled Polycarbonate (PC) were tested under fatigue, based on the stress-lifetime approach (S-N curve). Fatigue-induced localized yield-like deformation is considered as the defect leading to fatigue and its evolution behavior is characterized by a modified energy activation model in which temperature is considered as fatigue acceleration factor. This model allows the reduced time concept to account for effects of different temperature in short-term fatigue data to determine long-term fatigue life through the use of time-temperature superposition that is applicable under a low frequency and isothermal conditions. The experimental results validated that the proposed technique could be a possible method for accelerated lifetime testing (ALT) of time-dependent polymeric materials.

  • A Markov Chain Monte Carlo method with development of computation is used to be the software system reliability probability model. For Bayesian estimator considering computational problem and theoretical justification we studies relation Markov Chain with Gibbs sampling. Special case of GOS with Superposition for Goel-Okumoto and Weibull models using Gibbs sampling and Metropolis algorithm considered. In this paper discuss Bayesian computation and model selection using posterior predictive likelihood criterion. We consider in this paper data using method by Cox-Lewis. A numerical example with a simulated data set is given.

  • 본 논문은 스파이크 뉴런의 응답 모델에 대하여 논의한다. 먼저, 스파이크 뉴런의 코딩 방법과 스파이크 기능에 대하여 논의하고, 커널 함수의 중첩(superposition)에 의한 스파이크 뉴런의 활동 전위 구성에 대하여 논의한다. 이 방법은 IF(Integrate-and-Fire) 뉴런 모델에서 사용하는 활동 전위 방정식보다 일반적인 것이라는 것을 설명하였다. 다음에 스파이크 출력의 기능으로서 우연성 동시 검출과 가중치 계산을 논의하고 뉴런 집단(population)의 스파이크 출력에 대하여 논의한다.

A hardening model considering grain size effect for ion-irradiated polycrystals under nanoindentation

  • In this work, a new hardening model is proposed for the depth-dependent hardness of ion-irradiated polycrystals with obvious grain size effect. Dominant hardening mechanisms are addressed in the model, including the contribution of dislocations, irradiation-induced defects and grain boundaries. Two versions of the hardening model are compared, including the linear and square superposition models. A succinct parameter calibration method is modified to parametrize the models based on experimentally obtained hardness vs. indentation depth curves. It is noticed that both models can well characterize the experimental data of unirradiated polycrystals; whereas, the square superposition model performs better for ion-irradiated materials, therefore, the square superposition model is recommended. In addition, the new model separates the grain size effect from the dislocation hardening contribution, which makes the physical meaning of fitted parameters more rational when compared with existing hardness analysis models.

  • To achieve the optimal sewer layout design, most developed models are designed to determine pipe diameter, slope and overall layout in order to minimize the least cost for the design rainfall. However, these models are not capable of considering the superposition effect of runoff hydrographs entering each junction. The suggested Optimal Sewer Layout Model (OSLM) is designed to control flows and distribute the node inflows while taking into consideration the superposition effect for reducing the inundation risk from the sewer pipes. The suggested model used the genetic algorithm to determine the optimal layout, which was connected to the SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) for the calculation of the hydraulic analysis. The suggested model was applied to an urban watershed of 35 ha, which is located in Seoul, Korea. By using the suggested model, several rainfall events, including the design rainfall and excessive rainfalls, were used to generate runoff hydrographs from a modified sewer layout. By the results, the peak outflows at the outlet were decreased and the overflows were also reduced.
