구강은 전신건강을 들여다 볼 수 있는 창문이자 많은 유해균이 들어오는 관문이기도 하다. 우리 몸에 있어서 아주 중요한 부분이다. 유전자 검사는 구강 내 세균을 검사하여 빅 데이터 AI 알고리즘 분석을 통해 우리 몸에 발생할 수 있는 전신질환까지 예측하여 예방 관리를 체계적으로 할 수 있다는 가장 큰 장점이 있다. 이에 본 논문은 연구자 가족이 직접 유전자 검사를 수행하여 결과를 도출해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 2022년 11월 연구자 가족 4명이 서울시에 소재한 예방치과진료실 J치과의원에서 치과의사 1명, 치과위생사 1명에게 사전설명을 듣고 동의서 작성 후 구강검사와 유전자 검사를 수행하였다. 성인은 Dr.^***으로 중·초등학생은 He^***** 제품으로 유전자 검사를 하였다. 현재 우리나라에서 진행하고 있는 유전자 검사는 대상자가 피를 뽑지 않고 비교적 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 장점도 있지만, 시간, 비용 등 한계점도 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 구강 내 미생물을 통해 전신질환을 예측할 수 있다는 점에서는 높이 평가할 부분이라고 생각한다.

이 글은 현대시조의 다양한 주제 양식에 대한 관심에서 시작하여 시조의 제재를 시인의 자아, 혹은 인간사의 내면에 깃든 근원적 문제에 천착해 주제로 형상화한 작품을 세 가지 영역으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 첫째, 자아성찰과 시인의 자의식과 시인의식을 주제로 다룬 시조에는 메타시조 형식의 시, 시 쓰기에 대한 '시론'격의 작품 등이 있다. 시인 자신이 자아에 대한 인식이 치열할수록 현실적 자아와 이상적 자아 사이의 갈등을 통해 '부끄러움'을 느끼지만 이를 극복하고 의미 있는 시를 창작하고자 하는 진지한 자세와 시인의식 이 주제로 표출된다. 둘째, 인간이 직면할 수밖에 없는 죽음의 문제를 다룬 시조는 죽음의 타나톱시스(Thanatopsis: 사관(死觀))를 표현한다 그러나 죽음에 대한 철학적 성찰과 깊은 담론보다는 직정적인 감정과 죽음에 대한 단상들이 표현되고 있어 이러한 주제에 대한 형상화는 운문보다는 산문의 영역에서 보다 효과적으로 표현될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 죽음에 관한 다양한 제재가 시조의 영역에서 주제화되는 것은 현실적 삶의 태도를 돌아보고, 생의 깊은 이면에 깃들인 인간의 본질적 문제에 관심을 갖게 한다는 점에서 의미 있는 일이다. 셋째, 인간과 신에 대한 근원적 문제를 제기하는 주제의식은 주로 기독교적 세계관을 토대로 창작된 작품을 통해 나타난다. 이러한 주제를 다루는 시조의 경우 속악하고 부조리한 현실의 삶을 방관하는 신의 의지에 대한 항의와 불만, 이기적 욕망으로 인해 고뇌하는 인간의 모습을 그리고 있다 그럼에도 불구하고 기독교적 사유를 바탕으로 쓰인 시조에는 역설적으로 신의 섭리에 대한 순명이 나타난다. 이러한 유형의 시조는 기독교 세계관과 종교적 신앙을 주제로 표현할지라도 시인이 지닌 자유로운 시 정신과 창작태도가 있다면 생경한 종교적 언어에 함몰되지 않고. 호교적 신앙시로 축소되지 않을 수 있다는 가능성을 보여준다. 위에서 살펴본 몇 가지 주제들은 우리 시조의 관심을 피상적인 현실의 문제를 넘어 생의 깊은 국면으로 전환해 그 이면에 깃들인 인간의 자아의식과 고독, 삶과 죽음, 절대적 존재에 대한 물음 등을 다루고 있다는 점에서 시인의식의 지평을 넓히고 현대시조의 주제 의식을 심화하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is highly prevalent worldwide. The major challenge for current antiviral treatment is the elevated drug resistance that occurs via rapid viral mutagenesis. In this study, we developed AAV vectors to simultaneously deliver two or three shRNAs targeting different HBV-related genes. These vectors showed markedly better antiviral effects than ones that delivered a single shRNA in vitro. A dual shRNA expression vector (AAV-157i/1694i), which simultaneously expressed two shRNAs targeted the S and X genes of HBV, reduced HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA levels by $87{\pm}4$, $80.3{\pm}2.6$ and $86.2{\pm}7%$ respectively, eight days post-transduction. In a mouse model of prophylactic treatment, HBsAg and HBeAg were reduced to undetectable levels and the serum HBV DNA level was reduced by at least 100 fold. These results indicate that AAV-157i/1694i generates potent anti-HBV effects and that the strategy of constructing multi-shRNA expression vectors may lead to enhanced anti-HBV efficacy and overcome the evading mechanism of the virus and thus the development of drug resistance.

Convertible authenticated encryption (CAE) schemes enable the signer to send a confidential message and its corresponding signature to the designated recipient. The recipient can also convert the signature into a conventional one which can be verified by anyone. Integrating the properties of self-certified public key systems, this paper presents efficient and computationally indistinguishable self-certified CAE schemes for strengthening the security of E-Commerce applications. Additionally, we also adapt the proposed schemes to elliptic curve systems for facilitating the applications of limited computing power and insufficient storage space. The proposed schemes are secure against known existential active attacks, satisfy the semantic security requirement, and have the following advantages: (i) No extra certificate is required since the tasks of authenticating the public key and verifying the signature can be simultaneously carried out within one step, which helps reducing computation efforts and communication overheads. (ii) In case of a later dispute, the recipient can convert the signature into an ordinary one for the public arbitration. (iii) The signature conversion can be solely performed by the recipient without additional computation efforts or communication overheads. (iv) The recipient of the signature can prove himself, if needed, to anyone that he is actually the designated recipient.

I observed the meaning and the symbolic charaeters about the color and style of clothes appearing at "GER GA JAP BOK GO" written by Kyu Soo Park. The black color of Hyun Eui as a ceremonial dress of man symbolizes Heaven and Virtue. The yellow color of Whang Sang as a ceremonial dress of man symbolizes the Earth and the Impartiality. The blue or black decoration line over white ground of Sim Eui as ordinary dress of man symbolizes also Filial Piety. In woman ordinary upper garment, So Eui, black texture edging with blue line implies the mutual symmetricity with her husband's. Besides, white color texture lining So Eui symbolical to a Devine Nature and Homage implies also the deep concealment of feminine body. The black ground color of child dress "Chi Po Eui" symbolizes Naivety, and the red silk color of it's decoration line, belt and tress ornaments implies the praise of the Virtue & Learning and also "Expel the Evil" of our traditional national characteristics. As described above the meaning and symbolic characters about the color and style of clothes appearing at "GER GA JAP BOK GO" has a very Chinese disposition, but it's author Kyu Soo Park modified somewhat to be in harmony with the real social situation of our Country during that latest stage of Yi Dynasty, because he was one of the prominent pragmatist at that time.

The virtual reality(VR) technology can provide various stimuli, including, visual and auditory stimuli, simultaneously in the virtual environment and encourage the user to interact. Virtual reality is a set of computer technologies, which when combined, provide an interactive interface to a computer generated world. In this world the subject can see, hear and navigate in a dynamically changing environment in which he participates as an active player, by modifying the environment according to his will. Moreover, the subject can get a feeling for the virtual environment in much the same way as one feels real life situations. In the real world, a plethora of information from various modalities may be in conflict, and modulate each other to form an illusion. In this study we investigated whether a tactile illusion on a real hand could be evoked by a virtual stimulus, the time required to generate this illusion and its duration. This study shows that the illusion occurred, and that was correlated with presence score in the virtual environment.

Background: Paris polyphylla (Chinese name: Chonglou) had been traditionally used for a long time and shown anti-cancer action. Based on the previous study that paris polyphylla steroidal saponins (PPSS) induced cytotoxic effect in human lung cancer A549 cells, this study was designed to further illustrate the mechanisms underlying. Materials and Methods: The mechanisms involved in PPSS-induced A549 cell death were investigated by phase contrast microscopy and fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and western blot analysis, respectively. Results: PPSS decreased the proportion of viable A549 cells, and exposure of A549 cells to PPSS led to both apoptosis and autophagy. Apoptosis was due to activations of caspase-8, caspase-3, as well as cleavage of PARP, and autophagy was confirmed by up-regulation of Beclin 1 and the conversion from LC3 I to LC3 II. Conclusions: PPSS was able to induce lung cancer A549 cell apoptosis and autophagy in vitro, the results underlining the possibility that PPSS would be a potential candidate for intervention against lung cancer.

A novel inverter fault-tolerant control scheme is proposed to drive brushless DC motor. A fault-tolerant inverter and its three fault-tolerant schemes (i.e., phase A fault-tolerant, phase B fault-tolerant, and phase C fault-tolerant) are analyzed. Eight voltage vectors are summarized and a voltage vector selection table is used in the control scheme to improve the midpoint current of the split capacitors. A stator flux observer is proposed. The observer can improve flux estimation, which does not require any speed adaptation mechanism and is immune to speed estimation error. Global stability of the flux observer is guaranteed by the Lyapunov stability analysis. A novel stator resistance estimator is incorporated into the sensorless drive to compensate for the effects of stator resistance variation. DC offset effects are mitigated by introducing an integral component in the observer gains. Finally, a control system based on the control scheme is established. Simulation and experiment results show that the method is correct and feasible.

대표적인 기능성 감미료인 프락토올리고당, 대두올리고당, 이소말토올리고당 등 세 종류의 올리고당류를 각각 김치제조시에 첨가하여 김치의 기능성 향상을 시도한 결과, 프락토올리고당과 대두올리고당은 김치발효 중에 미생물들에 의해 크게 이용되어 많은 양이 분해되었으나, 이소말토올리고당의 경우는 $25^{\circ}C$ 이상의 높은 온도에서까지 3주동안 대단히 안정하여 효과적인 당류로 인정되었다.

이 논문은 1602년 12월 함흥에 사는 향화인 길상(吉尙)이 무단 상경함으로써 촉발된 사건의 발생배경에서 처결까지의 과정을 살폈다. 이를 통해 당시 향화인에 대한 관리 실태 및 향화인의 처지와 향화인에 대한 사회적 인식에 접근하고자 하였다. 길상사건은 "향화인등록(向化人謄錄)"에서 자세한 정황을 찾을 수 있었다. 길상의 무단 이탈은 국법을 어긴 것임을 영의정을 비롯하여 예조나 비변사에서도 언급하였지만 길상의 무단 상경에 대한 형정은 보이지 않는다. 길상 처리문제는 향화호인의 완취에 대한 찬반과 이주지에 대해서만 진행되었다. 완취는 당시 누루하치의 성장과 해서여진과의 세력전으로 인해 불안해진 6진 지역 번호들의 혼란과 관계하여 어려운 결정이었다. 계속 내려오는 향화호인들이 이전에 투화한 일족과 함께 살기를 원하는 일이 자주 발생하였기 때문이었다. 하지만 조정에서는 완취에 대해 관대한 편이었다. 정리(情理)가 갖는 강한 명분에 대해 반대하기는 어려웠기 때문이었다. 하지만 이주지에 대해서는 남쪽으로, 혹은 북쪽으로의 이주가 예조, 비변사 및 대신 사이에서 논란을 거듭하였다. 이주지로 결정될 경우 관할관찰사가 이해 당사자가 되는 탓에 함경도, 경기도, 충청도 등 관찰사 역시 장계를 통해 각 도의 입장을 전달하였다. 길상 일가의 이주지는 서울에 살기를 원하는 길상 일가의 강한 반발로 충청도에서 경기도로 변경되어야 했다. 향화호인의 이주와 안접에 대한 처리는 도별로 달랐다. 향화인의 무단 상경은 길상사건 3년 후 길상의 조카 마보태가 길상 일가와 함께 살겠다는 이유로 재차 발생함으로써 야인의 향화가 지속되는 한 여러 차례 발생하였음을 반추하게 한다. 그러나 길상사건에서처럼 향화호인에 대한 처리는 일반 백성에게처럼 정해진 법에 따라 처리할 수 없는 일이었음을 길상사건을 통해 확인할 수 있었다.
