낙동강 수계 중의 댐 건설에 의한 주변의 국지기상환경 변화 : I. 댐 건설 전ㆍ후의 기상변화 분석 (A change of local meteorological environment according to dam construction of Nakdong-River : I. Meteorological data analysis before and after dam construction)

  • This study was carried out for reading the change of local meteorological environment according to dam construction of Nakdong-river using meteorological data analysis, and modeling. The meteorological data analysised are mean temperature, foggy day, precipittion day and sunshine time. As tile result of analyzing meteorological data of before and after the construction of dam in Andong and Hapchon, some discrepancy were observed by month because the lakes have different effect on the region as wind field. The common phenomenons that are revealed after dam construction are increase of foggy day and decrease of sunshine time.

  • 춘천, 수원, 청주, 광주, 이리, 진주의 20년간 (1971년 부터 1990년 까지) 기온, 일조시수, 강우 기상자료에 따른 콩 수량 예측모형을 SAS의 STEPWISE, MAXR, $C_{P}$에 의하여 작성 되었으며 선정된 설명변수들(explanatory variables)은 GLM에 의하여 유의차 검정을 하였다. 6개 지역 콩 수량에 영향을 미치는 기상요소의 반응은 다음과 같다. 1. 춘천 지역의 주효과 기상 요소에서 1차 효과(linear term)는 8월일조시수, 2차 효과(quadratic term)는 8월강우, 교호작용(interaction)은 6월기온과 8월강우, 5월기온과 8월강우였으며 8월강우는 고도의 유의성이 인정 되었다. 콩수량 예측 평균값은 198.0kg/10a였으며 년차 변이가 인정되었다. 2. 수원 지역의 기상 요소 1차 효과는 6월기온이 부영향 이었으며 2차 효과는 6월일조시수, 6월강우(부효과)였다. 교호작용은 7월의 기온과 일조시수, 6월일조시수와 7월강우, 5월기온과 7월강우, 6, 7월강우가 유의성이 인정 되었으며 년차 변이가 있었다. 콩 수량 예측값은 178.1kg /10a 였다. 3. 청주 지역은 1차 효과는 6월기온, 2차 효과는 8월강우, 교호작용은 5월기온과 6월강우, 7월과 8월의강우, 7월기온과 6월강우이었다. 콩수량 예측 값은 197.9kg /10a였다. 4. 광주 지역의 1차 효과는 7월강우(부), 2차 효과는 6월기온과 7월강우였으며 6, 7월일조시수가 부교호작용 이었다. 콩 수량 예측 평균값은 227.4kg /10a였다. 5. 이리 지역의 기상요소 1차 효과는 5월일조시수, 2차 효과는 5월일조시수와 7월일조시수, 교호작용은 5월의 기온과 강우, 5, 7월의 일조시수, 6, 7월의 강우였고 7월일조시수의 quadratic term은 부효과 였다. 5월의기온과 강우, 6, 7월의강우도 부교호작용 이었다. 콩 수량 예측값은 160.4kg /10a였다. 6. 진주 지역의 기상 요소 반응에 따른 1차 효과는 6월과 8월강우, 교호작용은 8월의기온과 일조시수, 6월일조시수와 7월강우, 6, 8월강우였다. 6, 8월강우는 linear term에서 부효과, 8월의 기온과 일조시수는 부교호작용이었다. 콩 수량 예측 평균값은 208.0kg /10a였다. 7. 춘천, 수원, 광주, 진주 지역의 모형식에 선정된 년차변이(YR)는 기술 개선 요인(technological improvement factors)으로 인정된다.다.

Penman식의 적용에 있어서 지역별 일사량 추정을 위한 계수의 산정 (A Calculation of the Coefficients for Estimating the Regional Radiation in Using the penman Equation)

  • To suggest the fundamental data for the estimation of crop evaportranspiration by the ca- lculated coefficients for estimating the radiation suitable to the different regions of korea in application of Penman equcation, the daily data such as sc(skycover), n(actual sunshine hours), N(possible sunshine hours), Rs(horizontal solar radiation) and Ra(extraterrestial solar radiation) for 10 years (from 1977 to 1986) collected from 19 meteorological stations were analysed. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The coefficients a, b and c for estimating the radiation taken by the regression method with the daily and monthly mean data of the skycover and the ratio of Rs to Ra were shown as a=0.619, b= -0.0202, c= -0.0023 and a=0.64, b=0.0377 c=0.0001 in ave- rage respectively. 2. The coefficients a and b for estimating the radiation analysed by the regression and arithmetic method from the daily ratio of sunshine hours and Rs to Ra were shown as a= 0.157, b= 0.529, and a=0.119, b= 0.726 in average, respectively. 3. The coefficients a and b for estimating the radiation calculated by the regression me- thod based on the monthly ratio of sunshine hours and radiation were shown as a=0. 319 and b= 0.557 in average. 4. The values of a and b for estimating the radiation taken from the relationship between the daily ratio of sunshine hours and radiation showed high significance level. 5. The standard deviation and the coefficient of variance between the radiation calculated from the coefficients by the regression and arithmetic method with the daily data and the actual radiation were analysed and compared to the results by the coefficients of the modified Penman method (a=0.18, b=0.55) and by those of the F.A.O inodified Penman method(a=0.25, b=0.5). The standard deviation and the coefficient of varia- nce by the regression method in this study showed the lowest value. 6. From the above results, it is suggested that regression method using the coefficients taken from the relationship between the ratio of sunshine hours and the ratio of radia- tion based on the daily data has the highest accuracy in estimating the radiation. 7. The average reference crop evapotranspiration estimating by the modified Penman me- thod using the coefficients a and b derived by the regression method from the daily meterological data was closer to the actual evapotsranspiration of grass measured in Suwon area than the estimated evapotranspiration by the modified Penman method and the F.A.O modified Penman method.

2010년대 멜로드라마에 나타나는 국가와 개인의 감정구조 -<태양의 후예>(2016)와 <미스터션샤인>(2018)을 중심으로 (The Nation and Structure of Emotion in 2010s Melodramas -Focusing on (2016) and (2018))

  • 멜로드라마의 '대중성'은 멜로드라마가 역사적으로 구성된다는 사실을 시사한다. '멜로드라마란 무엇인가?'라는 본질주의적인 질문보다는 멜로드라마적 상상력을 당대 사회문화적 맥락과 관련하여 탐색하는 일이 필요한 이유이다. 시청률과 화제성에서 단연 독보적인 위치를 차지하며 신드롬을 불러일으킨 TV드라마 <태양의 후예>(2016)와 <미스터션샤인>(2018)은 2010년대 세월호 참사와 촛불혁명을 겪은 격변기 한국 사회의 대중적 상상력과 욕망을 나타낸다. 본고는 <태양의 후예>와 <미스터션샤인>에 나타나는 국가와 개인의 감정을 중심으로 멜로드라마적 상상력을 분석하였다. 기존 멜로드라마의 갈등이 대개 개인과 가족 범주에 머물렀던 것과 달리, <태양의 후예>와 <미스터션샤인>에서는 국가가 개인 간의 갈등을 형성하는 모티프로 등장한다. 이와 같은 압도적인 갈등 상황에서 인물은 우선적으로 이성적 판단을 실행하지만, 곧 이를 폐기하고 행동을 추동하는 감정을 통해 '응답'하는 가치 지향적 태도를 드러낸다. 두 작품은 주로 시적 대구와 사물의 미장센을 통해 드라마의 포에지를 형성하고 감정을 고양한다. 여기에서 주요 감정은 연민과 슬픔인데, 압도적인 갈등을 뚫고 나오는 격렬한 감정들은 그 자체로 소진되지 않고 수행성을 통해 도덕적 지향을 보여 주는 바, 연민은 연대(連帶)를 향하고 슬픔은 애도(哀悼)를 향하고 있다. 기존 멜로드라마들의 엔딩이 지극히 개인의 범주에서 사랑과 행복을 추구하는 것이었다면, <태양의 후예>와 <미스터션샤인>은 연대와 애도를 통해 개인과 공동체를 동시에 환기하는 도덕적 상상력을 보여 주었다.

낙동강 하구 해양환경 및 기상 요인이 김P(orphyra yezoensis) 생산량 변화에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Meteorological and Oceanographic Properties on Variability of Laver Production at Nakdong River Estuary, South Coast of Korea)

  • To understand the effects of marine environmental and meteorological parameters on laver Porphyra yezoensis production at Nakdong River Estuary, we analyzed marine environmental (water temperature, salinity, nutrients, etc.) and meteorological properties (air temperature, wind speed, precipitation, sunshine hours) with yearly and monthly variations in laver production over 10 years (2003-2013). Air and water temperature, wind speed, sunshine hours and precipitation were major factors affecting yearly variability in laver production at the Nakdong River Estuary. Lower air and water temperatures together with higher levels of nutrients and sunshine and stronger wind speeds resulted in higher laver harvests. Salinity and nitrogen did not show clear correlations with laver production, mainly due to the plentiful supply of nitrogen from river discharge and the low frequency of environmental measurements, which resulted in low statistical confidence. However, environmental factors affecting monthly laver production were related to the life cycle (culturing stage) of Porphyra yezoensis and were somewhat different from factors affecting annual laver production. In November, a young laver needs lower water temperatures for rapid growth, while a mature laver needs much stronger winds and more sunshine, as well as lower temperatures for massive production and effective photosynthesis, mostly in December and January. However, in spring (March), more stable environments with fewer fluctuations in air temperature are needed to sustain the production of newly deployed culture-nets ($2^{nd}$ time culture). These results indicate that rapid changes in weather and marine environments caused by global climate change will negatively affect laver production and, thus, to sustain the yield of and predict future variability in laver production at the Nakdong River estuary, environmental variation around laver culturing farms needs to be monitored with high resolution in space and time.

기상 요인이 의류제품 매출에 미치는 영향분석 -백화점의 의류매출을 중심으로- (The Effects of Meteorological factors on Sales of Apparel Products - focused on apparel sales in the department store-)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of meteorological factors on sales of apparel products. Basic fiat came out daily meteorological data and sales data of apparel products in department store from 1998 to 2000. Four factors(the average temperature, rainfall, wind velocity, sunshine duration) from the nine meteorological factors were selected and were collected with Korea Meteorological Administration. Sales data were collected with business strategy department of H (department store in Seoul. The sales data were divided into six classifications, which are woman's wear, men's wear, children's wear, golf wear, sports wear, and inner wear. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Sales of apparel products were significantly correlated with the average temperature, rainfall, wind velocity, sunshine duration. Among the meteorological factors, temperature turned out to be the most influential in apparel sales and then the amount of rainfall, sunshine duration affected sales according to apparel classifications differently. 2) There were some differences among the apparel classifications in the effect of meteorological factors on the sales of apparel. In the spring. the higher the temperature was, the higher the sales of women's wear and golf wear were, but the lower the sales of children's wear, sports wear and inner wear were. In the summer, The higher the amount of rainfall was, the lower the sales of all the apparel classification were. The higher the temperature was, the higher the sales of sports wear were. In the fall, the lower the temperature was, the higher the sales of all the apparel classification except snorts wear were. In the winter, the meteorological factors had little effect on the sales of women's wear, men's wear and children's wear. The higher the temperature was, the higher the sales of golf wear were. The lower the temperature was, the higher the sales of sports wear were.

강릉지역의 일조시간과 강수량 관측자료를 이용한 월평균 일사량 추정 (The Estimation of Monthly Average Solar Radiation using Sunshine Duration and Precipitation Observation Data in Gangneung Region)

  • 본 연구는 일조시간과 강수량 자료를 이용하여 다중회귀 방법을 통해 일사량을 추정하였다. 연구에 사용된 자료들은 강릉지역에 위치한 강원지방기상청(105 관측소, 1980-2007)과 신강원지방기상청(104 관측소, 2009-2014) 그리고 강릉원주대학교(GWNU 관측소, 2013-2014)이며, 105 관측소 자료를 통해 산출된 회귀식을 104 관측소와 GWNU 관측소에 적용하여 비교분석하였다. 먼저, 일조시간만을 이용하였을 때 104 관측소는 기존 연구들과 유사한 상관계수(0.96)와 표준오차($1.16MJm^{-2}$)가 나타났고, GWNU 관측소에서는 높은 상관계수(0.99)와 낮은 표준오차($0.57MJm^{-2}$)로 분석되었다. 그리고 일조시간과 강수량 자료를 104 관측소에 적용하였을 때 상관계수 0.96과 표준오차 $0.99MJm^{-2}$로 일조시간만을 적용했을 때보다 표준오차가 감소되었다. 일조시간만을 이용한 방법보다 강수량이 추가된 방법은 관측 일사량과 편차의 극값이 -26.6%(2010년 3월)에서 -31.0%(2011년 2월)로 증가되었다. 이는 강수량이 5월과 7-9월에 집중되어 나타나 이외의 월에서 추정식의 계수가 음으로 계산되었기 때문으로 분석된다. 따라서 한반도와 같이 강수량이 여름철에 집중되는 지역에서는 월평균 강수량을 일사량 추정에 이용할 때 주의를 기울여야 할 것이다.

  • As a factor of housing environment, right of light became a subject of discussion as a social issue. Cases on the right of light in properties have been increased. Also many interests in the scape of the city have been increased. This study aims to show the possibility of variation of the shape of the apartment buildings considering the right of light. Reflecting this recent situation, we are setting up the night illumination and constructing a building which acts as Land Mark like the Jong-Ro Tower. And In case of the apartment building, various forms are deviated from an existing standardized form and skyline Existing studies on the sunshine of apartment buildings have dealt with just a standardized apartment building form. So this study analyzed a recently increasing interest for right of light and the changes of sunshine environment of apartment buildings having various forms of skyline.

서울과 부산에서 관측된 일조 시간 및 강수 강도의 장기 변동 분석 (Analysis of Long-term Variations of Sunshine Duration and Precipitation Intensity Using Surface Meteorological Data Observed in Seoul and Busan in Korea)

  • In other to interpret the long-term variations of sunshine duration, cloud lifetime, and precipitation intensity observed in and around Seoul and Busan for the period from 1986 to 2005, aerosol indirect effect was employed and applied. For the identification of long-term trend of aerosol concentration, observed visibility and AOT of AERONET sunphotometer data were also used over the same regions. The result showed that the time series of visibility was decreased and those of AOT increased, especially trends were remarkable in 2000s. In both regions, occurrence frequencies of observed cloudiness (cloud amount ${\leq}6/10$) and strong precipitation (rain rate > $0.5mmhour^{-1}$) have been steadily increased while those of cloudiness (cloud amount > 7/10) and weak precipitation (rain rate ${\leq}0.2mmhour^{-1}$) decreased. These results are corresponding to the trend of both visibility and AERONET data, implying the aerosol indirect effect that makes size of cloud droplet reduce, cloud life-time longer and precipitation efficiency decreased. Our findings demonstrate that, although these phenomena are not highly significant, weather and climate system over Korean urban area have been changed toward longer lifetime of small cloudiness and increasing precipitation intensity as a result of increased aerosol indirect effect.

지형조건에 따른 제주도의 일사량 분포 추정 (Estimation of Solar Radiation Distribution Considering the Topographic Conditions at Jeju Island)

  • The solar radiation is the primary energy source that drives many of the earth's physical and biological processes and climate change. Understanding its importance to the solar radiation observation is a key to understanding a broad range of natural processes, agricultural, energy and human activities. The purpose of this study is to estimate solar radiation using sunshine duration, and to estimate distribution of solar radiation using a topography factor considering surface slope and aspect in complex terrain. The result of regression analysis between ratio of solar radiation and sunshine duration from 2001 to 2010 shows high $R^2$ value of 0.878. Regression analyses indicated that topographic attributes including elevation, slope and aspect had significant effects on solar radiation. The variation of topographic factor with aspect and slope for the summer and winter are considered. The highest month of daily mean solar radiation at Jeju island appears in April of 20.61 $MJ{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}day^{-1}$, and the lowest month appears in December of 6.90 $MJ{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}day^{-1}$. These results provided useful quantitative information about the influence of topography on solar radiation in the island region.
