Achievement at university is recognized in a comprehensive sense as the level of qualitative change and development that students have embodied as a result of their experience in university education. Therefore, the academic achievement of university students will be given meaning in cooperation with the historical and social demands for diverse human resources such as creativity, leadership, and global ability, but it is practically an indicator of the outcome of university education. Measurement of academic achievement by such credits involves many problems, but in particular, standardization of academic achievement by credits based on evaluation methods, contents, and university rankings is a very difficult problem. In this study, we present a model that uses machine learning techniques to predict whether or not academic achievement is excellent for D-University graduates. The variables used were analyzed using up to 96 personal information and bachelor's information such as graduation year, department number, department name, etc., but when establishing a future education course, only the data after enrollment works effectively. Therefore, the items to be analyzed are limited to the recommended ability to improve the academic achievement of the department/student. In this research, we implemented an academic achievement prediction model through analysis of core abilities that reflect the philosophy, goals, human resources image, and utilized machine learning to affect the impact of the introduction of the prediction model on academic achievement. We plan to apply the results of future research to the establishment of curriculum and student guidance conducted in the department to establish a basis for improving academic achievement.
This study conducted a student-centered inquiry lesson on the similarity of figures using AlgeoMath, with student learning aspects analyzed from a communication perspective. This approach aimed to inform pedagogical implications related to teaching geometric similarity. Through utilizing AlgeoMath, students were able to visually confirm that their chosen figures were similar, experiencing key mathematical concepts such as the ratio of similarity to the area of similar figures, and congruency and similarity conditions of triangles. In the lessons applying this concept, we categorized the features of similarity learning displayed by students, as seen in the communication aspects of their exploratory activities, into 'Understanding similarity ratios', 'Grasping conditions of similarity in triangles', and 'Comparing concepts of congruency and similarity'. Through exploratory activities based on AlgeoMath, students discussed the meaning and mathematical relationships of key concepts related to similarity, such as the ratio of similarity to the area of figures, and the meaning and conditions of congruence and similarity in triangles. By improving misconceptions about the similarity of figures, they were able to develop deeper mathematical understanding. This study revealed that in teaching and learning the geometric similarity using AlgeoMath, obtaining meaningful pedagogical outcome was not solely due to the features of the AlgeoMath environment, but also largely depended on the teacher's guidance and intervention that stimulated students' thinking.
This study presents the development and performance evaluation of a custom GPT-based chatbot tailored to provide solutions following Polya's problem-solving stages. A beta version of the chatbot was initially deployed to assess its mathematical capabilities, followed by iterative error identification and correction, leading to the final version. The completed chatbot demonstrated an accuracy rate of approximately 89.0%, correctly solving an average of 57.8 out of 65 image-based problems from a 6th-grade elementary mathematics textbook, reflecting a 4 percentage point improvement over the beta version. For a subset of 50 problems, where images were not critical for problem resolution, the chatbot achieved an accuracy rate of approximately 91.0%, solving an average of 45.5 problems correctly. Predominant errors included problem recognition issues, particularly with complex or poorly recognizable images, along with concept confusion and comprehension errors. The custom chatbot exhibited superior mathematical performance compared to the general-purpose ChatGPT. Additionally, its solution process can be adapted to various grade levels, facilitating personalized student instruction. The ease of chatbot creation and customization underscores its potential for diverse applications in mathematics education, such as individualized teacher support and personalized student guidance.

Purpose: This study was to identify the relationship between the degree of family support and the degree of satisfaction in clinical practice by nursing students. Method: This study was designed to measure the level of satisfaction according to the content, guidance, circumstance, hours, and the evaluation of clinical practice. Four hundred sixty-five nursing students from 4 nursing colleges, and 1 baccalaureate program in G area were randomly sampled. An instrument consisting of 64 questions, developed by the researcher and a nursing professor, was used to gather data from March 10 through 31, 2008. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation, using the SPSS 14.0 program. Result: The results were summarized as follows : Family support of nursing students showed a significant difference by religion (t=2.104, p=0.036) and satisfaction of major (F=8.010, p<0.001). The satisfaction degree of clinical practice by nursing students showed a significant difference by university or college (t=2.636, p=0.012), residence type (t=2.098, p=0.036), and satisfaction of major (F=5.779, p=0.003). The relationship between generally perceived family support correlated with the degree of satisfaction in clinical practice of nursing students (r=.199, p<0.001). Conclusion: It was found that a higher degree of satisfaction in clinical practice depends on a higher degree of family support. Therefore, nursing faculty should plan interventions to inspire satisfaction level of clinical practice by family support.
This purpose of this study was to identify view of occupational therapy fieldwork supervisor and novice occupational therapists in job. 117 fieldwork supervisor and 104 novice occupational therapists that work on 58 domestic hospitals were chosen. The collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS 20.0 statistics package for Window which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, and range. The following are the results of this study. First, fieldwork supervisor considered that basic refinement and manners are most important when they evaluate student. Second, novice occupational therapists responded that importance is 10 points, conduction is 7 points, and satisfaction is 6 points in general job. Third, importance of fieldwork supervisor for the job were problem identification and established intervention plan in intervention plan appears over the first 2 above. But, conduction of novice occupational therapists for the job were evaluation in all 4 of the top 5 except 2 place. The purpose of this study was to analyze general characteristics and empathy factors of nursing student's major satisfaction. Participants in this study were 235 students from both located in J do and C do Universities. The research method was a cross-sectional survey and the survey period was from September 1 to 10, 2017. The questionnaire was used to investigate general characteristics, empathy, and major satisfaction. The analysis was based on frequency analysis, p value of t or F value, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The result of this study were as follows: (1) The C University showed higher satisfaction than J University(3.44), (2) the factors affecting major satisfaction were school location, grade, religion, cognitive empathy, and emotional empathy correlated, Regression analysis was used to examine factors that correlated with major satisfaction, followed by hierarchical regression analysis to identify the most influential factors. (3) The result of the analysis showed that the greatest influence factors on major satisfaction were the University location(${\beta}=.325$, p<.01), the cognitive empathy (${\beta}=.287$, p<.01), and the next order was negative grade(${\beta}=-.230$, p<.01). Based on the results of this stud, the following conclusions can be drawn. The most influential factor in the major satisfaction was the school location, but this was an irreversible factor. Therefore, if the cognitive empathy factor and grades are corrected, it can be said that it can increase the satisfaction of major in nursing University students. In this study, it was emphasized that cognitive empathy contained in the course of nursing education program and suggested guidance on major satisfaction in lower grades.

While youth health is getting worse and worse, various physical improvements programs are being operated in schools. However, self-learning fitness management without the guidance of a teacher has various limitations. Fitness management applications may be helpful to overcoming the limitations. But as they are mostly developed for adults, young people will have limitations in using them. Therefore, this study is intended to develop a physical activity promotion system (application) which will enable young people to do self-learning fitness management. The features of the application are that it is classified as home training and school training, providing various physical activity programs, and added with interesting elements for continuous use. The results of application have revealed that student test groups experienced improvement in fitness health and showed positive reponses to satisfaction of the application, exercise hours, and continuous use.

In this study, we identified the elements of teachers'expertise for the science gifted in science high school, and examined teacher perceptions of expertise. Through previous studies and expert consultations, 5 categories such as subject knowledge, inquiry teaching, pedagogical knowledge, student guidance and school work were derived. Based on these 5 categories and sub-element, a questionnaire was constructed. Total 284 mathematics and science teachers from 19 science high schools across the country responded to the survey. The desirable level of expertise and current level of responding teachers' own expertise were examined and compared to each other, and group comparisons were accomplished according to teacher career, type of degree and final degree. Some implications are suggested for the professional development for teachers of the science gifted.
In primary and secondary schools, various information, such as grade results, observation and counseling materials, and psychological examination results which are generated in the course of educational activities, are accumulated and managed in various forms. Nevertheless, there is no educational information system that provides the analytical information for diagnosing and grasping students in a multidimensional manner. This is reminiscent of situations in which doctors rely solely on clinical experience to treat patients without using the results of various tests on patients. As pointed out by the Ministry of Education in 'Educational Big Data Utilization Measures' of the 5th Basic Plan of Educational Informatization(2014 ~ 2018), the reason why educational information systems do not exist is because there are no basic research as well as comprehensive and systemic research on this field. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a prototype for educational information system that enables customized student guidance by introducing the concept of analytical information systems that are used in various fields. We defined the core functions and contents of educational information system through job analysis and focus group interview, and implemented the prototype using Naver ProtoNow.
