승강장 스크린 도어(PSD)시스템의 구조 안정성 평가 (Evaluation of the Structural Stability of Platform Screen Door(PSD))

  • We have evaluated the structural stability of a platform screen door due to train wind pressure. The platform screen door was installed at the ground and underground station and had 65 meters in length. Also, the platform screen door was a safety device because it was placed between the train and the platform. The finite element analysis was used to calculate the stresses and deflections of platform screen door caused by wind pressure using ANSYS 10.0. Quasi-static analysis was introduced to save calculating time and check quickly structural performances when compared to those of transient analysis. The results show that structural stability of the platform screen door under train wind pressure is proven and quasi-static analysis can quickly check the structural integrity of platform screen door.

효율적인 화면요소 배치에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Layout Method of the Screen Components)

  • The use of information systems improves a company's service quality and provides efficient information management. The establishment of an information system has become an essential element. In designing and developing a large number of screens when building an information system, As the number of screens increases, so does the cost and time. In addition, modifications can increase the cost of maintenance and exceed the cost of development. In order to solve these problems, there have been studies to design the screen simply and easily, but there is a shortage in reducing the maintenance cost. In this paper, we have studied the layout algorithm for managing the attributes of the screen components as data structures based on the designed screen and arranging the components on the screen. And we compared the proposed method and the methods that have been studied in the related studies. Screen component layout methods can automatically deploy screen components to consistently develop a large number of screens and reduce cost and manpower by reducing the time it takes to deploy screens.

  • 모바일 기승의 발전으로 기존 PC 화면 기반으로 개발된 기능들이 모바일의 작은 화면으로 옮겨짐으로 인해 큰 화면의 정보를 작은 화면에 동일하게 표현하기 위해서 모바일 기기 화면상에 많은 가로 스크롤이 발생하게 되었다. 가로 스크롤로 인해 모바일 기기의 작은 화면으로 문서를 읽을 때 현재 읽고 있는 줄의 위치를 놓치는 오류가 발생하게 되었으며, 이러한 줄 이탈 오류로 인해 문서의 가독성이 떨어지게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기의 가독성을 높이기 위해서 Line Marker를 제안 하였으며, 실험을 통해서 Line Marker가 없는 조건, 이동하는 Line Marker 조건, 고정된 Line Marker 조건에 따른 문서의 읽기 속도와 읽기 방식에 따른 만족도를 평가하였다.

  • 최근 휴대폰 디스플레이의 대형화가 요구되면서 터치스크린 휴대폰의 출시가 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 터치스크린을 채용한 휴대폰 분석을 통하여 사용자가 터치 스크린 휴대폰을 사용할 때의 입력 방식에 대해 6가지로 분류하였다. 입력 방식에 따른 지문 측정 평가를 통하여 사용자 행태를 관찰하고 입력 방식에 대한 인터랙션 스타일의 시각적 피드백에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

  • In this study, theoretical super screen vibration analysis has been carried out to predict the dynamic characteristics of interactive waste particles. In order to approach these problems, it is necessary to have a fundamental understanding the screening process and the process of both the remaining and the passed material on a screen with several interacting screen planes based on Soldinger(1999) was discussed. Here, the vibrating screen is composed of three assemblies such as screen, wastes guide, and supported screen as shown in Fig. 1. This model is regarded vibrator as the system of screen fixed tilt plates. Then materials(or particles) of different size is to be separated by using the eccentric vibrator and classifying tilt plates. As well moisturized construction wastes is more efficient to separate than moisture-less it. In processing separate mechanism, the more materials is light, the more staying time is long. Thus much lighter construction wastes(wood, Styrofoam, etc) and heavier materials are separated by staying time delay in a super screen. The design results, separation screen were able to know that small and larger particles are conspicuous difference each motion character according to trajectory particles, and small particles raise the probability in classifying tilt plates.

  • Nowadays a large number of PLCs are being used in automatic machines for factory automation in industry, and HMI is essential for the effective and convenient operation of PLCs. Each screen displayed in actual EMI equipment should be created, modified and deleted using a PC-based editor and it should be composed of necessary display components to express desired OUI. Based object-oriented development methodology, this study designed screen objects representing a editing screen, display components forming the UI of screens and data management objects necessary for data exchange with HIM system and, based on the objects, implemented a HMI screen editor.

트롬멜 스크린 시스템을 이용한 Landfill Mining기술 (A Landfill Mining Technology by Trommel Screen System)

  • Landfill Mining is becoming more widely used in many closed landfill sites in the world. Many of existing landfills will be excavated inevitably owing to building the clean environment with the new structures and developing the cities in cramped country. This paper aimed at the introducing the design technology of the trommel screen and its in-site applied performance of the trommel screen system through experiments , which system is under developing by one of the national project and the analysis results of influencing factors to the environment . The result of the theoretical estimation agrees well with the experimental data, so that the sorting system could be able to be applied with the requirements of the purpose of end-items. As a result of the analysis, any hazardous materials including heavy metals met the limitions of the criteria in this experiment. In geotechnical enngineering, it will. desireable to use the sorted soils mixing with another soils in accordance with the requirements of the usages.

  • In chest x-ray radiography, intensifying screen is used to the exposed dose of patients. Recently, newer materials-rere earth elements-are used in intensifying screen. Authors studied the aspects of chest x-ray radiogram and obtained the results that rare earth element intensifying screen did not harm in detail and could reduce the exposed dose of patient by 1/24 and below.

  • 최근 PLC들은 산업 자동화 분야에 필요한 자동화장비에서 널리 사용되고 있다. HMI는 다수의 PLC들을 효과적으로 제어하기 위해서 필수적인 시스템이다. 초기 HMI시스템은 단순한 아날로그 계기들을 사용하여 구성되었으나 반도체 및 디스플레이 기술의 발달로 최근에는 각종 디지털 부품들로 구성된 임베디드 시스템으로 구성되어 디스플레이 화면을 통해서 PLC를 제어 또는 감시할 수 있게 되었다. HMI시스템은 이러한 HMf 장치와 HMI 장치를 구동시키기 위한 프로그램 그리고 HMI 화면을 편집 하는 프로그램 세 가지 구성요소로 이루어져 있으며 화면편집 프로그램은 실제 HMI 장치에서 표현되는 각각의 화면들을 사용자가 편집할 수 있도록 다양한 화면 구성요소들을 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 소형 HMI 장치용 화면편집 프로그램을 객체지향 언어를 통해 설계 및 구현하며, 임베디드 HMI 시스템의 프로토타입을 제안한다.

코안다효과를 이용한 제진기 스크린의 최적설계를 위한 수치적 연구 (A Numerical Study for Optimum Design of Dust Separator Screen Based on Coanda Effect)

  • There is a need to study dust separator screens with good drainage efficiency while effectively filtering suspended solids and other contaminants entering the intake pumping station, the drainage pumping station and the mediation pumping station, the cooling water inlet of the power plant, and the like. In this paper, Numerical studies were conducted for the optimal design of the dust separator screen using the Coanda effect. The shape of the dust separator screen is important, such as the right curvature radius $R_1$ at the top of the dust separator screen and the left curvature radius $R_2$ at the top, h is the height difference and shape between the screen and the accelerating plate, and ${\theta}$ is the inclination angle of the screen. A total of 4 shape factors were set and the effects of Coanda and drainage performance of each element were compared and analyzed, the optimum length and size of each shape element were derived by classifying the shape elements into direct and indirect influences. Finally, it was possible to effectively filter foreign matter by narrowing the screen spacing, and the drainage performance was analyzed and optimized through numerical studies of dust separator screen.
