본 연구는 PBL(Problem Based Learning) 수업에서 학생들에 수행하는 과제에 켈러의 ARCS에 의해 동기설계를 반영하였을 때, 학습자의 교과흥미와 과제난이도 인식 수준에 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위해서 수행되었다. 이를 위해서 일반교직을 전공하는 대학생 79명을 대상으로 수행되었다. 연구를 위해서 실험집단과 비교집단을 구성하였다. 교과 흥미와 과제난이도 인식 수준의 사전 수준을 측정하기 위해 1차 PBL 과제를 수행하였다. 다음으로 동기 설계가 반영된 과제의 영향을 검증하기 위해 2차 PBL 활동 수행하였다. 실험집단은 동기설계가 반영된 과제를 수행하였고, 비교집단은 동기설계가 반영이 되지 않은 과제를 수행하였다. 2차 PBL 활동이 종료된 후에 교과흥미와 과제난이도 인식 수준을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 사전 수준을 공변량으로 선정하여 ANCOVA를 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 실험집단의 교과흥미 수준이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었고, 과제난이도 인식 수준은 통계적으로 유의미하게 낮아진 것으로 검증되었다.

This study investigated the psychological effects of the creative music fairy tale 'I am a music creator' education program, which was implemented as the convergence educational program of the Seocho Innovation Education District in 2021 for a total of 8 weeks for elementary school students, on Musical Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem. Before verifying the effects after conducting the education program for a total of 8 weeks, a homogeneity verification of the group composition was conducted through a pre-measurement, and it was confirmed that the composition by gender and grade was homogeneous. The results of this study are as follows. First, the results of the pre-test/post-test by research subject showed that the post-test scores in Musical-Interest and Self-Efficacy were slightly higher than the pre-test scores, but there was no significant difference. When Self-Esteem was considered, There was a significant difference, and the post-test scores showed a higher average than the pre-test scores. Second, the results of the pre-test/post-test by gender of the research subject showed that the post-test scores in Musical-Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem for male students were slightly higher than the pre-test scores, but there was no significant difference. The post-test scores in Musical-Interest and Self-Efficacy for female students were slightly higher than the pre-test scores, but there was no real significant difference. Self-Esteem showed a significant difference, and the post-test scores showed a higher average than the pre-test scores. Third, the results of the pre-test/post-test by grade of the research subject showed that the post-test scores in Musical-Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem for second graders were slightly higher than the pretest scores, but there was no real significant difference. In the 3rd grade, there was a significant difference in the sub-factors of Musical-Interest, interest in music classes, and Self-Esteem, and the post-score showed a higher average than the pre-score. In the 4th grade, the post-scores were slightly higher than the pre-scores in Musical-Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem, but there was no significant difference. Through these results, it was confirmed that the integrated music activity approach has a positive influence on elementary school students' Musical-Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem, which are formed in the process of growth and development.

This study aims to explore the understanding of and the interest in realistic digital contents and examine their effectiveness, by implementing and applying VR around the science subject in middle schools. It organized each group of two for cooperative activities, in order to implement VR for 52 middle school students located at Y-county, who understood study contents and agreed to participate in the study. Then, it implemented and applied realistic digital contents regarding a change in the science geosphere and many kinds of forces, by extracting and designing them. As they implemented and applied VR around contents interest in science subject. VR assisted lessons made statistically significant differences in understanding and effectiveness of realistic digital contents. It will provide basic data used to cultivate future talents who can prepare for a change in the educational paradigms along with the fourth industrial revolution and adapt to the future knowledge-based society.

역선택은 금융 산업에서 많이 연구되는 주제이다. 은행 대출 이자율에 대해서는 이자율과 역 선택의 관계에 대해서 공감을 형성하고 있지만, 신용카드 이자율에 있어서 이자율의 변화와 역선택이 발생하는 방향에 대해서 아직 논쟁 중이다. 그러므로 이 논문에서는 신용카드 이자율에 있어서 역선택이 어떻게 발생하는 지를 밝히고, 균형 이자율이 결정되는 과정을 보이려 한다. 신용카드 이용자들과 공급자 사이의 상호 작용이 이자율을 결정하게 되는 중요한 요소이다. 신용카드 이용자들은 거래수단으로서 혹은 자금 조달 수단으로 신용카드와 현금을 이용할 수 있는데, 단위 화폐가치당 소용 비용을 최소화하려는 선택을 하는 합리적인 소비자로 가정하고 있다. 반면에 신용카드 공급자들은 그들의 이익을 최대화하려는 노력을 기울이는데, 현금보다 신용카드가 널리 쓰일수록 유리하다. 이런 가정하에서 신용카드 이자율과 역선택의 관계를 이론적 모형을 통해서 분석하였고, 은행 대출 이자율에서 발생하는 역선택과 같은 역선택이 발생함을 보였다. 즉 증가하는 신용카드 이자율은 역선택을 유발하는 것이다.

Under the co-sponsorship of UNIDROIT and I.C.A.O., a preliminary draft Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and a preliminary draft Protocol on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment has been prepared. The purpose of the Convention is to provide for the creation and effect of a new international interest in mobile equipment. The Convention's approach is quite novel in that it purports to create an international interest based upon the convention itself. The Convention is intended to be supplemented by Protocols, each of is intended to provide equipment-specific rules necessary to adapt the rules of the Convention to fit the special pattern of financing for different categories of equipment. To date, two sessions of governmental experts were held in Rome and Montreal. Korean delegations attended the two sessions. One of the members of the Korean delegation published a report on the first session. He expressed his objection to the so called self-help remedy contemplated by the current preliminary draft of the Convention which enables the holder of a security interest to repossess and dispose of the subject of the security interest by private sale rather than public auction on the occurrence of an event of default of the debtor. His view is based upon his understanding that under Korean law, the only remedy available to the holder of a security interest in mobile equipment, such as an airplane, is to apply to the competent court for a public auction. In my view, his understanding is not quite correct and is inconsistent with the current practice in Korea. Under Korean law, the parties' agreement for private sale is in principle valid unless there is an interested party who has acquired a security interest after the creation of the prior security interest or a creditor who has caused the subject of the security interest to be attached by a competent court. In this article, I discuss the current Korean law and practice relating to the enforcement of security interests by private sale in more detail.

The purpose of this study is to research middle school students' interests in the housing education contents of Technology Home Economics Subject - to classify the contents into three units, we have application of living space, indoor environment and equipments, support and repair of housing. This study has a subject of 529 middle schoolers living in Jeonbuk province. In this statistical analysis, SPSS program was utilized to analyze percentage, mean and standard deviation. These materials were also verified by t-test. The results of this research were as follows: Middle school students' interests in housing education contents stayed at a mid-level. There was a significant difference in contents interest according to their gender - boys appeared to have a higher interest than girls. On the basis of these results, it can be suggested that these results offer fundamental information for improving students' critical practice in their real life. Since this study has conducted a limited research with a topic of housing education only, it is essential that further research covering a wider array of themes be done in the future.

The selection rates of Environmental subject have been increasing since the environmental subject was made. Although the quantitative growth, environmental subject is not acknowledged yet in many schools in Korea. Most of environmental teachers teach two subjects; main subject on their own major and environmental subject. In this respect, this qualitative case study aims to show the influence of teachers' charge on environmental class or environmental subject. In the case study, Teacher 'A' takes charge one subject; Environmet, and teacher 'B' takes charge two subjects; Social Study and Environment. Teacher 'A' took some current issues such as SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) and Saemangum project, and uses various instructional methods and instruments. On the other hand, teacher 'B' might not choose the current issues, or usually gives up various instructional methods and instruments because of lack of time. Although they have those differences on the instruction, the teachers 'A' and 'B' both agreed to the importance of Environmental Education as well as they did their best to prepare for class on environmental subject. As a result, all these outcomes show teachers need to be responsible for single subject on environment as teachers' interests seriously affect to environmental subject and class.

본 연구는 현재 기술 가정교과에서 이루어지고 있는 학교식생활교육에 대하여 중학생틀이 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 경기지역 중학교 3학년 남녀학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 바, 유효응답자 444명 중 78.1%가 주로 기술 가정교과로부터 식생활 관련 지식과 정보를 습득하고 있었으며, 62.6%가'실생활에 도움이 된다', 67.3%가 '학교식생활교육이 필요하다'고 응답하였다. 현재 시행중인 식생활교육지원법에 대해서 88.7%의 응답자가 모르고 있었다. 식생활교육영역을 총28개의 항목으로 세분화하여 질문한 결과, 전반적으로 관심도가 높은 항목일수록 실천도 역시 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 항목에서 여학생이 남학생보다 높은 관심도 및 실천도를 나타냈다. '식사예절' 및 '청소년의 영양과 식사' 영역과 관련된 교육항목에 대한 관심이 높았으며 '식품 조리' 영역에 대한 관섬은 상대적으로 낮았다. 학교식생활교육의 필요성에 대한 학생들의 인식에는 '청소년의 영양과 식사' 단원에 대한 관심도가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 성별, '식사예절' 단원의 실천도 등의 순으로 조사되었다.

For a contract of insurance to be valid, the insured needs to have an insurable interest. This means that someone taking out insurance must stand to gain a benefit from the preservation of the subject matter of the insurance or to suffer a disadvantage should it be lost. Although the principle is simple, the detail is difficult. English Law Commission proposed some changes to provide certainty on the rule of insurable interest in LCCP 201. This article is, therefore, designed to examine the proposals for reforming trends in English insurance contract law. The proposals on Law Commission in summarized as following. First, LC proposed to retain the requirement for insurable interest because it was thought to fulfil four useful functions. Secondly, LC proposes to repeal the Marine Insurance Act 1788 and the Marine Insurance (Gambling Policies) Act 1909 to confirm that the requirement of insurable interest applies to all forms of insurance. Thirdly, LC proposes to retain the provisions on insurable interest in the Marine Insurance Act 1906. Finally, LC proposes to define insurable interest and thinks that full definition of insurable interest should remain flexible.

Objectives: This study was purposed to gain basic information for design of medical tourism for Japanese tourists using traditional Korean medicine (KTM). Methods: A questionnaire regarding Korean traditional medical tourism was administered to Japanese tourists. 224 valid responses were selected, and their awareness of KTM, preferred subject and decision factors for participation in Korea traditional medical tourism were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 version. Results: 23.6% of surveyees gave a positive answer on interest in medical tourism of KTM and 44.6% showed a middle degree. The most preferred subject was medical check-up followed by skin aesthetics, orthopedics and gynecology. Communication, medical skill level, hospital facilities and medical expenses were indicated as the important factor for participation's decision on KTM-based medical tourism. Conclusions: KTM-based medical tourism could be a driving motor of medical tourism in Korea. The medical check & skin care associated medical services are recommended, and the public relationship for awareness of KTM supported by government is strongly required for acquisition of Japanese tourists.
