엘라스토머 함량 변화에 아른 탄성에폭시의 열적, 구조적 특성 (Thermal and Structural Properties of Elastic Epoxy According to Content Changes of Elastomer)

  • In this paper, the elastic epoxy added elastomer having viscoelasticity to existing epoxy was measured thermal, structural properties through TGA(Thermogravimetric Analysis) and FESEM(Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope). Specimens were made of dumbbell forms by the ratio of 5[phr], 10[phr], 15[phr], and 20[phr] by regulation with elastomer contents. The measurement temperature dimensions of TGA were $0[^{\circ}C]\;to\;800[^{\circ}C]$, and rising temperature was $5[^{\circ}C/min]$. And we observed structure through FESEM at the magnification of 1000times with the voltage of 15[kV] after breaking by quenching specimens. As thermal analysis results, we could know that thermal and structural properties was improved quantity according to decrease of elastomer contents. In general, thermal, structural properties of 15[phr] was excellent among the specimens.

  • Structural and magnetic properties of Co-Cr-Mo films were investigated in connection with sputtering conditions. Films were prepared using a convention RF sputtering system. X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were employed to investigate structure properties. Vibrating sample magnetometry was used for coercivity and saturation magnetization measurements. Co-Cr-Mo films displayed reasonable values of perpendicular coercivity and saturation magnetization for perpendicular recording media and showed good perpendicular orientation of the hcp c-axis to the film surface. Perpendicular coercivity was strongly dependent upon substrate technique showed better c-axis orientation than hose using the stationary substrate. Co-Cr-Mo films of 2.9 at. % Mo content showed maximum perpendicular coercivity and saturation magnetization. The films deposited at lower Ar pressure showed good magnetic properties. There was no explicit relationship between the columnar structure and c-axis orientation. Co-Cr-Mo films was found to have suitable structural and magnetic properties for perpendicular recording media.

  • Structural and optoelectronic properties of as-synthesized SnO$_2$ nanowires were examined in this study. The SnO$_2$ nanowires were first synthesized by thermal evaporation of ball-milled SnO$_2$ powders in argon atmosphere without the presence of any catalysts, arid their structural properties are then investigated by X-ray diffraction, Raman scattering, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. This investigation revealed that the synthesized SnO$_2$ nanowires are single-crystalline and that their growth direction is parallel to the [100] direction. In addition, photoresponse of a single SnO$_2$ nanowire was performed with light with above-gap energy, and different characteristics of photoresponses were obtained for the nanowire at ambient atmosphere and in vacuum. The photoresponse mechanism is briefly discussed in this paper.

  • Cadmium sulphide (CdS) films have been prepared on polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and Coming 7059 substrates by r.f. magnetron sputtering technique at room temperature. A comparison of the properties of the films deposited on polymer and glass substrates was performed. In addition, the influence of the sputter power on the structural and optical properties of these films was evaluated.

  • The effect of the organoclay_10A nanoparticles on the DSC and Structural and Dielectrics Properties(1Hz-1MHz) for epoxy/Organoclay_10A Nanocomposites has been studied. Dielectric properties of epoxy-Organoclay nanocomposites were investigated at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 filler concentration by weight. Epoxy nanocomposites samples were prepared with good dispersion of layered silicate using power ultrasonic method in the particles. As structural analysis, the interlayer spacing have decreased with filled nanoparticles contents increase using power ultrasonic dispersion. The maximum increase interlayered spacing was observed to decease for above 5wt% clay loading. The other hand, as decrease with concentration filler of the layered silicate were increased dispersion degree of nanoparticles in the matrix. The interesting dielectric properties for epoxy based nanocomposites systems are attributed to the large volume fraction of interfacesin the bulk of the material and the ensuring interactions between the charged nanoparticle surface and the epoxy chains.

  • ZnO-Si-ZnO multi-layer thin films have been deposited by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). And then, the films have been annealed at $300^{\circ}C$ in oxygen ambient pressure. Electrical properties of the films were improved slightly than ZnO thin film without Si layer. Also, the optical and structural properties changed by Si layer in ZnO thin film. The optical and structural properties of Si-doped ZnO thin films were characterized by PL(Photoluminescence) and XRD(X-ray diffraction method) respectively. Electrical properties were measured by van der Pauw Hall measurements.

  • In this study, the structural, electrical, and optical properties of AZO films of various thicknesses are compared. The AZO films were deposited on a glass substrate by FTS (Facing-Target-Sputtering) This research was conducted to find the optimal thickness for Transparent Conductive Oxide (TCO). AZO has suitable properties for TCO such as low resistivity, and high transmittance. Thin films of all thicknesses showed a transmittance of over 80% in the visible light region and electrical properties improved as thickness increased. It was confirmed that the film of 300 nm thick had the best performance due to its low resistivity, and uniform surface. This research is expected to help find optimal conditions in various fields where TCO is used, such as solar cells, displays, and sensors in the future.

  • Ion implantation has been shown to significantly alter the surface properties of polymers. Polycarbonate(PC) and Polyimide(PI) were irradiated with 50keV $N^+$, $Xe^+$ ions to the fluences of $1{\times}10^{16}{\sim}3{\times}10^{17}\;cm^2$. The ion beam-induced modification of the electrical conductivity and the related structural features have been studied for polymers. The beam-induced chemical and structural modifications have been investigated by using X-ray Phooelectron Spectroscopy(XPS) and Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR), while the modification of the electrical properties was followed by performing a complete set of sheet resistance measurements. Samples irradiated at higher fluence showed a good conductivity, with a saturation value of $10^7{\Omega}/sq$. The XPS data demonstrate that the modification of the electrical properties is due to the progressive formation with increasing ion fluence of a dense amorphous carbon network, while PF-IR data reveal that material degradations through bond breaking are the main effects.

  • In this study, both structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the NKN-0.96BNT-0.04BT ceramics were investigated. All samples of the NKN-0.96BNT-0.04BT ceramics were fabricated by conventional mixed oxide method with Pt electrodes. We report the improved dielectric and piezoelectric properties in the perovskite structure composed of the NKN, BNT and the BT ceramics. We investigated the effects of NKN, BT on the structural and electrical properties of the NKN-0.93BNT-0.07BT ceramics. The dielectric properties and piezoelectric properties of the NKN-0.93BNT-0.07BT ceramics were superior to those of single composition NKN, NKN-BNT and those values for the NKN-0.93BNT-0.07BT ceramics were 861 and 1.12%.

  • The heterolayered $BaTiO_3/(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})TiO_3$ thick films were fabricated by screen printing techniques on alumina substrates electrodes with Pt. We report the improved ferroelectric properties in the heterolayered teteragonal/rhombohedral structure composed of the $BaTiO_3$ and the $(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})TiO_3$ thick films. We investigated the effects of deposition conditions on the structural and electrical properties of the heterolayered BNT/BT thick films. The structural and electrical properties of the heterolayered BNT/BT thick films were studied. All PZT heterolayered thin films show dense and homogeneous structure without the presence of the rosette structure. The dielectric constant, loss and remanent polarization oft heheterolayered BNT/BT thick films were superior to those of single composition $BaTiO_3$ and $(Bi_{1/2}Na_{1/2})TiO_3$, and those values for the heterolayered BNT/BT thick films sintered at $1100^{\circ}C$ were 916, 0.79 and $12.63{\mu}C/cm^2$.
