유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크에서 전력 효율을 높이는 것은 매우 중요한 과제이다. 노드의 전력 소비를 줄이기 위해 다양한 mac protocol 들이 제안되어 왔고, 본 논문에서는 ns2(network simulator) tool을 이용하여 Wei Ye, John Heidemann, Deborah Estrin 이 2002년에 발표한 S-MAC Protocol 의 전력효율을 기존의 IEEE 802.11 MAC 과 비교하였다.

There are two standards currently compete for the dominance of IP telephony architecture. Those are H.323 protocol suit by International Telecommunication Union Sector T(ITU-T) and Session Initiation Protocol/Session Description Protocol(SIP/SDP) by International Engineering Task Force(IETF). This paper has been studied a adaption VoIP in home networking, Especially SIP-based call screening service in home gateway. And then this paper has designed SIP-based call screening service in home gateway working protocol, verified them.

ITU-T recommends T.120 for multimedia conferencing data protocols. In this paper, generic model of application protocols is shown for guaranteeting internetworking between application protocols in application users. And using generic conference control and multipoint communication service, multipoint binary file transfer application protocol is shown throughout application protocol generic model on public session environment.

The FAS protocol of FOUNDATION Fieldbus playes the roles of interface between Data Link Layer and application layer and establishment of connection between receiver and sender. In this study, the FAS protocol of FOUNDATION Fieldbus was developed. The method of implementation is described in this paper. Software of FAS protocol was implemented by Window-based program and DOS-based program for PC and sensor module, respectively.

The SECS Ⅰ and Ⅱ Protocol has been widely used for the TFT LCD and semiconductor industry. This paper shows how the SECS protocol is implemented for data communications between the Host (CAM) and the TFT LCD equipments. In addition, this study introduces a way to apply the SECS protocol to the manufacturing systems control. It provides better throughput in terms of production and faster control of the automated TFT LCD manufacturing system by way of shortcut and distribution of control and data communications. The SECS protocol is successfully used for the control of the real TFT LCD manufacturing system.

Sensor node's mobility brings new challenges to data dissemination in large sensor networks. Frequent location updates of sensor nodes can lead to both excessive drain of sensor's limited battery supply and increased collisions in wireless transmissions. Conventional studies for routing protocols in wireless sensor networks are not enough to cover energy consumption and migration of sensor nodes. This study proposes a dynamic routing protocol based on the SPIN considering energy consumption and the migration, and also shows the effectiveness of the proposed routing protocol.

AS(Autonomous System) 안에서 라우터들끼리 라우팅 정보를 주고 받기 위한 내부용 라우팅 프로토콜(IGP : Interior Gateway Protocol)인 RIP, EIGRP, OSPF에 대하여 metric을 이용한 경로선택 방법들이 연구되고 있으나, 학습자들이 이론으로 이해한 내용을 실습을 통해 검증하는 구현 사례는 많지 않았다. 각 라우팅 프로토콜별로 해당 토폴로지에 기반 한 Cost value를 이론적으로 계산하여 Best Path를 결정한 후, 시뮬레이터 상에서 가상망을 구현하여 각 Routing Protocol 별로 경로선택을 검증한 결과와 서로 일치함을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 학습방안을 활용하면 라우팅 프로토콜의 경로선택 과정을 체계적으로 이해할 수 있어 우수한 학습 결과를 성취할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop effective timeout protocol in coordination with current practice and test its clinical effectiveness in pursuit of safety management for patients undergoing cataract surgery. Methods: A total of subjects were 60 women, 50~65 years old, who visit C ophthalmology clinic in D city. They were assigned to 30 experimental group and 30 control group, respectively. Based on the comprehensive literature review, timeout protocol that was suitable for patients undergoing cataract surgery was developed, and then test its effectiveness by measuring blood pressure, pulse, anxiety and sense of well-being among surgical patients. Results: The timeout protocol was found to reduce blood pressure, pulse, and anxiety and increase well-being among surgical patients. Conclusion: As a results, it is necessary to introduce an effective timeout protocol giving positive responses to surgical patients, hence it should be develop a timeout protocol and explore the effectiveness of the protocol.
