Transmission networks play an important role which transfer generated electric power to a consumer in power system operation. In a competitive environment of electric power industry, developing the technological criterions and methodologies on transmission planning is becoming new challenge to transmission system planner. The use of a locational signal and the provision of a indicative plan to control the transmission investment reasonably is very important in the viewpoint of a regulator. The main target of this study is to develop a systematic criterion of transmission expansion planning. And system congestion cost is considered. The proposed methodology was demonstrated with several case studies.

The purpose of this study was to identify the constructive principle and techniques of Vionnet's works. According to analysis of Vionnets works, it was found that Vionnet conceived of the human body as a continuous shaping of a cylinder. Vionnet's drapery denied the planner presumption of woman and gave real three-dimension to form and to fashion. The techniques of Vionnet's works were as fallow : (1) She introduced the diogonal "bias cut" and changed dress design by her sensuous use of fabrics. (2) She eliminated interfacing to keep the silhouette and the fabric soft. (3) She manipulated the fabric to remove the excess for fit and decoration at the same time. (4) She treated the fabric with a synthesis of geometry and grace. (5) The sale luxury allowed was to note the choice of seams, facings, hems, and stitches. (6) Vionnet's dresses were not lined.

An interest in modern space is expanded to search for the relationship among human, space and environment, not limited the fixed or typical material place. For grasping and analyzing the characteristics and aims of modern space, this study is focusing on 'Dionysian outlook on nature' among the Nietzsche's philosophies. Nietzsche's 'Dionysian outlook on nature' based on his 'philosophy of creation and positiveness' has great implications for modern space because it focuses on not only circulation of existence and creation but also dynamic vitality the mostly. The reason is that modern space is required by the tendency changing the goal and aesthetic value by planner or user, not fixed and unchangeable any longer. The concept of space in modern construction is developed by forming various paradigms. Especially, various examples based on Nietzsche's Dionysian outlook on nature, philosophy of creation and positiveness, will be analyzed and possibility of new spatial concept's extension will be researched.

In the fish industry, the perishabiliy of raw material, saeasonality of catch and diatance between production and consumption combine to cause physical distribution to be a difficult decision problem. In fishery physical distribution, the choice of appropriate landing port is a major problem. This paper deals with transshipment model to determine landing port as intermediate transfer point and the market to which fish should be sent. Transshipment model is useful to determine intermediate transfer point and can be reformulated as LP model. So this study developes transshipment model for korea large trawler ana analized the model output. It can be expended to a realistic problem in order to provide information to port planner and decision maker on the trade-offs between the cost and efficiency of fishery transportation.

Preconstruction process in a lean project delivery system was studied in one large healthcare project working for a general contractor. Researchers joined a new lean delivery project for approximately six weeks and participated in preconstruction process including design coordination, management coordination, and target costing while concurrently interviewing other project participants and employees, recording activity in meetings, and otherwise observing the process. The preconstruction process in lean project delivery system, called integrated project design, showed many benefits such as brining expertise of downstream players (i.e., mechanical and electrical contractors) into the design phase. However, lack of leadership and lack of design-integrator blocked the successful application of a new concept of design process.

복잡하고 다원화되어 있는 재택건강관리 계획 모델링을 계층적 작업 네트워크 계획을 기반으로 설계하여 분산 네트워크의 성능을 최대한으로 활용한 자동화 계획 설계를 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 SHOP라는 계층적 작업 도구를 이용하여 응급, 주의, 비정상, 정상과 같은 4가지 시나리오 모델에 따른 맞춤형 건강관리 계획 설계를 구현하여 재택건강관리 시스템의 상태분류에 대한 보조 의사 결정 도구로써 적용하였다.

One of the characteristics of a good construction is efficiently to use material and manpower related in the construction. From the preplanning stage to the completion one, a program planner must sufficiently consider the whole field of construction in terms of cost. The estimating account books were written and left in the Construction of the Kyongwoon Palace reconstructed in the beginning of 20th century. Trough those books and other related documents, this paper has been concentrated on the estimated, executed cost of woodwork in those days.

In this study, a procedure is presented for the dynamic analysis of a multibody tracked vehicle system. the planner tracked vehicle model used in this investigation is assumed to consist of two kinematically decoupled subsystems, i.e., the chassis subsys- tem and track sub-system. The chassis subsystem includes the chassis frame, sprocket, idler and rollers, while the track subsystem is represented as a closed kinematic chain consisting of rigid links interconnected by revolute joints. The recursive kinematic and dynamic formulation module of the vehicle will be developed.
