Pursuing a higher quality of life, citizens are becoming mere interested in the urban landscape surrounding therm. A well maintained landscape provides visual aesthetics for people who appreciate it. However, because of the difficulty in measuring landscape value quantitatively, establishing proper strategies for the landscape management has always been a problem For these circumstances, this study was conducted with the following purposes : estimating of openness and the other useful purposes by 3D simulation program. This study also provides information useful for builder s rational price strategy.

This study examined one room(studio apartment) residential deweller's housing behavior and housing need, and the relationship between the sense of housing values and housing satisfaction of one-room residence, The study surveyed 302 one-room residents in Busan city. The researcher modified, complimented, and used the previous researches on housing values and housing satisfaction. The analysis of the data used SPSS Win 10.0 program. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. The motive of choosing one-room residence was mainly the closeness to the school or work, Jeonse(Rent with a one-room deposit) was more common than ownership, and the size is one-room residence was 10 to 15 Pyeong. 2. Among the five housing values of one-room residence dwellers, that is, amenity, indoor and outdoor environment, economy/convenience, convenience in transportation, and the interior functionality, the convenience in transportation was ranked highest, and the indoor and out door environment and economy/convenience followed. 3. The housing satisfaction of one-room residents was highest in location, and also high in the safety and the security or privacy, and the convenience of inside facility.

Even though a study of airtightness performance of apartment and detached house have been done constantly, there are few of studies of multi-family housing which increasing every year. Therefore, this study analyzed airtightness performance of 20 households of one room in Daejeon to investigate airtightness performance standard. All experiments were performed under the same conditions except sealing windows to investigate airtightness performance without sealing windows (natural condition) and airtightness performance with sealing windows of studio apartment. As results, (1) average ACH50 without sealing windows was 19.2/h for pressurization, and 12.8/h for depressurization and (2) average ACH50 with sealing windows was 16.0/h for pressurization, and 10.7/h for depressurization and ACH50 in both condition, ACH50 under pressurization was about 50% higher than that under depressurization. Throughout this experiment, we can figure out that about 16% of air infiltration rate is occurred in windows, and the other 84% is occurred in rest of places such as Junction structure, socket and ventilating opening.
