This paper explores the variation of DC-Link current ripple analysis in terms of duty cycle and phase angle of Multi-phase/Multi-stage boost converter. A 2-Stage/1-Stage boost converter DC-Link current is used to determine the difference between the 1st stage diode current and the 2nd stage inductor current. Each stage boost converter diode and inductor current is subordinate to the phase angle and duty cycle. The magnitude of the ripple current is variable according to phase angle and duty cycle. The analysis results are verified by variation of DC-Link current ripple using a 1kW typical 2-stage/1-stage boost converter.

In medical malpractice lawsuits, negligence is generally defined as conduct that is culpable because it falls short of what a reasonable person would do to protect another individual from a foreseeable risks of harm. Thus, the essence of negligence is a breach of obligations to be attentive, and the breach of obligations to be is negligence. However, whether negligence is or not depends on time, place, litigation forms and the judge since the meaning of negligence is wavering on the basis of abstract and normative judgment. In this thesis, what is medical negligence, a breach of obligations of attention for a doctor in medical malpractice lawsuits, would be it further enacted that doctors have the responsibility to protect the patients as a subordinate duty due to a principle of faith and sincerity besides the main duty for medical contract-performance since the suit is a litigation form to be based on responsibilities of experts, especially doctors, though having factors that are non-contractual as a trait for medical treatment. Further on the concept, when the plaintiff asserts and proves a specific fact from the recent moderation of the burden of proof about medical malpractices, whether the court should find a true bill in medical malpractice actually or not has been discussed.

NCS is the nation-wide standard designed to standardize and systematize the capability(knowledge, technology and attitude) required for personnel to undertake their task in industrial site according to industry field and level of the task. In order to cope with rapidly changing labor market, individual has to be equipped with ability required for each relevant duty field. And company also requires worker to have basic working ability, professional knowledge or technical capability for relevant duty. Especially, the core competency, a fundamental element for all tasks, has been recognized as critical part not just in social level but also in company level. In that sense, the necessity of adding the core competence into regular education program has been vastly demanded. This study mainly deals with development of NCS-based learning module for information capability that most of industrial field want their employee to be equipped as basic skill. And, in particular, education achievement analysis for computer application capability, a subordinate capabilities of information capability, and its application method are mainly described.

공탁이란 채권자의 수령거절이나 수령불능 또는 채권자를 알 수 없는 등으로 변제를 할 수 없는 때에 변제자가 채권자를 위하여 변제의 목적물을 지방법원 공탁소에 임치함으로써 채무를 면하는 제도를 말한다. 또한 권리의 실현과정에서 다양한 기능을 하고 있는 법적제도이지만, 국민의 권리실현을 위한 채무자 보호입장에서 실질적으로 사적기관에 이임되는 경우가 많다. 특히 오랜 역사 속에서 발전되어 온 공탁제도는 처음에는 선의의 채무자를 보호하기 위한 제도로 출발하였으나, 현재는 권리구제적인 측면에서 제재나 보안수단으로 발전되어 온 것이 사실이다. 그러나 이 공탁제도가 시대상황을 잘 반영하여 운영하고 있지만, 공탁물의 범위에 있어서 외국화폐나 사법상의 재산권을 표창하는 증거증권은 그 범주에 들지 않는 문제점 등이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외국의 입법례를 통하여 우리의 현행 민법 하에서 국민의 법 감정과 정서에 맞는 가장 바람직한 공탁제도의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper is intended to explore femininity, the ideal beauty of body and the features in fashion pursued in the fashion system and the Anti-Fashion Movement in the Victorian period, on which the modern fashion is based. For the informative facts needed in this paper, books on history, fashion history, feminism, art history of aestheticism and tole ideal beauty of body are referred to. On the part I of this paper, the femininity and the ideal beauty of body implied in the fashion system in the Victorian period will be reviewed. following are the conclusion : First, in the Victorian period, the value of femininity is put on the body of female by the discrimination of sex divided in two. Consequently, the characteristics of femininity mainly include dependence, passiveness, emotion, beauty, maternity, innocence, and purity. To emphasize the function of reproduction as primary duty and nature of female, the ideal beauty of body is represented in the form of Venus Naturalis, which symbolizes the fertility. And the external form of this body is expressed in slum waist line, ample busom and hip in fashion. Second, the features of this fashion are classified into three categories by their internal value : images of subordinate female, sensual female and maternal female 1) The image of subordinate female is expressed by concealment of legs, tightening the upper part of the body in corset and restriction on action by the crinoline 2) The image of sensual female is revealed in brazing colors and decoration, excessive exposure of the upper part of the body and hip by means of bustle. 3) The image of maternity is expressed in swollen skirt of crinoline, oval bustle silhouette metaphoring the extended womb resulted from pregnancy.

The purpose of this study was to explore nursing needs during labor pain that had been suffered by women who have given birth. It is essential to identify the nursing needs in order to solve nursing problems and to provide better care for the parturients. The sample consisted of 20 women of primiparas and 17 women of multiparas. They underwent normal labor and delivered a healthy baby at term. The data had been collected through the unstructured interviews conducted 1-2 days after delivery in the admission room from March 1998 to March 1999. On average, the interviews lasted for about 30 minutes. Interviews were taken with the consent of the subjects. The data are categorized according to the similarities of their contents. Seventeen subordinate categories and six superordinate categories have been identified. Six superordinate categories are 1) physical nursing needs 2) nursing needs of medical behavior 3) emotional nursing needs 4) informational and teaching nursing needs 5) nursing needs of pain control 6) nursing needs of respect(personality). Seventeen subordinate categories include: comfortable posture, touch, professional knowledge and techniques, duty execution, support, company and talk, stable surroundings, reassurance, information on delivery, explanation of medical behavior, information on surroundings, instruction on the case of pain, arbitrary adjustment, artificial adjustment, respect, interest and reflection of opinions. The result of this research is the same as that of foreign research and the items of the questionnaire in Korea are the same as the foreign one. Despite the same result, however, this dissertation is significant in that the research identifies the parturients nursing needs and classified the data and thus the basis has been formed to develop the tools to assess the nursing needs of the Korean parturients. The findings can be used as the guide for nursing intervention of parturients.

The purpose of this study is to propose the baseline data for developing the stress measurement tool for staff nurses working in the hospital. Two hundred and fifteen stan nurses in Seoul National University Hospital were participated during the period from Feb. 28 to Mar. 10, 1984. Though the pretest and literature review a questionnaire was constructed with 63 stressors which were experienced by the nurses in the hospital. Subjects were given instruction to rate 1∼6 likert type scale according to the level of stress experienced by each stressor described. Reliability of the tool was tested by Cronbach's Alpha, and the result was α=0.94871. Factor analysis was applied to organize 63 items together. As the result, 15 factors were obtained and these factors explained 66.3% of variance. The 15 factors were: 1) Work overload 2) Role conflict as a profession 3) Lack of professional knowledge and skill 4) Interpersonal problem 5) Conflict in nurse doctor relationship 6) Work conflict with doctors 7) Emotional burden due to the limitation of medicine 8) Poor treatment 9) Unsatisfactory relationship with supervisor 10) Low reward 11) Unsatisfactory relationship with subordinate 12) Poor physical environment of unit 13）Responsibility for extra affairs 14）Unfamiliar situation 15）Night duty.

This study is of an analysis of the kinds of influences on the subordinate variables through the adjusting variables by the independent variables which serve as the perception factor of job stress. also This study, with taking the workers for the hotel employees who are in the room, food & beverage and cook, was carried out so as to analyze deeply and throughly the stress of work they experience in doing their job and the tension incited from this stress and the strategy used for meeting this stress to grope for raising plan for the degree of satisfaction with their job of the workers for the hotel. In order for, this study ran paralled with literature study and research study, taking 615 workers who are now working in hotel. Job stress is easily negligible in hotel business not only because it is hard to identify and measure its concrete entity on account of its intangible characteristic but also because it is impossible to check physically the relationship with each direct behavior. If job stress continue, however, it can cause neglect of duty, change of occupation, deterioration of service quality and eventually aggravate the cost of a hotel business and decrease the hotel sales. Consequently, it is highly necessary to increase job satisfaction by identifying systematically and eliminating the stress factor of hotel employees in order to accomplish particularly experience unique job stress in the course of contact since they should provide the customer with their services.

This study aimed to evaluate the relative status using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) on the spiritual factors of the security martial arts for the guards to perform the best security service. There were 540 participants who were students majored in security martial arts, workers for security and specialists of practical and theoretical security martial arts for this study. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out using the selecting data through literature reviews in the level of the factor-extraction about the spiritual characteristics. The specialists' survey was conducted on the relative status among factors using the spiritual concept structure based on the studied above. Selected data was calculated with SPSS 18.0 for windows, AMOS 5.0, and Expert Choice 2000 software. The conclusion can be made through those process above. First, 4 general factors and 20 detailed factors were found as the result of the factor exploration related to the spiritual characteristics of the security martial arts. The result which was verified on Construction validity of searched factors had stable figures on every standard. In other words, the participants for survey on this study "Spiritual characteristic concepts of the security martial arts" can be evaluated it is valid. The general factors of security martial arts' spirit were conceptualized with Psychological spirit, ethical spirit, martial art spirit, practical spirit through the naming process on the general factors of the security martial arts' spiritual characteristic concepts. The detailed factors of security martial arts' spirit were concentration, self-confidence, self-management, immersion, self-esteem in psychological spirit and sacrifice, justice, royalty, peace, sense of duty in ethical spirit and courtesy, toughness, defense, balance of mind and body, bravery in martial arts and responsibility, cooperation, modesty, determination, professionalism in practical spirit of security martial arts. That is, the conceptualization of security martial arts' spirit was verified that it had validity. Second, the hierarchical model of the security martial arts was composed with 4 superordinate concepts and 20 subordinate concepts. As the result of evaluating relative status based on Spiritual characteristics-hierarchy model, the impotance was proven in order of ethical spirit(.482), martial art spirit(.248), practical spirit(.188), psychological spirit(.083). Also the importance related to spiritual characteristics of security martial arts on subordinate concepts was proven in order of sacrifice(.252), courtesy(.110), sense of duty(.108), responsibility(. 073), royalty(.053), toughness(.052), justice(.049), defense(.038), professionalism(.038), determination(.035), cooperation(.029), self-confidence (.026), bravery(.025), self-esteem(.024), balance of mind and body(.023), peace(.019), concentration(.014), modesty(.013), self-management(.011), flow (.007). To sum up, the spiritual factor related to ethics such as sacrifice, justice, royalty, peace, sense of duty was the most important for the security martial arts.

And It connects this with the discourse of filial duty and virtuous woman which regulates the life of women in the patriarchal society and establishes the place of social public opinion about the life of the women of the Joseon era.
